Our recent family trip to Heacham manor hotel was characterised by disappointment and discomfort. Firstly non of the rooms had air conditioning, a pre requisite quite fundamental when having the elderly stay. Also majority of the showers for our group did not work and when asked for help the staff they were most unhelpful. The food was average nothing to write home about but the service was the final nail in the coffin.

We spent a few days relaxing here. The room was very clean and comfortable. The hotel itself was also very nice. We had a glorious breakfast every day. The staff were absolutely amazing. I would definitely recommend a stay.

We have just returned home after yet another wonderful Christmas break at Heacham Manor. We loved it, and our 3 dogs loved it too. The Christmas package, includes top quality, imaginative meals, and festive fayre. And spacious clean, warm accommodation. This year did not have that 'party' atmosphere as in years past but that was more to do with Covid issues, than venue itself. Only thing I missed was a fun quiz. Huge thank you to all who made our stay so memorable Christmas 2023 update Wow How things have changed. Food was good.......not great Room the same......Good. But this was a Christmas Package with the Thursford Show added on. And that's where the trouble began. Poor communication regarding logistics. Some staff were morose, rude, scruffy and unprofessional. No Christmas atmosphere, which many of the guests agreed with me. Lack lustre decorations, no music, no games........nothing.!!!! Not worth the money. Very sad after 5 previous years, we will not be going back.

view from my room was fantastic, rooms were spotless and very large, staff were very friendly including the night porter, only had the breakfast and this was very good, only a 3 star hotel? I have been in 4 & 5 star ones worse than this hotel. would love to stay here again a great hotel.

We had the most amazing family birthday celebration at Heacham Manor Hotel. Venue is beautiful, food fantastic and the staff were so organised, friendly and looked after us so well. Nothing was too much trouble. Looking forward to our next stay. Thank you Heacham Manor staff .

Absolutely stunning hotel, staff are helpful, and the food is world class. Definitely staying there again. And for the service it could have been a lot more expensive.

Would highly recommend Heacham Manor. Although we only stayed the one night, we would certainly go back again. The location is very peaceful and we felt very relaxed. Our room was very quiet and comfortable. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming from the time we arrived until checkout. We had dinner and breakfast in The Mulberry restaurant and food was very good, service was great. Looking forward to our next visit.

Booked last minute for one night stay after having some bad news. We got there staff told us they had decided to change our room without telling us. I have a lung disease and find it hard in stuffy rooms hence that’s why we booked outside in the cottage rooms. We then went for a meal in the bar which at the time had an 80th birthday party on we were told that they would be moved into an adjoining function room at 5 o’clock for their pre-ordered sandwiches 5:30 came. They were still all in there there was nowhere to sit to eat a meal staff told us that they were moving them now and to order our food 6 o’clock they still in there are food was ready but nowhere to sit. We asked in the restaurant if we could sit there but was told no because we ordered bar food. Eventually we managed to get a table but couldn’t eat as it was too hot in there and people in and out with plates of sandwiches kids running around so we left our meals bought a bar chocolate and went to our room. I am absolutely disgusted. I have reported this over a month ago to be contacted and told that other people are important that wasn’t my issue. It was the fact we were told to order our food as they were being moved and they didn’t.

Little gem, offering great coffee and treats. The perfect stop when exploring North Norfolk. Dog friendly.

Exactly on the 7th of January 2025, at approximately 6-7 pm me and my wife decided to grab a bite after a long day's work. The service that we got at the take-out was only obnoxious. The brunette lady at the counter seemed to have a problem with accepting Eastern European and American accents so if you're not within the deemed acceptable clientele - stay away. Even more so - there was a difference between serving us as opposed to the other customers, perhaps also attributed to the melanin I have? Either way if youre a Yank or European or any other nationality for that matter - I'd not recommend the very unfriendliness we experienced. The fish itself was not too bad, but we've had better ones - the atmosphere encountered spoiled the taste.

As of January 1st they don’t accept card, so basically unusable to a lot of people in the modern age
