An amazing place for a cup of tea, homemade cakes and party bookings (the host is willing to be creative) from a paw patrol theme to Alice in Wonderland. The cream tea trays and buffet style food trays that are available to be delivered look delicious and all prepared fresh. Would highly recommend.

Fabulous platter for one, excellent toast great herbal tea selection and divine homemade cake. Wow what a little gem! Lovely bright surroundings.

Brilliant service and friendly staff, range of quality drinks and snacks, no complaints. Every thing was very high quality and the expert knowledge of teas was a nice and unique touch. What a great little spot to go to, very affordable as-well. Excellent cream tea as-well!

Leanne at Heather's Tearooms was a wonderful and attentive host for my daughter's 11th birthday party. Communication was great from the outset, and nothing seemed to be any trouble. My daughter wanted an afternoon tea party for her and a few friends, I explained that my daughter has a gluten intolerance, and she sorted a gf afternoon tea for her, which looked the same as her friend's ones. The food was lovely, and the grown ups had a lovely quality pot of tea. She also provided lots of good age appropriate games for them to play, and moved furniture around to accommodate a group photo. So, apologies for the noise level, and a massive thank you. Me and my daughter will treat ourselves to lunch there during the holidays!

Lovely little refresher after a bike ride, friendly service and the drinks were out quick. Homemade smoothies were great!

We hired Heather’s Tearooms for our daughters birthday party. I first approached Leanne not knowing what we wanted, and she made the process so easy. All I told her was the theme ‘paw patrol’ and how many she was catering for. The rest was made easy and look at this incredible end result! My daughter and guests were amazed and loved every bit of it. Leanne set it all up perfectly and even made themed cards and names for the foods. Just all round amazing and I highly recommend to anyone wanting to book a caterer for an event or party! Thank you!

Really lovely little find. Menu is small but the food is delicious, the staff friendly and the prices very reasonable. Best thing too is they cater well for gluten free (and not just brownie!) and vegans. Hope this place lasts! Only tiny Downside was it was a bit chilly inside but its been very cold of late

My husband and i popped into Heather's Tearoom in Parkstone, Poole for a hot drink on a very cold day. We were greeted by a an absolutely lovely lady, who I presume to be the owner. She was extremely friendly and very approachable. We ordered 2 flat white coffees, which came in the most adorable glass cups on pretty China saucers. Very tasty coffee. Then we ordered a chocolate brownie each as we were quite peckish. Omg, they were absolutely amazing, not overly sweet, but quite rich. We enjoyed them very much. After finishing up, we got chatting to the owner, who told us the cakes were all made by a local bakery, which I'm very glad about, as too many Tearooms and cafés these day outsource to big companies to provide catering, and I feel that they end up tasting quite generic. But these were worth every penny ! The baker had aslo just been in the tearoom herself, and had a hot drink after delivering more baked goods, so we saw for ourselves what a lovely lady she is. The decor is busy, but beautiful, and everything is spotless. Plenty of seating, and also a toilet is available for customers to use. We will definitely be going back, and highly recommend that you try it for yourself!

A lovely tea room..have visited 4 to five times and each time have felt very welcomed...The tea room itself is very nicely presented..very clean and love the ceiling tiles...They have a very varied menu of bubble tea...coffees teas...Smoothies...milkshakes etc etc...They have a good selection of handmade cakes and sandwiches and I think they do toasties...and crumpets...their bacon sandwich is very nice..everything is very well presented...also they have a loyalty card which is a nice touch so after you have collected 10 teapots on a card you get a free drink...They also do afternoon tea what I have seen of them they look amazing...Well worth a visit and price wise it's very reasonable.

My daughter and me decided to treat ourselves to lunch and spend some quality time together. We decided to visit Heather’s Tearoom on Parkstone High Street. We chose to park in the close by car park, which is very reasonably priced by the way. Heather’s Tearoom is an oasis of colour on the High Street and we were impressed with the cleanliness and freshness of the Tearoom. We received a warm welcome from Leanne and Mandy who gave us plenty of time to choose from their lovely menu. I happened to mention I liked drinks with ginger and Leanne sprang into action offering a newly delivered tea not yet on their menu! I highly recommend the ginger chai latte! We chose the Mediterranean platter plus prosciutto with soft cheese drizzled with honey on toast. Both portions were impressive and very good value for money. We had a lovely lunch and did not feel hurried once we had eaten and drunk. We would both highly recommend Heather’s Tearoom as a lovely place to visit, drink and eat. Booked the Indulgent Afternoon Tea for 4. The price I was quoted made me a little apprehensive as to ‘would there be enough” How wrong I was proved to be. Such a welcome on arrival - table all set up & our choice of fresh tea/coffee in front of us in an instant. 3 tiers of special delights (freshly made sandwiches, warm scones,presented with luxury jam & clotted cream in individual pots & all topped off with an amazing tray of top quality party cakes/slices/tarts) Truly hand on heart with the variety & freshness The Ritz would not do better ✅ Leanne the owner has obviously put a lot of thought into her tea shop, with a choice of seating (certain to accommodate those of us less nimble ) & the light airy decor shows its kept spotlessly clean. Mark & Mandy are just the treasures you want in a traditional tea room, happy & welcoming - although very busy you felt nothing was too much trouble. I am told there is parking behind the shops opposite although I arrived by bus ( get off by Waitrose ) on a direct frequent route from Bournemouth or Poole. All that’s left to say is —-Indulge —- I am certain you won’t be disappointed.

I have been trying to get here since it opened. Well worth the wait! Spotlessly clean, a variety of seating which I personally love, friendly, accommodating staff, great coffee and delicious food. Home made is key for me and this little gem fits the bill. Well worth a visit. Very cheap car park almost opposite if on the road parking is full.

The tearoom is lovely and bright and stunning decor, super clean,super friendly staff and super choices. The cheese scone was served warm and delicious as expected and tried a Pumpkin Chai tea with oatmilk, and enjoyed it so much had another! The cakes are top quality and utterly delicious. I highly recommend this tearoom

We had a lovely ploughman’s lunch followed by delicious cakes and decaffeinated tea. Mark and Mandy were very welcoming and helpful. The scones were the best we’ve ever had and we’ve had a few!

I took my friend and mother for lunch to Heather's last Saturday. There is a large selection of drink options. We all enjoyed the light lunch very much which was well prepared, tasty and at a reasonable price. The millionaire's shortbread was divine! Very friendly...

I visited Heathers Tearoom with my partner and we were greeted by the wonderful Owner, Leanne, who was so warm, welcoming and energised. She is clearly so passionate about what she does. The tea room was beautifully decorated and the cakes we had were some...
