Herbies Pizza in Slough

Half the order was missing, including the “free” item. Don’t know how you can’t see extra dips on the ticket manage to see - add oregano to the pizza? And if you don’t have Diet Pepsi, substitute with Diet Coke. Chances are the person ordering doesn’t want full sugar. Or…call the customer to see what they want!

The order was late for 45 minutes.The food was cold and the driver he was outside just staying în the car. I had to call the restaurant 3 times to make him call back and deliver the food.Very bad service and very rude driver.

I ordered a Calzone with x2 steak and Jalapeno, what I got was tomato and cheese with Jalapeno. And thats it

My food was delivered over an hour late and was cold! My drink was also missing, which the driver had left in his car. It was later delivered.

I ordered The 14.5'inch pizza x2 . The pizzas were so small. The box and the pizza was a rip-off with a 14.5'inch sticker on it. SAD to say this will be my last order. The topping is budget topping! After being my go to pizza place for several years... and several orders...I can safely say l am deleting my account with Herbies!

didnt have what i wanted again they never do but it was ok quite nice.however i thought it didnt have enough pineapple for the amount of cheese or ham just the occasional taste of sweet.but quite tasty.clean not much grease on the bottom.chicken coujons were nice as always.but i wanted the ribs,they say they dont do there.even though the site clearly says they do.also the free dessert was a nice tough,well probably paid for it in the pricing but still a nice tough.this is where i wanted the dessert i couldnt get.the banoffee pie.but the fudge cake was nice.thank you.the only thing i didnt like wass it was a verry thin pizza.would have been nice to get the option to have a pan size as you do pay extra for this size but dont really get the extra pizza just rolled out thinner.but enjoyed it anywayas always from herpies pizza

Sadly not a good experience. Delivery time was showing as 20minutes, which went up to 40 when the order was accepted finally arrived after 60. The pizzas were tasteless, lacking any flavour - the cheese bland, the pepperoni was in there, but couldn't taste it. Grateful for the extras and the cheesecake, but sadly won't be ordering again.

It was just really cold & didn’t taste nice at all

I can’t fill in the delivery time as the I’d actually placed the order to come in at 10 to 6. Then I got a message to say that it was on its way by 5:15 which I was not at home at the time. That’s why I placed the order at the time I needed it Then phone the shop to tell them they said okay fine they were very professional that way then my order arrived late, not only that it was cold so I am very disappointed with them as this is the first time it is actually happened so to be honest for delivery time

Food was good however i asked for deep pizza which cost an additional £1 the restaurant did call up to say they didn't do this for the small pizzas which is fair enough however i wasn't refunded the difference and this should really be updated on the menu of just eat to stop this from happening to other customers, overall food was yummy and hot but please rectify this issue on your menu.

Food isn’t that great as it was reviewed in Just eat. The doner kebab I order was too fatty and cold on top. No taste on the food at all. Only thing was nice was service and presentation.

Had a delivery from Herbie's Slough, have been using this takeaway for many years and can't believe how poor the food was. Pizza was tasteless, chicken gougons and ribs were inedible, the ribs were not fully cooked and in my opinion a food safety issue. When I complained immediately after delivery I had to chase them for days to speak to a manager and when they eventually called me the staff member told me that the manager was busy and obviously had a set explanation for me that nobody else had complained that night about any food quality issue. I'm not only disgusted with the food but also the customer service . Avoid at all costs!!!

The food was great and nothing was wasted. I am annoyed though that I ordered and paid for a 1.5L bottle of Coca Cola and we received 1.25L. Won’t be asking for a refund but just bothers me thinking how many times they’ve done and will do it again and how much money has been made this way.

The burgers where amazing as ever. Arrived early as mentioned and hot and all correct. Best burgers around and delivery guy was very polite and friendly - will definitely be ordering again. Anyone reading this should give them a try. Special Burger especially

Need to be taught how to work with food , most of the food is always overcooked or, in some instances, undercooked. Never tend to have any problems with the pizza , just the other items that come with it.

It was first time I ordered med veg supreme, didn't liked at all. Base was too thick and dry and pizza had no taste, very disappointing..won't be ordering that again.

Use herbies all the time and is normally really good, but today it was delivered late, the food was cold and the order was wrong.

My daughters ordered from school as they are helping out. As the food arrived after 5pm they are now not able to eat it. The restaurant were very abrupt with my daughter when she called them and blamed the app when i called them. Very disappointed and would like my money back.

My husband like his burger and cheese bite but the pizza taste like it had been cooked hours before me and my children was very disappointed

Recently ordered from Herbies and arrived 1 hour later than it was supposed to. After speaking to staff on the phone- I was assured a refund which never arrived. Shocking customer service. No surprise but pizza was also very cold on delivery. p.s. I live a 5 min drive from the store

One or more ingredients were off in pizza or didn't much... BBQ wings absolute rubbish. Bbq isn't bqq. Wings are marinated in something and covered in tomato sauce. Why do you call it BBQ wings if you make a tomatoe soup with chicken wings? The only one thing was alright was cheese and tomato pizza . Probably only pizza you cannot make it bad... Note for myself - do not order from this place

Sad to say on this occasion Herbies were not as good as they have been in the past. I had asked the delivery driver to leave the food and drinks on the gate wall, he continued to walk right up and hand it to me. I would not have minded if he was wearing a facemask. To his credit he tried to stay a good arms length away. As I work with vulnerable people, I feel that this is a massive safety oversight by Herbies. I feel that Just Eat should insist their drivers wear masks when handing over food. This has undermined my confidence in ordering in food.

We are charged £1.40 to add fresh chillies which is a rip of anyway, but this is the second time that I have ordered and added chillies and they have not been added to my pizza.

My order was delivered 15 minutes early which was great! All 4 burgers were really nice, hot and fresh. The chips weren't very nice and my daughter didn't like her chicken goujons which was a shame. I would definitely order burgers from here again, just wish they didnt come with fries.

The food was fine. They sent a can of drink when I ordered and paid for a bottle and it Coca Cola instead of Coke Zero. I was going to give a better review because Herbies showed up on my search despite me being out of their delivery area but they agreed to deliver anyway but then they delivered the wrong items. I'm annoyed with both Herbies and Just Eat

I’ve always liked the food here but second time it’s arrived cold and the pizza rock hard where it had been sitting around. Not good I will try once more here as I like the food but if it arrives cold again I won’t be ordering anymore which is a shame.

Delicious sides and pizza in fact even the desserts are yum! My favourite pizza place. Delivery guy is also really friendly and food is always hot.
