Stayed for valentine's night in a lovely comfortable four poster room with views over the golf course. Had a fabulous sharing meal for valentine's in the Mulberry restaurant in the evening and a very nice breakfast this morning too, food has all been 👌👌 only one thing the waitress could do with smiling a bit more this morning looked very grumpy 😠 🤦‍♀️

What a wonderful Hotel to escape to...we've stayed here at least 10 times now and are constantly looking g forward to our next visit. Nothing here is too much trouble, from Steph and Jayne in reception,to Megan in the restaurants and Mary the guest relations manger... there aim is to ensure your stay is the best it can be...they've always succeeded. From the manor house rooms, to the pavilion rooms and the cottage rooms...all are well furnished, comfy beds and spotlessly clean. The food is delicious and caters for all tastes. The coast is a 20 minute walk across the golf course and the scenery and sunsets are beautiful...highly recommended....

We just had two nights using the very good value deal. All the staff we met were smiley, good natured, very pleasant and helpful. The room was lovely and clean. We had Bed, Breakfast and Evening Meal and honestly we didn't need to buy any other food during our stay! The hotel is beautifully positioned for an easy level walk through the golf course to Hunstanton. The one thing we would mention is that for us the room was a tad warm, but opening the window and turning the room stat down did the trick (no radiators were on at all). Thank You Heacham Manor...we will be back!

A last minute getaway. We took the dinner, bed and breakfast offer. Booking online was easy and shortly after, they phoned for us to select mealtimes. Check in efficient. Room was in the ‘cottages’ and was perfect for us. Walls a little thin but well equipped, toasty, and we were pleased our room had a bath. Dinner had a number of upgrade options and my other half paid £5 extra towards his meal and he really enjoyed it. I had a non upgrade option and also thought that was delicious. Breakfast was amazing too. We used the thermal spa and gym, the gym is modern and well equipped and the spa was a fantastic bonus, with a towel included for residents. Changing rooms/showers tip top too. The grounds are well kept and we took a short walk around. Checkout was smooth and friendly. If you’re considering this place for your stay, book it - you are in for a treat. We are already looking at dates for when we can return :-) Huge thanks to the staff!

My husband and I came here for a beautiful weekend away ! We were not disappointed ☺️ on arrival Jayne at reception was very welcoming and friendly 😊 our room was very very clean and spacious, the duvet and pillows were very very good and comfortable. Both our sleeps were amazing . Breakfast was not so great the hashbrowns were not cooked probably , scrambled eggs were really watery , the salmon n toast was not a big enough for just one person however the hot chocolate was one of the best I have ever had n the homemade granola (think it was called ) my husband said it was very very nice . I would definitely stay here again n book my breakfast maybe a little bit earlier.

Our recent family trip to Heacham manor hotel was characterised by disappointment and discomfort. Firstly non of the rooms had air conditioning, a pre requisite quite fundamental when having the elderly stay. Also majority of the showers for our group did not work and when asked for help the staff they were most unhelpful. The food was average nothing to write home about but the service was the final nail in the coffin.

We have just returned home after yet another wonderful Christmas break at Heacham Manor. We loved it, and our 3 dogs loved it too. The Christmas package, includes top quality, imaginative meals, and festive fayre. And spacious clean, warm accommodation. This year did not have that 'party' atmosphere as in years past but that was more to do with Covid issues, than venue itself. Only thing I missed was a fun quiz. Huge thank you to all who made our stay so memorable Christmas 2023 update Wow How things have changed. Food was good.......not great Room the same......Good. But this was a Christmas Package with the Thursford Show added on. And that's where the trouble began. Poor communication regarding logistics. Some staff were morose, rude, scruffy and unprofessional. No Christmas atmosphere, which many of the guests agreed with me. Lack lustre decorations, no music, no games........nothing.!!!! Not worth the money. Very sad after 5 previous years, we will not be going back.

Absolutely stunning hotel, staff are helpful, and the food is world class. Definitely staying there again. And for the service it could have been a lot more expensive.

Would highly recommend Heacham Manor. Although we only stayed the one night, we would certainly go back again. The location is very peaceful and we felt very relaxed. Our room was very quiet and comfortable. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming from the time we arrived until checkout. We had dinner and breakfast in The Mulberry restaurant and food was very good, service was great. Looking forward to our next visit.

Booked last minute for one night stay after having some bad news. We got there staff told us they had decided to change our room without telling us. I have a lung disease and find it hard in stuffy rooms hence that’s why we booked outside in the cottage rooms. We then went for a meal in the bar which at the time had an 80th birthday party on we were told that they would be moved into an adjoining function room at 5 o’clock for their pre-ordered sandwiches 5:30 came. They were still all in there there was nowhere to sit to eat a meal staff told us that they were moving them now and to order our food 6 o’clock they still in there are food was ready but nowhere to sit. We asked in the restaurant if we could sit there but was told no because we ordered bar food. Eventually we managed to get a table but couldn’t eat as it was too hot in there and people in and out with plates of sandwiches kids running around so we left our meals bought a bar chocolate and went to our room. I am absolutely disgusted. I have reported this over a month ago to be contacted and told that other people are important that wasn’t my issue. It was the fact we were told to order our food as they were being moved and they didn’t.

NEW REVIEW Went again and the food was excellent. I had the Greek salad to start, followed by the vegan lasagna and brownie for dessert. My partner had fishcake to start, sirloin stake and chips, followed by the brownie. The service was very good and we tipped well. Knocking a star down this time as the water caraf was really dirty, inside and out, we asked them to take it away. I then ordered a bottle of water and the glass that came with it was also dirty. Clearly a bar issue, rather than a restaurant/food problem. So I drank out the bottle much to my partner's amusement! Shame they have got rid of the separate menu for the vegans/vegetarians, but there were options on the normal menu, so can't complain. Everything else was excellent. OLD REVIEW: I was very pleasantly surprised that it was modern, very clean, warm and the staff were very friendly. The atmosphere was pleasant and welcoming. There was a different menu for vegetarians and vegans, which I asked for and it was excellent. Starters, mains and desserts were available. My partner is a meat eater and he had lots on the normal menu to choose from. The food was hot, tasty, plentiful and well presented. Not to mention it was excellent value for money. We came away full and happy. We will be returning.

Amazing florists, they go above and beyond for our beautiful flowers. They even let the the younger children add flowers to the wreath, we picked so the kids felt apart of things honestly couldn't be more thankful. Thank you so much
