Hobson's Cafe in Cheshire West and Chester

Fantastic breakfast. We've been all around Chester for cooked breakfast. Cote's in the city centre is our favourite. This place is easily on par with the quality of ingredients and the way it was cooked. Presentation even gets an outstanding mention. Try the cooked breakfast or smashed avocado on toast *****. Saturday morning was quiet, they have decks of cards etc. for you to play while you wait, and even got a shortbread with tea. Fantastic friendly service, what more could you ask for. Will be visiting again very soon.

Great little cafe. Service was really quick despite everyone turning up at the same time for the break in the meeting next door. Food was delicious. Staff were really helpful and friendly.

I came here on a Sunday morning at 11 am. While I am a bit of a community warrior and the one nearest me closed so I'm on the hunt for new ones. It looks like an old school, period doors but with 2 big leather sofas. I got one to myself and then ordered. Lemon poppy seed cake and a sausage bap. Yumbles. I will be coming back. If you bring kids there's games and unlike many places you can park. Why bother with chain rubbish that's reheated. Here is great.

Had a top-notch breakfast (and great coffee) at Hobson's Cafe this morning. Excellent quality and friendly service in a very pleasant environment. If you find yourself in Hoole, you should definitely give it a go!

Worst breakfast in years. Mushrooms were extremely burnt..eggs were snotty..beans were cold..bacon was terrible..sausage n toast was OK.. and you only get sausage bacon egg mushrooms n beans for £10..

Lovely for a coffee and a natter or bring the children with games and books. Kids eat free at the moment.

Cosy place for a great breakfast or a cup of tea with cake!
