After reading reviews I choose to go here as I'm not from the area, the food was not disgusting, it was ok but the Chinese takeaways in my area are far better so maybe my bar is very high, I gave 3 out of 5 because it's ok but not the best as others have said

Have been ordering from them for sometime.. and the food has been definitely super delicious ever since.. highly recommend and kids enjoy.. good portions and definitely worth the money.. excellent service as well..

Food was good and service was good too, wait for the food was just abit longer than expected but worthwhile in the end so no problem with that. all around very good place to get Chinese from would recommend

Wonderful family run Chinese Takeaway so friendly and polite.

OK... so it's probably the best Chinese takeaway in Grays BUT, the takeaway service is a bit poor. I made an in person order. I was quoted 20 mins (only ordered one large rice and chicken mains) but the food ended up taking 35 mins. The Gentlemen who there being myself waited 45 mins. I can appreciate it was on a Saturday night but our expectations should have been managed better. What made the experience worse, is that the takeaway drivers where in and out constantly, so the in person customers took a backseat.

Had this for the first time was recommended and yes was a lovely Chinese takeaway would definitely go back but canton chef is 6 star takeaway best I've had if that place was a restaurant you'd have to wait a month to get a table but yes this takeaway is VERY GOOD 👏

Best Chinese food around, amazing flavour

Tried for the first time last night, and OMG the food is amazing. Absolutely love the curry, and the egg fried rice is one of the best I have ever tried! The sweet and sour sauce is also beautiful 😍😋🤤 I can only review from eating vegetarian food. This place will definitely be a place I will frequently order from. Lovely 😋😋👍🏻 (they deliver to Chadwell St Mary for free too)

By far the best chinese in grays and surrounding area . Always order from there . . Delivery is takes too long so we always go and pick it up . Which is much quicker

My favourite Chinese takeaway. I don’t even order from Dagenham anymore, I’d rather drive 20 minutes & collect it. Can be a little variation in how my order is made but it never tastes bad. Quality meat is used & they stuff the plastic container

This is the best Chinese food I have ever had(I’ve been to quite a few)! I have had this for the past 12 years now and they have never let me down ! Food is absolutely divine and service is amazing(the lady on the phone is so sweet)! If I could ,I would give it 6 stars would recommend completely if you are looking for something new !

My favourite takeaway I wouldn't order any other Chinese have been eating her for 15 years and have never had one bad or wrong order and we get this at least once a month but when I lived in grays we ordered once a week! I have now moved out of the area so can't get delivered so we drive 20 minutes to collect keep it up hong kong !! I

Called up to make an order after reading great reviews. Gave her my postcode and told her where I am- she spoke to a gentleman and then came back to tell me my food will be delivered well over an hour as it's really busy and the deliveries are not near me so she will deliver there first even though I live in Grays. On a busy sat night you would expect them to be able to provide the service and not told you can order but it will take a very long time for us to deliver. I said ok but then she said she's sorry but I should try next time. The lady was apologitic and they lost out on a new customer. Not very happy.

I just thought i would mention , i havnt eaten yet, my order was by card payment over the phone , if the food is as good as the reviews im gonna forget just eat and call these every time......

I live around the corner from the takeaway, go there once a week after work,never had a bad curry there. Always friendly and happy to see you. Deliver to your door as well. Once you have tasted there Chinese you won't go elsewhere.

I have eaten the food from here a lot as a take away. Over the years the food has been consistently good. Very fast ordering as their computer system remembers you, that or the staff are very good at remembering. Special mention to the delivery drivers, fast and polite. Time for some more 63c, 18, 47s and some chips.
