Wow. Like too many tourists we have driven round Anglesey, stopping at the tourist area for overpriced, indifferent food. Not here. Amazing value, and very tasty. OK, it is mainly a pub serving drinks for the locals. But the food is worth stopping for. It is on the main road so easy to visit.

Lon IsalltGreat bar, lovely restaurant, decor gorgeous, Cai the bartender was great and made amazing cocktails and was good fun. Definitely themplace to ho for a good cocktail in the area. Diolch

The Old Bank Building Uxbridge Square Ground Floor, The Old Bank Building, Menai Bridge LL59 5WY WalesDisappointing experience. We were drawn in by the prix fixe menu which made it look like you got a salad starter then a choice of steak or mussels and frites with extras and sides but nothing else was included apart from the mussels or steak and frites, not even the salad so not sure why it would be termed a prix fixe menu. My wife had a dozen mussels that were not open. I had the 4 tapas style dishes for £21 which portion wise were good but only the calamari and garlic bread were enjoyable for me. For a Friday night there were only 4 tables occupied but the food still took 40 mins to arrive.
