They kept putting my delivery time back and back. Just eat asked for some money back ? Flat NO... Awful customer service, won't be ordering from them again

Atrocious service. 30 minutes for a cookie dough when they said it would take 5 minutes. There was also no one in the shop. Staff have no sense of urgency

Waffle was all soggy and looked like the box had been tilted as the waffle was all over the place and milkshakes were melted as always even after calling them to tell them about my last experience so no change.

We had a variety choice of milkshakes and ice creams, delicious and no complaints.

Today’s dessert was amazing. Everything was nice and warm. We all enjoyed it very much. Delivery was super quick which was great. Arrived just before kids bedtime. Thank you

Love the cornflake cakes and custard. Milkshakes are well yummy. Lovely stuff clean shop. I travel a good 15 mins to collect definitely worth the drive.

Food was really late and when it arrived it was all cold. Called up restaurant and the guy on the phone was so rude and stubborn, told us to contact just eat knowing we paid cash and just eat wouldn’t do anything. Never ordering again from here!!!!!

really disappointed with the quality of the food the crepe I ordered was really hard and thick and my cookie dough was just as hard and was unable to break into it.

2nd time its happened, I've ordered a hot drink and the lid wasnt put on properly and it split all over the front door. I had 4 drinks that were not in a cup holder? Phoned the shop but nobody answers!

didnt end up getting my order and they decided to mark it as delivered. driver didnt want to wait even though he was 20 minutes early and made out like its my fault.. now dealing with the hassle of getting a refund.

The food was so cold, so late, not enough chocolate sauce on waffles or crepe. I’ve ordered from here before and never had an issue. Don’t know what was wrong today. Don’t think I will be ordering from here again

Over an hour late, ice cream tubs melted due to the heat of the cake and custard and waffles in same bag, the kinder millshake had plastic wrapper pieces inside so when they blended it they didn’t bother to take the chocolate out the wrapper (i have taken pics of the plastic wrapper inside the milkshake) busy or not you should prepare food correctly, The order was for my kids. Won’t be ordering from here again

Missing ice cream and found plastic in food

I'm reviewing a place for the first time bcz I don't want anyone else to waste their money on disgusting place. We ordered waffles milk shake and ice cream and it was horrible waffle was more soft than cake and it had bitter taste also the strawberry milkshake was disgusting n tasteless. I won't even give one star to this place

Can’t ever go wrong here. Everything is always spot on, all of the desserts are brilliant. Delivery driver always kind aswell, very respectful guy. Been a regular customer here for a long time and will always continue to be! 👍

Absolutely disgusting service. First of all I live 1 min away from them it took them 45 mins to deliver. Secondly, when the order arrived there was no vanilla gelato or white sauce on the crepe so could not eat it as it ws too chocolatey with just the Belgian sauce. Thirdly, rang the shop and ws told it would be delivered in 10 mins, waited 30mins to find that the manager was chatting out of his ars.

I usually eat in at Flakes with the kids however decided to have take away for the first time tonight. Was very impressed. Food was as fresh at wating in at the restaurant. Thanks Flakes 👌

The portions are so small bro, after one scoop I could see the plate. Don't order the cookie dough, they literally put a thin layer of nuthin man. Plus their water is so tappy and it made my throat feel sick. I do NOT recommend. After 30 seconds I finished my plate. I had to watch my mates enjoying their food while I suffered in hunger. What is this??? A waste of a good six quid. Look at the photo, u don't even get a full spoonful before u reach the bottom. Don't let looks deceive u

The vanilla gelato did not taste nice, it tasted more like sour yogurt.

Ordered cookie doughs for the kids. Ignorant staff bagged me the wrong order , only noticed when I got home that there was only.. was told to come back and change but live to far to waste that time. Little Dessert Shop is up the road for next time.

placed an order donuts and concrete cake with custard....concrete cake felt like a weeks old😷and custard was cold...donuts were not warm at all just soggy

Cookie dough was rock solid and burnt Oreo milk cake was way too soggy And The crep was cold

The waffle and peanut butter stacked were great. The milkshakes were average, did not taste of Oreo or Snickers, I hope this is a one off.

Quality food good service needs more improvement in milk shake ice cream

Very disappointed with the millions milkshake I received. There were pieces of plastic wrapper in the milkshake. My sister choked on it. 0:10 would not recommend

Ordered a couple of different desserts The waffle tasted decent, cookie doughs were alright tastewise, the pink teas were mediocre, concrete cake tasted nice The most dissapointing was the pistachio milk cake, it definitely wasn't pistachio, but just some cake with some crushed pistachio thrown on top if it.

ordered flakes double chocolate chip cookie, in the description it says topped with flake sprinkles but honestly there was literally just a pinch of flake crumbs. I wish I could show a picture to show how stingy they were

The ferrero milkshakes did not taste nice. I think it was the chocolate syrup that is used because it tasted like something sour and tangy. The ferrero milkshake itself tasted as if they were stale and it was blended so much there was a lot of froth on the top. The kinder bueno was great maybe because of it not having the sauce. The chocolate cookie dough was okay but the milk chocolate one was not. It was hard and tasted a little burnt. Both had very hard bits on the side and didn’t taste good.

Slow service and the food was off. Gave plastic knife and fork. Not recommended

Terrib customer sevice. 2 of my items didn't arrive. I called the shop and they basically told me I was lying cos the kitchen said "everything was included in the order". Just be careful ordering and check your order carefully. Flakes have gone down

Didn’t send my 2 x jam coconut cakes. Phoned them multiple times, finally answered and said they’ll send it out. Waited over 2 hours and nothing. Phoned many times and no answer. £10 down the drain and they’ve lost me as a customer!

Not happy ordered for family who was about to leave after waiting for long

Hour and half delayed. Ice creams completely melted, warm and dripping like water. No proper communication from shop. Ordered a crepe got a waffle. Not happy with restaurant at all.

Sundaes and falioda was on point but coconut and jam cake was awful, dry and tasteless
