Housesitting for a friend in Sutton. We found this delightful place. Lively atmosphere. Very friendly staff. Excellent service and delicious food. Great Cava too!

We ordered three different dishes with duck snd they were all nice. I liked the aromatic crispy duck best with pancakes and cucumber/spring onions. The service was good and prices not too bad.

Still the best Chinese , have been visiting on and off over a number of years and would even more if local . Choice of menu , flavours and quality of ingredients all spot on

We often go to Heen's - probably three or four times a year and its really delicious food. I would recommend the vegan duck and tofu dishes as well. Its really nice atmosphere with friendly staff make it a joy to visit in Sutton.

Thoroughly recommend Heen's. Took me a long time to choose from all the veggie choices but definitely recommend the veggie chow mein and the Kung Pro Tofu. Amazing flavours. My meat eating friends were equally impressed with e.g. the duck pancakes, crispy beef and chilli...

So I fancied a change from my usual Chinese restaurant. Although the food was slightly more expensive, the quality justified me spending that bit more. Food portions were great and the owner was polite and friendly. Will definitely be back.. thank you :)

Very tasty indeed, usually go to Beijing garden. This killed it.... Fresher tasting, good portions but slightly above average price. Would order again though.

We are regulars at Heens and without fail, when you eat, the food is brilliant. Unfortunately the delivery service let's them down and whilst this was a shame at the time it has just reinforced that we just need to go to the restaurant next...

Highly recommend the vegetarian Peking "Duck" and sizzling seafood dishes. Certainly not your average Chinese - there is a real mix of flavours... Sweet, savoury and sour... and a great range of dishes including lobster if you feel in a celebration mood.

Metimos en una cena rápida en un viernes y tuvimos una comida realmente buena. El restaurante en sí es muy bonito por dentro con un montón de mesas, sin ser sardinas juntos. Todo el personal era muy acogedor. Soy vegetariana y mi pareja es vegetariana: nos permitieron elegir! El menú estaba muy bien así que encontrar cosas que podíamos comer fácil y nunca sabía que se podía hacer tantas cosas increíbles con tofu! Tuvimos el tofu picante dulce y agria con castañas de agua, tofu verduras alubias negras y arroz frito (sin huevo). Todo llegó muy rápido y era de una gran calidad. Probablemente el mejor frijol negro tofu que he probado y que salió como anuncian! crepitante Había un montón de bonitos detalles, como el calentador de luz té para mantener su comida caliente y basada en la calidad y el tamaño de la porción, nos quedamos muy contentos con la relación calidad-precio. El personal era atento sin ser agobiante, así que tenía un ambiente relajado y agradable. Estábamos en la zona porque estamos buscando mover a Sutton en otoño. Sin duda volveremos con amigos después de moverse!

Vinimos aquí por 85 de mi papá cumpleaños en un grupo de 16. La comida era increíblemente sabrosa y el servicio impecable. Fui a Heen es para comer ya que mi oficina está muy cerca del restaurante. Me ordeed mi plato favorito, ternera en salsa de soja, con arroz negro de huevo frito. Mi pedido adoptadas rápidamente por el personal atento y servicial. La comida llegamos a menos de 10 minutos, lo cual era impresionante. La carne estaba tan tierno y fresco, que casi se derretía! experimenté carne difícil de tantos otros lugares, fue unbearble pero en Heen es la comida era perfecta. Me dieron la opción de elegir entre un plato y un plato, así como Fork o Chop bastones, habiendo observado muchas películas de Bruce Lee, estaba ansioso para mostrar mi camino oriental tradicional de comer para que el camarero nos pareció imressive como elegí el Bowl y Chop bastones. We went there on Friday evening, the waiters wasn't nice at all when we asked for recommendation she couldn't say anything and wasn't even bothered to help so I have ordered thai green prawn curry but unfortunately didn't taste as I expected ( they say thai curry but it wasn't thai ) my partner ordered duck and it wasn't tasted good too. My overall experience including service was rather poor.

Visitamos Heens última noche 9 de diciembre. Con dos amigos. Sabíamos que era caro, así que me Supuse que nos darían servicio de primera clase y muy buena comida. Bueno no sé lo que pasó. La señora que nos sirvieron no puede plantear una sonrisa, y parece que ella estaría en otro sitio. La comida no era mejor que muchos otros restaurantes chinos que son mucho más baratos. Pagamos £22 cada uno por un menú fijo, las porciones no eran generosos. El pato a Pekín era más como un Sparrow de Pekín. Todo estaba muy moderado.Quizás tuvimos una mala noche, muchos mejores establecimientos de la zona de Sutton. No volvería otra vez.

We had set menu B for three. Good variety in dishes and loved the lamb. The restaurant was strangely empty when we went in (on a Wednesday evening) but thankfully this didn't put us off and it filled up later on.

Good menu choice. Not too salty as most chinese restaurant. The stir fry mixed vegtables were fresh and crunch, not overcooked nor too oily. Considered a good find and we will probably become regulars.

Super food, spicy and flavoursome. Lots on the menu to please any palate including our son who likes a little spicy but not too much. Really well laid out on the restaurant and the staff are super friendly and attentive.

Went to Heens last night for the first time very disappointed the service was bad we waited so long between courses we had to ask how long until we got the main meal we had been in there 2hours already.Food alright nothing to rave about some plates were tastleless portion sizes could be bigger considering the prices . décor needs attention and the toilets.We shall be going back to the Bamboo House in Mitcham you cannot beat the service ,foods yummy and spotlessly clean.

Good menu, plenty of choice, clean and pleasant surroundings, Staff are nice and not in a huury to move you on. Food is good and a little pricier than other outlets, but you are getting a whole better experience.

Have been using this restaurant for the last 11 years and it's still the best Chinese food we've found south of the Thames. The staff and service are unfailingly good and prices very reasonable.

Another spur of the moment decision to try the sit-down version having been impressed with the takeaway a few weeks earlier . I booked a table at 5pm expecting a bit of a fight for a table later that evening 26/09 . There were no problems in booking and the restaurant was not even half full which I would say was unusual for a Friday night 8.15 .

Went in to Heens with my wife and son last night for our anniversary meal and it was spoiled by the rude and charmless nature of the woman who i think runs the place. she usually stays behind the counter and her freindly staff serve the food but this time was different.

La comida era entregado casi al momento adecuado para una tarifa de 1,50 libras ( el servicio no está disponible para este - 3.5 millas de distancia en viernes y sábado ) no es barato y nuestros 9 platos cuesta casi 50 libras .

Una buena selección de comida y hacen un esfuerzo para ocasiones especiales, incluso un año nuevo chino Dragon. Buena ubicación, céntrico y cerca de la estación pero por la calle de lado así que mejor vista y no en la carretera principal, lo que le da una impresión más relajante para unas buenas noches cena.
