I received the order basically with no carrier bag the delivery driver basically handed me in my hand two square boxes with my cakes in them and a tub of custard the custard was only a quarter full cold the food was cold as well the brownies were called there was no tissue no cutlery nothing at all guys I will try to avoid this place because that's why they are offering if 50% off because they service is absolutely ridiculous I can even a business without having a bad for your customer food

Delicious desserts and a nice selection to choose from. We usually order for pickup. Staff are quite dismissive and not interested in interacting with customer.

I ordered 2 deserts, only one arrived. I called the shop and the assistant said they had tried to call me, why not leave a message? The one desert that did come was not worth £15 - poor quality - a scoop of ice cream also arrived, not even half a scoop. Very disappointing.

Desserts were amazing! 😋 Drinks were a bit bland, though. Staff were super polite and helpful! 😊 Only downside people leaving toilet doors open! A sign would be great.

Lovely atmosphere and decorated beautifully. Service is 10/10 so quick and staff are very friendly and polite. I’ve been here a few times and always had a great experience. They have lots of different dessert options such as waffles, crepes, cakes etc.

What can I say. This is by far the worst branch I've gone to. The manager is extremely rude and she has no respect towards customers. I asked to change a gelato and she said we cant change anything on the menu. Every other heavenly desserts allow it but not Moseley. This may explain why the store was extremely quiet. Never coming again

After a long and stressful day at work we came to Heavenly Deserts in Moseley Birmingham. We were met by the most friendliest person who greeted us with a smile and seated us. She was so patient and helpful in choosing our deserts. Karima was amazing and the service was brilliant. The food was delicious and the atmosphere was amazing. I’m not a desert person but today made my day. Top service, top food and atmosphere. Special thanks to Karima for looking after us.

I had a lovely time at this place with with a group of my friends. Karima, the young lady that served us was very patient when taking the order. The desserts came out very quickly. There have a new dessert on the menu which tastes like an apple strudle with cinnamon and ice cream. It was amazing. Would highly recommend. Very pleasant atmosphere.

I recently visited heavenly desserts, i was so pleased with the service from kareema and amaan, who were friendly and attentive. The food was delicious and the presentation was cute and impressive. i would 100% reccommend a visit to this shop.

Really disappointed. Came here today for lunch. Really fancied the pouched eggs and smoked salmon on sourdough but they had no smoked salmon even though smoked salmon is one of the main ingredients on the menu in a lot of dishes. The place was empty on a Bank holiday weekend (we were the only people there) so how can they have run out of salmon! (you have M&S next door so they could have got some from there!). Decided to have pouched eggs without the salmon and it was the most tiny portion I’ve ever seen - one tiny bit of bread with two pouched eggs balanced on top. Also no seasoning at all. I was starving afterwards and had to go to M&S to buy some more food! When I complained that I was still hungry I was asked if I wanted to look at the menu again! I won’t be going back.

Attended the branch in Moseley, asked for banana s’mores but to change the sauce from toffee to pistachio (20p difference on menu). Was told that the manage said it’s an extra £1.95 but they were unable to explain this when I should them the price difference. Been ordering the same thing for a while with no issues. Definitely not returning to the Moseley branch.

Been there tonite; nice decors, drink glasses were wet inside and outside, but desserts were exceptional, good team and Deqa is lovely and helpful.

Definately ordering again 😋 Biscoff milkshake is the one.

WOW !! Greeted promptly Fantastic interior clean bright and warm Family seated as well as couples when I was in. The dessert was incredible- well presented warm and delicious. I like the glasses my coffee was served in. Who ever hired ZAC well done, he was so courteous and diligent in his service 👍 Defo recommend to all seeking QUALITY desserts

Extremely Poor customer service made us wait for more than half an hour whereas they knew that we parked in a disabled space. I ordered the shakes and waffles altogether through the online app I wanted to eat in. I had to ask twice for the normal water which is a bit bizarre. My order was split and shakes were not served until I asked for it after waiting for another 6-7 mins. The service needs to be more efficient and proactive. I hope someone from the management team picks it up.

Visited today and unsure if this is normal but I wasn't even served my order! Initially asked the waitress to give us 10minutes to decide and she decided not to return to take my order. I then got someone's attention after 40minutes and managed to place the order for then to be ignored again for almost an hour. In the end we decided to leave! Shocking poor service!

Really enjoyed our time today. I went with my wife and 10 month old son. Zac secured us a baby chair and really accommodated for us making us feel welcome. Even when my wife wanted different ice cream flavours, he was calm and managed to get the ice cream she wanted. Food was amazing and the service was outstanding. Thank you so much, will come back soon definitely.

Amazing desserts and such a cute aesthetic

I went to Heavenly Moseley with my family. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. At first they gave us the wrong dessert but they offered us the dessert for free and gave us our correct order on top. Desserts are always really good! We love the croffles! They are kid friendly too as my daughter got some crayons and a kids menu with some colouring to do. Overall had a very good experience and will definitely be going again.

I never leave reviews but it Was quiet when we came so expected much better service- however staff weren’t doing much just sitting and chatting on the opposite side like they were all on break -had to ask someone to take my order after 10/15 mins waiting. Dessert came 20/30 mins later after ordering bare in mind there was hardly anybody there. Ordered the pistachio croffle and they didn’t bother to tell me pistachios ran out until i said its missing-so it only had choc/pistachio sauce on it and it also stated it comes with bananas n choco shavings so that was also missing. He did come back n ask if i wanted to change it but i said no as i was already disappointed with the wait time even though it wasn't busy. Won’t be visiting again.

I had high expectations from this dessert shop, but unfortunately, the experience was underwhelming. The desserts were far from fresh clearly made using frozen items and hastily defrosted. I ordered the crofell bites, and to my surprise, they were just random bits and pieces of crofell with no thought to presentation. Honestly, I would’ve preferred to eat it properly with a fork and knife rather than pick at broken crumbs. The staff looked visibly stressed, which reflected in the service. Even the basic standards weren’t met ,the glasses had an unpleasant, stinky smell, which was off-putting. It feels like the place is running on ambiance and social media hype alone, with little attention to actual food quality or service. Wouldn’t recommend if you’re looking for a genuine dessert experience.

The desserts, as always, were delicious—rich, beautifully presented, and indulgent in the best way. But it was Zach’s service that stood out the most and made this visit extra special. You can tell he takes pride in what he does, and it's people like him that keep customers coming back.

I would say quality desert, but their portions are really tiny, not value for your money. Every time I come here, it's like the business has hit the recession and running on rations. So you have to order more to feed your sweet tooth, which you end up paying more. I would advise be a bit more generous with the portions of milk cakes like one bite, and the milkshakes are mostly whipped cream.

Heavenly Desserts. A Bit of a Letdown.. I recently visited Heavenly Desserts with my family, hoping for a sweet treat and a fun time together. Unfortunately, our experience didn’t quite match the heavenly name. When we arrived, it wasn’t very busy, but we still had to wait a few minutes to be seated. It felt a bit off, especially since we were excited to dive into some desserts. Once we finally got to our table, we were eager to order. However, the portion sizes of the desserts were surprisingly small. My daughter ordered a crepe, but when it arrived, it was tough and hard to enjoy. Thankfully, the staff was willing to replace it, which was a plus, but it set a bit of a negative tone for the evening. The atmosphere inside the place felt quite dull, lacking the vibrant energy you’d expect from a dessert spot. It wasn’t buzzing with excitement, and that made it less enjoyable. My wife asked for some extra chocolate sauce, which we thought would be a nice touch, but we were told it would come with an extra charge. It felt a bit stingy, especially for a dessert place. To top it all off, we didn’t receive a thank you or goodbye from the staff when we left. It left us feeling a bit unappreciated, and honestly, the staff seemed a little standoffish. In the end, Heavenly Desserts didn’t quite live up to the expectations we had. While the idea of a heavenly dessert experience sounds inviting, the execution felt off. I really hope they can improve on these aspects because with a little more warmth and attention, it could be a delightful spot.

Came 02/04/2025 Worst desert ever! Red bulls not cold. Icecream has ice. Crepes are hard. Tea is dusgusting. Never go here. Drinks and water is hot. Zara the manager was not interested. Really rude. No interest in customers.

These 2 girls denied us entry to the shop when it was clearly open and had 1 hour left.

Guessing from the reviews I got unlucky, and obviously deliveroo played a part too but was really disappointed as a first time customer. Ice cream was totally melted and had a hair in it (my head is totally shaved so definitely not mine), I had to reheat the custard, chocolate fudge cake pieces were tiny especially for the price, order was late too. Was really looking forward to it seeing the reviews, but don't know what happened here!

Beautiful decor, incredibly heavenly dessert and welcoming, pleasant staff. Definitely deserves a visit if you want a tasty treat, whilst dining in a sublime, environment. The pistachio and white chocolate American waffles are divine, highly recommended.

My family and I regularly come here for dessert. We have never had a problem with the food or service. Really nice staff and the atmosphere is really nice.

I ordered 2 items from heavenly desserts 1 waffle and another sundae They delivered the waffle but not the other item. When I called them they rudely told me that the delivery driver didn’t pick it up- where as the bag was sealed with just one item. I was then told to contact just eat for a refund. Totally unprofessional and rude

Rude to their delivery drivers and are nice to customers so not really a place to go to if they look down on other people just because they are uber/deliveroo drivers

They do very nice sweets but the service could be much more better.

Milkshake was literally just milk mixed with chocolate. The waffles had limited toppings but tasted fine. Order said ready so when we went to collect we still waited 40 mins for it to be ready.

Good selection, good desserts, but let down by poor service. Very slow at attending to new and seated customers, and they’re very slow when serving taken orders.

Service was unacceptable. We arrived an hour before several other people and yet our order was taken fourty minutes after - people had ordered, eaten and left. We then had to wait another 30 minutes and only then we recieved our order. We also asked for water but were told “we don’t have enough glasses”… the waiter walked past and said “oh sorry I forgot about your water, do you want it now?” We obviously refused because the water wasn’t intended for us. One of the drinks was still not ready and when it finally was - the waiter spilt it and went to make it again. We had to stop them as we didn’t feel like having it anymore. I just think the service was definitely not good and would recommend treating ALL customers equally. Would not revisit again unfortunately.

Accepted order, came to collect order as thought would save some time on delivery. They said they have no sign of the collection order. I am very annoyed with the fact that this has been done. I have been advised to cancel the order. They said if I really want my order I would have to wait over a hour even though I have already waited near enough that time. The order was ready to collect on my app. Would not recommend any of my family or friends to this business unfortunately.

Ordered a milk cake, came as a dry cake with no milk... disappointed. Was also predicted to arrive at 7.30 and instead arrived at 8.30.

Went on a busy day with just one member of staff working. We mentioned we were in a bit of a rush and she apologised, took our order promptly and served us quick as well! She was a lovely lady and the desserts were amazing AND appealing to the eye! All round great atmosphere and exceptional service got some lovely aesthetic pics from here, would definitely recommend!!!

Never had Waffles as tasty as these made by BiBi. Warm and full of chocolate and the pistachios one was even better. Cookie dough were warm and filling too.

Unfortunately the order wasn’t packed properly and the cappuccino had spilt onto items damaging the bag and other items. Very unfortunate.
