Shambles!!! Half the order missing and can’t get through to shop. Extremely poor will not be back. Still trying to phone now………………you’ve spoiled a good night

After many delicious meals over years from Hong's I visited tonight as a takeaway treat for myself and my parents. It had been over 2 years since my last one as having moved house. Ordered: Chicken satay starter.... It was so overcooked and dry you could have soled shoes with it nevermind get your teeth thru it! Tom Yum Chicken was tender but the Tom Yum sauce was watery and no Tom Yum taste or heat! I saw a munchy box advertised and at £16 I thought it must be good.... ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING! Everything was deep fried (Looked as if they had partially cooked it even before that) THEN chucked in a wok with so much salt that none of us could eat anything! I called to complain and was advised that no one has complained about that before and that's the way they do it. No offer of replacement... No offer of refund... Service to match the food served! I have worked in restaurant management for over 20 years and this looks like reheats / pre prepped partially cooked / no fresh cooking or flavour / no proper cooking skills except how to work a fryer and apply excessive amounts of salt! Possibly different management from years ago! The worst meal I have ever had! Went straight into the bin! Very disappointing!

Several times now I have ordered for pick up and always ask for certain items to be substituted. There has never been a problem or argument, and the food has been ready quickly. The only downside for me is that it’s a little spicy, but that’s a personal issue.

On saturday we ordered a carryout at 5pm on no delivery at 6.30pm i made a call to ask how long it would be the answer was its on its way 7.10 still no delivery again phone call to be told it was sent to another address now on first phone call the person knew my address and told me if that was the address to be delivered to i said yes and that was that now if it takes 2hrs 10 minutes for them to realise this after 3 calls and this crowd having the relevant details i find this servic e TOTALLY ABMISSAL AND SHALL Never use this chinese again AVOID IF YOUR STARVING

I ordered a certain dish, the dish I was given resembled another dish listed in sweet chilli sauce, so not what I was expecting… although it tasted… just ok, it wasn’t spicy as described… it’s something you could whip together in 2 mins with a jar of shop bought sweet chilli sauce. I tasted the curry sauce, nothing nice about it… noddles were ok.

72 High Station RdA bit inconsistent - sometimes the food is great and sometimes not. We get a take away once every couple of weeks and we do like Kung po chicken, szechuan and salt and pepper chips. The service is usually friendly and efficient. (We pick up as the quality is never good when delivered- regardless of the place) However they appear to have a new member of staff who was rude to the point of being obnoxious. She need me sacking

9 Broad Street, Denny FK6 6DX ScotlandLoved there food but now twice the driver refuses to deliver takeaway and we literally a quater mile away from the high-school.. they always use to deliver now refuse to because the driver dictates to the customers and I was always spending between 50 and 80 quid a time..

23 CowyndAmazing Chinese food and the Thai is unbelievable. Our go to. Don’t listen to the reviews that are giving it a bad name!!!
