First time ordering from there and wow! Very good quality, excellent value for money as I ordered very little and it served a family and had loads leftover. Was very quick delivery and came faster than expected delivery time! Will definitely be ordering from them again!

Not the best - only went there because Chinese in Fawley not open! Food a bit bland and too much batter on prawn - chicken balls.

Mainly a review for the young delivery lad who owns the old Mx5 car, on delivery he forgot a single can of drink and I just wasn't to bothered about it or even mentioned it.... 10 minutes later he turns back up with the drink and apoligies he completly forgot it bless him!! Always lovely food, polite staff and quick delivery ☺👍

Always hot, good value and now our go to Chinese locally

I’m vegetarian and so I ordered the mushroom curry, from the slim choice of dishes without meat to find chunks of beef through out. Not sure how you can mess up mushroom in a curry sauce, but I will definitely not be going back, disgusting.

Food is always hot, always good, and the workers are so friendly. We never go anywhere else for a takeaway since finding this place!

What a let down tonight!!! How much batter to cover a prawn? Same as the pancake roll. But thought they were made from filo pastry, not batter. House special chow mein was good though. Also prices gone up

We've been ordering food from this place since almost three years ago. The food was always good, ready on time and the staff very nice too. We always order the same food for 4 people but last Sunday what a surprise, they have updated the price list and exactly the same food we ordered last time (2-3 weeks ago) now it's £10 more expensive. I wish I'd had a pay rise like that

Ordered online for collection and it was ready on time, just eaten some of it and it was very nice will have the rest for lunch tomorrow

Having lots of food intolerances it's hard to find takeaways that can cater for me. Here the chef goes out of his way to adapt current recipes or do something completely new for me. Kerry at front of house is so helpful and friendly too.

Thought ok let's have a takeaway. It was awful my hubby had special fried rice it was grey and the rice was so soggy covered with veg and meat with a sauce on top really not nice. I had beef Chow Mein the beef was nice there was lots 9f it but the noodles were terrible no taste will not be going there again.

Ordered at five ,they told me an hour ,and one hour forty minutes later my food arrived. And it wasn't worth the wait.awful food

Not impressed phones up at 10pm got answer phone 4 times when finally got through got told it it was collection only on a Saturday night, strange when I have phoned up before and got delivery.

The wife and I have been using this takeaway for 3+ years, we have always had a great service complimented by really good food but I can honestly say the only down side to the service here is trying to get through on the phone! Constantly engaged..... Busy or phone off the hook, I don't know 🤷. When I've mentioned this to them, they advised me to an online ordering service they do. I tried this last night after trying to get through for 20 minutes and much to my surprise it actually worked. Confirmation of the order was emailed through within a minute @17.43..... the email said food will be ready for 18.10, which is about normal. I left to pick up the food up at 18.05 only a few minutes away, paid at the counter and was told once it was ready they'd come outside and get me. Chatting with people outside who had ordered over the counter and we're waiting for their food; I was sure I had done the right thing by ordering well in advanced 😔.... Much to my surprise they received their food before I did..... I waited in the cold -2ish freezing fog (I could have gone back to the car but I wasn't any where near the shop due to limited parking, couldn't wait inside the shop due to covid) for another 35 minutes before I got our order. The only thing I can say is, they either don't cook the order until I arrived and payed for it (should state this on the web page really) or I was forgotten about, in which case the online ordering guys isn't working too great. My order wasn't huge...... 1x Crispy shredded beef 1x Egg fried rice 1x Small portion of chips 1x Prawn crackers....... I'm not complaining really, it is what it is but beware of using the online service.

Excellent chicken curry, very nice creamy sauce

Been having food from here for over 33years & food is always good, tasty & hot. Sometimes have to wait nearly 50mins for delivery but that's because they are busy due to popularity. On rare occasion when they have been closed for holiday I've tried other Chinese in area but no where near as good. Would highly recommend.

Ordered from this place two weekends in a row! The King Prawns in House special sauce is amazing. We are just sorry that we discovered this place so late and have moved away recently. But definately recommend to everyone Set menu H for 2. Do it! =)

A beautiful meal. The hot and sour soup is the best I've had since last in London Chinatown. Balanced, full of flavour not masked by chilli so not too hot, vegetables perfectly cooked al dente. Really good indeed. As was the duck in plum sauce. Again a perfectly balanced sauce, not too sweet. And the duck was so tender. Mushroom chow mein had lovely whole button mushrooms cooked perfectly with bite. And mixed balls with tender fillings and crisp outer batter layer so light. I couldnt fault this meal, quite a surprise. Our usual chinese takeaway was closed. But I'm coming here in future now, totally converted. What I find. Would highly recommend.

Probably the worst Chinese meal I have ever had the king prawn with salt and Chile were terrible the were chewy you could tell they were pre made and frozen and looked like they had freezer burn. The crispy beef with honey was cold and poor very rarely do I not eat eat a takeaway but it was that bad both me and my partner left almost all the meal

Decided to try it out as my daughter gets from here Very dissatisfied chicken balls batter very well done mushy inside Same with pancake rolls mostly batter . chicken chow mien very dry and tasteless . Needless to say we won't be using again .

The food was tasty and hot. Ace food.

Well where do I start? We ordered chicken balls they where like cannonball hard. The spare ribs was tough with hardly any meat on them. The rice was like little bullets. I ordered Steak chips onions mushrooms and peas the steak was actually nice but they gave me 3/4 of onions about 10 peas hardly any mushrooms the chips was over cooked. There prices are a lot higher than they're worth.

We were camping nearby and came back late from a day trip so decided to order a takeaway. Friendly staff, quick service and the food was excollect. Shame we don't live near here or this would be our new go to!

Lovely food at a reasonable price. Delivery is speedy enough but also easy to order over the phone and collect. Ample parking out front, closed Monday's.

We regularly use Hong Kong Palace, always polite and helpful on the phone and chatty when we pop in. Foods good (which is why we go here after all!) It's reasonably priced for good portions. They take credit card which is a massive bonus - even for delivery. Unless they are really busy the foods cooked in good time and as you can see in to the kitchen it looks all freshly done.
