They do very nice sweets but the service could be much more better.

Milkshake was literally just milk mixed with chocolate. The waffles had limited toppings but tasted fine. Order said ready so when we went to collect we still waited 40 mins for it to be ready.

Good selection, good desserts, but let down by poor service. Very slow at attending to new and seated customers, and they’re very slow when serving taken orders.

Service was unacceptable. We arrived an hour before several other people and yet our order was taken fourty minutes after - people had ordered, eaten and left. We then had to wait another 30 minutes and only then we recieved our order. We also asked for water but were told “we don’t have enough glasses”… the waiter walked past and said “oh sorry I forgot about your water, do you want it now?” We obviously refused because the water wasn’t intended for us. One of the drinks was still not ready and when it finally was - the waiter spilt it and went to make it again. We had to stop them as we didn’t feel like having it anymore. I just think the service was definitely not good and would recommend treating ALL customers equally. Would not revisit again unfortunately.

Ordered a milk cake, came as a dry cake with no milk... disappointed. Was also predicted to arrive at 7.30 and instead arrived at 8.30.

Accepted order, came to collect order as thought would save some time on delivery. They said they have no sign of the collection order. I am very annoyed with the fact that this has been done. I have been advised to cancel the order. They said if I really want my order I would have to wait over a hour even though I have already waited near enough that time. The order was ready to collect on my app. Would not recommend any of my family or friends to this business unfortunately.

Didn’t even realise this specific location existed, this will be the new go to! Our desserts were amazing, definitely worth the money! Also, the staff were all so lovely and friendly too! Thank you

Raised concerns to management but not taken onboard so was left very disappointed and uncomfortable. Apologies but will not recommend this place.

Went on a busy day with just one member of staff working. We mentioned we were in a bit of a rush and she apologised, took our order promptly and served us quick as well! She was a lovely lady and the desserts were amazing AND appealing to the eye! All round great atmosphere and exceptional service got some lovely aesthetic pics from here, would definitely recommend!!!

Absolutely small portions for the price paid for it. Unless the portions are bigger, I will never order from here again.

Unfortunately the order wasn’t packed properly and the cappuccino had spilt onto items damaging the bag and other items. Very unfortunate.

Never had Waffles as tasty as these made by BiBi. Warm and full of chocolate and the pistachios one was even better. Cookie dough were warm and filling too.

Was served by a friendly gentlemen called zach, was very polite and cooperative when waiting to order, also gave honest reviews when I was indecisive on what to pick very impressed with the service would 100% recommend this desert shop

One of my most favourite dessert places in Birmingham. The food is great and the service is second to none. Deqa in particular is extremely friendly and helpful, always offering top quality customer service. She is a credit to the place. Makes you feel very welcome.

Absolutely appalled by the shocking service at Heavenly Desserts. From start to finish, it was an utter disgrace. We waited 15 minutes just for someone to take our order – and it was only two coffees! After that, it took them a ridiculous 30 minutes to prepare those coffees. Thirty minutes for something that should take no time at all. But the worst part? Just 10 minutes after finally being served, we were told they were closing and were essentially kicked out. No warning when we arrived, no apology for the delay, nothing. They acted as if it was our fault we didn’t have time to enjoy the drinks – when in reality, their incompetence caused the problem. The complete lack of professionalism and basic courtesy was disgusting. This place clearly has no respect for its customers. I am absolutely appalled and will never be returning. Avoid this place at all costs if you value your time, money, and patience.

Had a lovely visit to Heavenly Desserts yesterday. Even though it was a busy evening, the service was great and the waitresses remained friendly. The girl in the scarf was very bubbly and chatted to us even though she was in a rush, making us feel very welcome. Desserts were fresh and delicious, and the drinks were well made. Cozy place to eat and catchup with friends. Will be returning soon.

My husband and I visited this afternoon for a quick dessert. Unfortunately my cookie dough wasn't baked through - it's ok, mistakes happen. The lady immediately said she would make us another for taking away. Upon receiving our bill we found that we hadn't been charged for the cookie dough. We thought it's ok maybe they've run out or just removed it from the bill as compensation and left once we'd finished. They had made us one for taking away and it was lovely and cooked! Thankyou to the gentleman who came out to find us in -1 cold and rain. You didn't have to at all, but it was very much appreciated and your manner will be the reason we will return in the future.

Beautiful and relaxing interior and relaxing atmosphere. Served by Zahraa who was nice and pleasant and didn’t rush us in ordering. Portions were plentiful and presented nicely.

Amazing food I had the fruits and waffle, which was more than enough for 1 person. The spiced chai latte was warm and comforting. The atmosphere was calm for a Sunday. Zahraa who served us was very kind.

Lovely find in Birmingham. Lovely decor and the menu was so good, so much variety compared to other places. Perfect for a cold winters night. Have to say the special strawberry chessecake was amazing Will be back again soon

Don't waste your money on this place. Milkshakes are really watery, literally taste like milk with a bit of chocolate sauce. When I emailed them regarding this they said its because the ice cream melted in transit LOL what a load of BS! They did offer a 50% discount but I will not be back so you can keep your discount. Seeing as you didn't bother replying to my second email, here's the review as promised:)

Cookie dough was undercooked & just slathered in chocolate. Royale shake tasted cheap nothing liek ferrero Roche. Waffles were dry as the chocolate sauce was so sparse & presentation was so sloppy. Toppings (what there was) literally just thrown on. Really shocked at the service I received. Item was missing from order so just eat only addressed that & not the issues above. Really not what you expect from a place like heavenly.

I ordered a dessert from Heavenly Desserts through uber eats and chose the “Create Your Own Waffle” option. The options are presented in a specific order: select an ice cream, choose extra sauce, and then select extra toppings. I followed these steps and placed my order. However, when my waffle arrived, it was plain, and the toppings I selected, such as strawberries and white chocolate sauce, were placed with the ice cream in the same container container meaning the strawberries and chocolate were frozen When I called to address this issue, I was told that this is how I had ordered it and that there was nothing they could do about it. I find this response unacceptable. This order was placed with the Moseley branch, but when I have ordered from the Soho Road branch numerous times, my order has never arrived like this. I am confused and disappointed by the Moseley branch’s handling of the situation. The staff insisted that I was at fault and that the order was prepared correctly, even though I have no way of altering the Uber Eats app to place such a request. I certainly did not call or leave any notes asking for my ice cream, white chocolate sauce, and strawberries to be combined. I specifically selected the “Create Your Own Waffle” option—not “Create Your Own Ice Cream” which isn't an option so I do not understand how the toppings were added to the ice cream instead. It is unacceptable for the staff and manager to dismiss this as my mistake when it is clearly an issue on their end.

Absolutely beautiful, the service was relatively fast and the servers were really willing to lend me and my friends a few tables to take some pictures and took some pictures of us. It was a wonderful birthday experience.

Ordered online through uber eats. Item was missing and custard had not been packed properly and spilt on everything in bag. Ordered 4 desserts for my kids only received 3. Called store was told to email them. Emailed over 2 weeks ago and have had no reply. Will not order from here again. Once they have your money they don’t care.

On a casual Saturday evening I came across heavenly desserts and my sweet tooth called me in. I was not prepared for what was inside and I'm not talking about the dessert. The customer service I received from bibi was out of this world, having travelled across the world and experiencing different types of customer service bibi has surpassed all of that and has forever changed my life. I truly believe every business should have a Bibi and if they do not I will not be going!

Great tasting food as always. Only gripe is that the banana biscoff vegan cookie dough was surprisingly small! Really tasty though.

Great service, the ladies working here are very kind, the atmosphere is very nice and decor is gorgeous, it's expensive and overpriced considering the desserts are all frozen and they just prep them upon order, which would stop me returning. Nice desserts and the caramelised monkey bread was really tasty!! Sadly both the 2 things my husband wanted to try were not available which was a shame so it's better if that's shown on the menu which items aren't available but overall a good experience if you're a dessert lover with too much money
