This is a small bar, in an old shop. Walls ate exposed brick, and there is a bench/stools along one wall and a bar on the other. Cosy, intimate, candle lit, and some great cocktails. They also seem to have a huge range of whisky as well. Excellent spot for a pre-dinner drink, or a late night digestif.

Accesible en silla de ruedas y personal conocedor cuando se trata de cócteles de gran sabor. ¡Los vuelos de whisky se veían y sonaban muy tentadores! El ambiente era relajado y amigable. Lo único negativo es que no hay un baño para discapacitados, ¡pero definitivamente lo visitaré nuevamente!

A good place to catch up with friends. There are options for seating, including bar seating, tiny tables and a larger area in the back. The menu is quite long and varied.

Came one Sunday evening here. Is a great little cocktail bar. Lots of choice and the staff are really knowledgeable and able to recommend things. Was quite busy so you might need to book if it’s Friday or Saturday. Lovely place, will go again

I have been visiting High Water London for the past 4 years! They serve ‘World Class Drinks’!!! The team are ever so attentive and reflective. I’m very selective in my cocktails and often request for a tailored one ie low caloried, Less sugar etc .(womanly thing) The team respond so amazingly and reflectively to it. Despite having a fantastic menu with amazing options to chose from, the team are eagerly and happily able to comply to the individual needs and dietary requirements of its guests which to me is a “winner!!! “ The atmosphere is like a hidden gem in centre of Dalston. Background music, attentive and socialble staff, drinks made using only daily freshly made ingredients along with the cosy atmosphere and energy levels of wonderful visitors makes this place irresistible!!! I have also noticed that over the years, High Water continue to upgrade their interiors including decorations and furniture and most recently extended bar area which is exceptional and by far generous offer!!! Thank you High Water for your consistent exceptional standard of customer service over the past years!! Love your place 💙

The team are amazing and they always always, without a doubt, deliver! I feel like I'm hanging out at a friend's place whenever I come here! It'd definitely one of my ultimate favourite spots in London! Highly recommend!

Not good for a restaurant. Possibly a bar. Very busy even on a week day. Food was ok. Not good for kids or babies Would not recommend

Went with wife and friends and could not have been more welcomed from the doorman/bouncer showing us to a table to the bar staff taking me behind the bar to show me thier rum selection. The service was super fast and the cocktails were amazing. This is a cocktail bar for those that like to drink cocktails and not wait for the bar staff to faff around for 10 min putting on a show. Please go you will not be disappointed

We stumbled across this hidden gem and absolutely fell in love with the place! The cocktails are very reasonably priced, staff are very attentive and a lovely and polite doorman too which is a rarity, it’s busy but not packed to the brim, the atmosphere is really nice too! I’ll definitely be coming again when I’m in London again! 10/10 for everything

I've resisted reviewing High Water because I'm a greedy local and it's so wholeheartedly perfect that I couldn't face losing my seat at the bar to a load of out-of-localitees. But that seemed churlish and unfair as truly everyone deserves the High Water treatment. The moment you walk in you are greeted by genuine smiles, a glass of water and a drinks menu. From there on in, you are under their spell and will never want to leave their bosom. High Water has pitched everything above anything you could want from a cocktail bar. Friendly, considerate and delicious. You must check it out wherever you come from.

This is how a local bar should be. A friendly hello when you enter. A secret section towards the back if it's busy. Every classic cocktail under the sun plus a great cocktail menu of their delicious creations. The manager remembered me from the first time I went there, which is always nice. And they managed to recreate one of the best cocktails I've ever had from a very vague description. Highly recommended
