Very close to the bus station, clean and spacious for the 3 of us. Easy walk to town even if a bit noisy due to location. Breakfast had a godd variety and food was fresh. We had a good stay and we will book again.

Amazing customer service. We stayed in a penthouse suite, it was a lively spacious place.

Two couples arrived today with two two-year-old children and they refuse to heat the milk for the bottle. Why do they tell us that they can burn themselves, something that seems totally absurd to me? They also don't have a microwave where they can do it in the middle of the night. No. I will never return.

Holiday Inn Glasgow - A Great Stay I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn Glasgow and had a wonderful experience. The hotel was very clean, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The room was spacious and well-equipped, featuring a sofa and table, which made it perfect for relaxing with a drink. The large windows offered excellent views, adding to the overall quality of the stay. One of the highlights was the complimentary breakfast, which was a great way to start the day. However, the parking fee of £12 per 24 hours for guests felt a bit steep. It would be great if the hotel offered a discounted rate for those staying overnight. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for its comfort, cleanliness, and excellent service, but I hope they reconsider the parking charges for guests.

An excellent hotel in Glasgow with many positive aspects. While the hotel lacks on-site parking, there is a convenient multi-storey car park opposite, capped at £12. The recently refurbished rooms are comfortable, quiet, and equipped with both air conditioning and heating. The bathrooms are well-appointed, featuring Dove amenities. The typical IHG breakfast was enjoyable, and the warm welcome and attentive service throughout the stay were much appreciated. Additionally, the hotel is conveniently located just a 15-minute walk from Glasgow Central Station. I would certainly choose to stay here again for business purposes.

The hotel is located directly at the train station or in the city center. The car can be parked in the parking garage opposite. There is a discount here. The rooms are really nice and you have everything you need. The breakfast is rather bulky. There's little choice, but it's okay. The city center is about 10 minutes away on foot. Because the hotel is very centrally located, you can hear the traffic in the room a little. All in all, the hotel is really great for a few nights.

This hotel is yet another example of the consistency of the Holiday Inn Express brand. A modern and immaculately clean hotel with well-appointed rooms and friendly staff. The mattresses and pillows are super comfortable, and the large TV has plenty of channels. The location is central to everything in the city and nearby to a major bus and rail terminal. A bus to/from Glasgow airport runs every 15 minutes and is about 15 minutes from the airport. A train to Edinburgh takes less than an hour. The breakfast had lots of delicious choices, but I wish the International HI Expresses had the pancake machine too. My only issue during my stay was the slowest WiFi, but the staff said they would be replacing the system with more antennas soon. And the value for the price was super reasonable!

This was my first time staying in a Holiday Inn and I wasn't disappointed. First impression upon entering the room was very positive. It was cosy, clean and inviting. It looked fresh and not tired. The bathroom had a bath and shower and the water pressure in the shower was excellent. Dove toiletries were provided. The hairdryer was a very pleasant surprise as it was a proper plug-in hairdryer, with nozzle and lots of power! If I had to pick at something it would be the lack of soundproofing with the room next door. Our room had an adjoining door with the next room and we could hear someone coughing throughout the night in that room. We could also could hear the TV word for word. The location in Glasgow was excellent, just a short walk to the shops, restaurants and cafes, but not noisy and there is an express bus from the airport that takes you practically to the door! I would definitly choose the Holiday Inn again. It was nicer than some of the other more expensive hotels I've stayed in.

Nice hotel in the heart of Glasgow's Theatreland. I travelled here for work, and it was a nice surprise to discover that the restaurant attached to the hotel was included in my subsistence allowance. The food was really tasty and the service was great too. My room was nice and clean, modern and quiet. I'll definitely look this hotel up again when I return to Glasgow.

Awful evening staff and it's not pet friendly despite it saying so. They were rude about our dogs and complained about them "barking" which was a single bark when a door slammed in the hallway. Don't allow dogs and expect them not to bark. I challenge their attitude and asked if they would complain about a crying baby, the response was "children are different from dogs". As someone who considers their dogs as their only children, I found this insensitive. Appreciate not everyone will be dog people but if you are considering this hotel because it allows your dogs - don't use it. The member of staff did later knock on our door to apologise but admitted he was told to and it wasn't voluntary. Again, insulting.

Hotel in a very good location for the city centre, polite and friendly staff The rooms are very clean with a comfortable bed equipped with 2 pillows of different hardness per occupant, the room I had also had a large window overlooking the avenue, good plentiful English breakfast; the only flaw for me is the absence of a shower in the room instead of a bathtub which in my opinion is less practical Overall I am satisfied

First time staying away from home in a long time. A thoroughly enjoyable experience. The location was great. Plenty of public transport options located nearby. Such as Buchanan Bus Station which is a short distance away. And Queen Street Railway Station. Which was about a 10 minute walk away from the Hotel. But you can get a ScotRail Bus across from the Bus Station. Which can take you to Queen Street, Central and Buchanan Bus Station. Plenty of eating places nearby. To cater for all tastes. The Sightseeing Bus also passes by. Which you get on from the Stop beside the Bus Station. The staff were amazing so welcoming and helpful. The Breakfast was great plenty of choice. The WiFi was excellent.

I have stayed here twice. Once for business, and once with my wife for a shopping trip. There is a car park across the street that is easily accessible. The hotel is welcoming with a cosy small bar area. I ate alone in the restaurant and enjoyed the food. The hotel is a few minutes walk from Buchanan Street for a shopping trip. Breakfast was nice. Will definitely return. My favourite Glasgow IHG hotel.

Food is absolutely stinking, avoid like the plague, staff eating chips whilst customers sit and wait over an hour, the hunter's chicken is vile, the fish was dry, there's a ration on the cheap chips and it's wayyyyy over priced garbage. I will not be back in the den.

My husband and I went to Katie’s bar on our last night in Scotland. We were staying about 45 mins outside of Glasgow and happened upon this place at opening time. We were told to come back in a few hours when it would be busier to catch the drag karaoke show. We were not disappointed! The drinks were poured fairly, the karaoke was fun and lively, and we made some new friends along the way. The night at Katie’s bar inspired us to put our plans into motion to move to Scotland. Great venue! Highly recommend!

The parent company, Hell yeah hospitality is a sham of a company. Asked for a refund on a voucher for a restaurant they closed, and they verbally agreed to give a refund. They then cancelled the voucher and have still not provided the refund. It is impossible to get hold of anyone and if you contact any of the restaurants they tell you they will speak to HQ, but HQ seems to be a one person sham.

The restaurant was clean and the staff polite. The food was okay for what it was, though I was slightly put off by the fact that it came all mixed together on a single plate. I understand it all needs to be cooked, but having all the different produce touching each other isn't great for cross contamination. It was also evident the food wasn't freshly sourced as some of it was literally still frozen when served. That being said, the taste was good and we did not get sick from it. There was a good variety of produce to choose from but, in my opinion, the price point wasn't great and seemed quite high for what it was (26£ pp). My last and biggest issue was with payment. They refuse to accept digital payments. Not because of a technical issue or anything of the sort, they simply don't. They insisted i retrieved cash from a nearby atm, and did not give or offer a receipt. In conclusion, not the worst experience but i wouldn't go back.
