Hdo in Redbridge

We had our Engagement party at HDO and can’t praise the owner and staff enough! Booking was so easy with Dani always on hand to answer questions we had! Upon arrival staff and security very friendly and also through the night too. Very spacious venue easily accommodated our 150 guests who all said that it was an amazing venue. Would defo recomend this venue to anyone who is thinking of having a party!

The HDO management are worst,bad food served and they force customers to park on road,i won’t recoomend it at all

We hired HDO for my daughters 21st birthday party. Absolutely loved this venue, very modern with such a great feel about the space. I think we had about 120 people and it still felt like there was loads of space plus there is the outside spacious sitting area. We hired a dance floor an and amazing DJ through Danni the owner. The bar staff were very friendly and helpful along with the doormen that were also friendly. A great time was had by all that attended. I would be more then happy to hire this venue again and would recommend it :)

Nice venue good location, good size for a party with a dance floor and access to outside space. Just a shame about some of the staff who weren’t very attentive as they were too busy chatting amongst themselves and taking selfies and photos of each other. The drinks were extremely over priced as well. Can’t say I’d recommend this place due to the amount you had to spend to hire it and the service received. Not very professional.

Went to a baby shower at hdo and it was a great venue so spacious and the staff was so friendly and helpful

Nice place... was there for a private hire ( birthday party ) the lounge is a regular size, have a Terrance an open garden ideal for summer parties.... the toilets were clean and spacious, the bartenders were friendly and polite... prices of the drinks are a bit high, they don’t serve food. The place is very modern, nice choice of music

I love this place ! every time i've been there i've always enjoyed it greatly! Great for parties and sheescha!

An enjoyable evening in a well organised venue with a lovely ambience. Everyone enjoyed themselves .Owner very helpful with good ideas .

Me and my friend cannot get enough of this place! Amazing cocktails & lovely, friendly staff that make you feel incredibly welcome. Service is also very impressive, didn't even need to leave my seat, what more can you ask for!

This is such a pretty place! I went here for my friends baby shower and it was lovely Can drink inside or out in the small garden. It was ideal

Visited here for a family engagement party and it's a lovely venue. I think the catered food was not provided by the venue, but the staff were friendly and quick to serve and the venue has a good set up for a party. If I lived in Woodford I would use this as a party venue.

Been here a few times, the most recent was a delicious mojito on a Wednesday afternoon. The bar is really smart and beautifully furnished. Such friendly staff, and great cocktails. And it's fine to bring children to, as it's all enclosed! This is definitely the nicest outside space to have a drink in South Woodford. Really recommend it!

This place is amazing. Wonderful staff and owner, lovely venue. I had my 21st birthday party here and it was amazing the staff decorated the venue, there was nothing I could fault. When buying drinks you didn't have to wait around for ages they served you quickly, the shisha was amazing. If your looking for a venue to hire for any occasion this is the place. I'll be going back here again

Tenía mi hijo fiesta de bautismo. El lugar en sí está muy bien decorado y muy bien distribuida. Teníamos una zona dentro de un animador de niños e incluso pudimos ver la final de la copa en su pantalla grande. El jardín era perfecta para los más pequeños, ya que es completamente cerrado, así que de ninguna manera para ellos para escapar. . El sol. por suerte!

We had our sons 1st birthday party here and it was just amazing. The venue is incredible and the staff were so helpful and friendly. Highly recommend to anyone!! X

HDO, is a lovely venue to use for a nice Family gathering, Baby shower, Birthday celebration or Christening. The location is beautiful, the staff and the Owner give excellent service and are always friendly, I have had 2 events at this venue a Baby shower,1st Birthday and attended a Christening . All occasions have been joyful . I would highly recommend. And if you ever just want to chill and have a nice glass of Champagne in a chilled atmosphere then this is the place.

I visit HDO on a monthly basis, each time I have enjoyed it. The venue has a chilled atmosphere and helpful staff on a normal day who serve great shisha, drinks and snacks. I have also attended quite a few private events which includes birthdays (youngest being 1 years old and oldest being 50 years old), christenings, baby showers and networking events. I have to say that each event has been tailored to suit the individual requirements and has been a success. The venue has a real fresh feel to it as it has recently been refurbished inside and out and a extra toilet has been added which has met the needs of customer feedback.

Have had some really great nights here and the odd coffee afternoon. Am looking forward to spending the summer evenings here with my friends! The staff are really friendly, helpful and accommodating. Have also attended some functions here which were amazing!! No doubt I'll be having my birthday bash here!! Would definitely recommend HDO, and most definitely worth a visit.... great place!!!

The staff were lovely and accommodating, I had a surprise birthday party and I was totally blown away with the decorations and the look and feel of HDO, the drinks kept flowing the DJ had me on the dance floor all night and I felt safe when outside and leaving due to the lovely security men ( lets just call them bill & bob) I would defiantly recommend this venue to friends for all types of events as the space is so versatile and they provide so many extras from popcorn machines to ice sculptures why go anywhere else!! Me and my friends went here over the weekend and had the most amazing time. The service was incredible and the place is well kept! The Shisha was the best I think I have ever had... we are all planning are next night down there! Definitely would recommend. :)

We've had 2 great private parties at HDO. It's fantastic venue, a nice trendy bar!The staff are friendly and quick to serve. Both our private parties have been during the day time (Christening & birthday party) and on both occasions our friends and family have enjoyed the atmosphere at the bar. So much so they have stayed to have shisha and drinks when it opened to the general public. We love heading here, especially in the summer, chilled nights with shisha and a few bottles of prosecco!

I love to go HDO always a nice vibe, great prices and very friendly staff. They always have different events on you just have to choose the suitable one for yourself and your friends. For me it's a great ladies night out!

I had such a nice evening in HDO. Me and my friends were able to relax while having some nice cocktails and also could ge some shisha which was fun!! Would really recommend it to friends and others.

Me encanto la atmofera del lugar, tienen una gran diversidad de sabores para las shishas, les recomiendo manzana con menta. Tienen cerveza corona y el staff es muy amable y servicial, volvería a este lugar sin duda.

Last minute detour to this venue last night and hats off for the hospitality. Shisha was on point a very smooth smoke, no harshness and great flavours! Service was good and we were seated as we got in. Location is good, venue is small but nice and cosy, good music playing throughout. Definitely go back.

With its unuasl choice of decor.....fake grass on the floor and walls ohhhh and the toilets on my last visit I haven't rushed back.It randomly opens and mostly when it is booked privately.

The staff here were really friendly and polite, defiantly will be coming back soon! Couldn't fault this place other than the white plastic chairs were slightly uncomfortable

I revisited HDO on Tuesday after almost one year and would like to update my previous review since I cannot believe the negative reviews that were posted over the last few months.The place is bright, clean and certainly one of the nicer lounges in the area. Staff was very helpful and professional, service was fast as well.Due to the regulations around smoking indoors, the doors have to stay open, which can be a bit chilly, but there is nothing they can do about it. That's just the law.The heavy duty shishas they use here are beyond anything you will find elsewhere in London, which is why I would always choose to come here.All in all it's been another pleasant visit and for as long as the British summer lasts, I will return for more.

When I came I liked the design and idea of that place... staff wasn't very bad.... didn't need to wait too long for the service but all windows was closed inside was cold and the wind was coming inside too much even through me! It was bloody uncomfortable and when we was asked to close one door near us we was told it's impossible...unbelievable. ..

When I come with my friend we need to wait 1 hour outside after the woman is very bad without smile andshe opened the door every time we had then closed it was cold outside ...

I booked HDO for my 16th birthday and tbh they ruined my night, the staff were very rude to all my guests and my parents, which is not acceptable to the people who have paid for the event. They did not do anything they promised to do upon booking.. I would not recommend anyone to book a private event here!

Staff slow and not overly friendly. They gave the group menu's then upped the prices saying they were charging the prices on the 'new menu'. They took 40 minutes to change the shisha coal. Would I go back? No! The poor service was a let down, and really spoiled our evening.

HDO is by far the best shisha lounge I know in London. The ambience is amazing with indirect lighting in different colours throughout the place. The staff is superb - very fast and friendly.The shisha I have smoked there was so much better than what you usually get in shisha lounges in London. The vast range of flavours (ranging from traditional flavours to American top brands) makes HDO my first choice!

Sit on the patio and enjoy a unique mix of tobacco flavors.Unlike the traditional lounges in London, HDO (abbreviation of the french words "Hors d'Oevres") is decorated with white leather furniture. Neat and clean place!

Went here for after works drinks and found out that they had recently started selling vapour shisha too! Nice selection of cocktails & drinks. They have sushi (maki) rolls on the menu, which I requested but was told that it was not available - Disappointing. They do have a good load of other nibbles though.Also had a lovely blueberry & vanilla shisha absolutely guilt-free as it was the vapour kind.What attracted me to HDO was the outdoor seating and décor - It just oozes relaxation and it is all slightly romantic too. Would go there again!
