Meat was overcooked and very hard. Bread was stale. Very poor compared to its usual standard

Food is excellent, really tasty, good portion size, lots of vegetarian options too. The ambience was great, lively but not too loud so you can have a conversation and the service was just how it should be! My second visit there and will definitely return.

Food was delicious and the live music was so beautiful - our evening was a lot of fun and we had a marvellous time

The service was absolutely lovely, the starters were great. Perhaps not the best choice of mains, should have hade a few more starters but generally a lovely night. And who knew my glass of Turkish wine was really really nice!

Best Dining experience I’ve had in London

Nice Turkish restaurant next to Ealing Broadway station. Food was flavoursome and service was excellent. We had lamb iskender and chicken kofta. Both dishes were good. I wish the iskender is bigger given it costs over £20.

We came to Ealing and stayed at a local hotel and wanted to have some Mediterranean food and saw this on trip advisor. The owner served us and I can honestly say that this was the best Mediterranean food I have ever had. Amazing flavour, very good size portions and 10/10 service. We even had a complimentary tea and baklava at the end. Highly recommend this to everyone who is looking for good food/ atmosphere/ service.

We were looking for a Turkish restaurant, and someone recommended this one. Not only the staff were really friendly but also the food was absolutely amazing! Especially, the Kebab and Knafeh were perfect for my taste. Thank you for your service :)

The chicken shish and lamb shish was dry and not very flavourful. The bread was also tough and seemed old. For the price I expected better.

I had a fantastic lunch at this restaurant, thanks to their great lunch deal and the exceptional service from Preeti with her warm and welcoming personality. The lamb kofta with rice was delicious, and the hummus was perfectly creamy and flavorful and the complimentary Turkish tea at the end of the meal was a really nice touch and really appreciated. Overall a wonderful dining experience that I highly recommend!

Food was so yummy, we ordered a cold meze and mixed grill for 2 and it was very authentic and delicious. However I do think it was overpriced for what it was. The mixed grill was on a small side and was not worth £18 with the amount of meat put on the plate. But the waitresses were very lovely and gave us extra bread and the sauces especially the garlic dip was so good!

PHENOMENAL!! - As I walked in a delightful member of staff called Shy greeted me. I asked if they have any juice and Shy suggested the lemonade - it’s sweet and fresh I even ordered another. The restaurant is spotless, immaculate to say the least, tastefully decorated and had a great atmosphere with beautiful traditional music. The food - just wow!!! I had the hummus with grilled bread to start. Very generous portion and tasted great. For main I had the grilled lamb chops which came with a red cabbage and bulgur rice. The lamb was cooked perfectly, the meat you can tell is good quality and again a huge portion. I had a coffee to finish and Shy made me a traditional Turkish coffee - it’s very strong and a perfect finish to a delicious meal with perfect service. Thank you Shy, see you soon Haven Grill.

The food is really excellent, I particularly recommend the sweet kunefe, I usually don't like desserts but this is truly spectacular, the best I have ever eaten in any Turkish restaurant, you absolutely must eat it if you come here. The waitresses were very kind to us who didn't know English well, they helped us and explained how the dishes were made, the owner is also very kind. Every time I come to London it's a fixed stop, highly recommended.

We were greeted and seated promptly. The servers made sure we had everything we needed and helped us to choose our menu options, allowing for substitutions. The adana kebab was very tasty and not greasy like Moalana or Persian Palace that's nearby. I usually go to Turkish food in North London but this is a good find that's in West London. I would like bread, salad and cacik to be complimentary as they do in North London restaurants but that's the only criticism I have.

The restaurant's food is halal and the taste is excellent. The chops, hummus and wings are very good. As for the kebab and rice, they often ask you if you want rice or bread alongside the grill. We ordered rice and it was white and not sweet, but the weather is very hot because there is no air conditioning and London is hot these days. Today is Friday 7/19/2024

OMG!! What a restaurant wow wow wow the place is a bomb. Food is 10000000% AMAZING. SHY IS SO LOVELY, KIND AND WONDERFUL CUSTOMERS SERVICE. THE OWNER MIMO IS THE BEST. HE WILL SPOIL YOU HARD! THE VIBES IS GREAT. I bit my tongue cause the food was so nice. We had Sarma Beyti Lamb and Chicken....the best. Was sooo good.

We had booked the restaurant for a group of us. Unfortunately, there wasn't enough of a choice for vegetarians. I ordered the Veg kebab and didn't enjoy my meal. It was very oily and consisted mainly of courgettes. Staff were not attentive and honestly not value for money. We won't be booking her again.

Poor service and high prices! Unfortunately I was hugely disappointed this evening and will not be returning to this restaurant. Firstly, every drink we ordered at the bar had a service charge added on the top!! Why? Secondly, service was VERY poor! We were virtually ignored all night and had to keep asking the waiters/waitresses to come and take our orders. The manager/owner was very rude when I queried the price of a bottle of wine on our bill and walked off when I was talking to him. He went to sit at another customers table, and didn’t even say thankyou or goodbye to us. This is not the way to treat your customers. We will NOT be returning and would not recommend this restaurant to anyone else.

The best restaurant in Ealing Love this place. Come here frequently with my friend either to have tea or dinner. The Mixed Grill is top drawer as is the Kunefe. Live music on Saturdays (and other days) with the excellent Turkish musician playing the Saz and vocals is great and not something you find elsewhere. Service is first class. Hope I will be coming here for a long time.

I was skeptical after seeing just a few reviews, but it really is quite good. I feel like most similar restaurants around serve food that is drenched in fat and with cheap ingredients, but this one was different. Meat was nice and tender and the cold mezzes and bread were also excellent.

Ordered kebab Adana, meat and bread is okay but there is no salad with fresh vegetables!They gave pickeled red cabage with presley! Not good, disappointing for the money I paid.

Lovely, local restaurant. Food is delicious and generous portions. Service was great, attentive waitresses and even the owner came over to check if everything was ok. Would definitely recommend and will be back! 😊 Lots of parking in the side streets nearby after 4pm.

Wow what a find! We dined here a few weeks back. It was our first time but it won't be our last. Amazing food, and lots of it. The warm hummus is heavenly, the mix grill, incredible. The staff and owner were all incredibly nice and attentive. There was also a guy singing all the time we were there, creating a lovely atmosphere. It's such a hidden gem in Ealing. Please visit and keep these smaller restaurants alive in Ealing, rather then supporting the large chain restaurants. The food and service is far superior to any chain, and these guys deserve to be rewarded for their hard work

even though there was a local power cut on the surrounding resturants were shut, the Haven Grill welcome us in. There were candles on the table, They said they were able to keep open because their food was done on charcoal grills. despite the obvious difficulties the staff had in a darkened restaurant, they were attentive and hospitable and the food they served was delicious.

The best ever! Very impressed with high quality of mezes, beyti and iskender. They were so delicious. There was live music too.

This was our first time at this restaurant and we must say this was our best decision ever.. to begin with the service was wonderful..we enjoyed the fact that all the staff were so welcoming and they kept talking to us and greeting us with a smile ..the Owner was so welcoming and kept coming to check on us if we were comfortable and most importantly the support staff were so nice and greeted us with their pleasant smile ..Preeti the lady who was serving us and the other support staff whose name I dint take..was just wonderful at their job.. the food was delicious and I have been to many Turkish restaurant but this particular one had such lovely flavours that just melted in your mouth and was very appetising.. please do go and visit this place and make it a memorable one

I love this restaurant…. I came with 5 of my friends and they were so impressed. Brilliant service..Management/staff are so friendly and attentive. Lovely atmosphere, relaxing. The food is on point and prices are very reasonable. One of my favourite places to eat. Thank you Shy and the main man for looking after us, appreciated.

Really enjoyed their mixed grill for two, however their Berry Mocktail was just purée with two cubes of ice and way too sweet. The drink would’ve been great if it was blended with the ice to create a sort of slushy. Otherwise really happy.

Last night we had an amazing night in this Resturant , music , dance , great food and best service . The starter dish was wonderful served with hot, fresh bred and the mix grill dish was amazing served with a nice music . Best place for your parties .

An amazing evening. This was our first time and we will be back. The food, staff and atmosphere were exceptional.

Really a nice place with lovely and accommodating staff. The food is really good. No pide on the menu, but I've never been disappointed with what they have served me.

Not Allergy Conscience I have a severe allergy to gluten, where I can go into anaphylaxis and explained I have an allergy to a staff member before ordering. When the food came it was all on top of pita bread which should not have been the case after explaining my allergy and ordering it without bread. It’s quite a serious error and careless of the restaurant. If I haven’t noticed or if it was someone who didn’t know it contained gluten like someone young or elderly someone could of ended up in hospital. Once I told the staff about the bread and that I could not eat it I didn’t even receive an apology until the end when I asked for the service charge to be removed. The service was all over the place. They got our reservation time wrong and expected us for 19:30 when we booked 18:30 which is also what the confirmation email said, they offered me Bulgar after I had explained that I’m allergic to gluten and they gave us the wrong bill upon payment. The food was satisfactory/okay but unfortunately tainted by the poor service. I was also a bit worried that there could be cross contamination as they may have potentially just slide the bread out from underneath the meat rather than making a new meal as it came up only a couple mins later from the kitchen from when they took it back. On a good note the vibe, decor and DJ were very good. However unfortunately due to my my experience I won’t be returning. But hope they please improve their allergy conscience and training for other customers who may suffer with allergies.

I was staying at a place nearby due to an overnight layover. I don’t think I’ve been to a Turkish restaurant so I decided to give it a try. The restaurant is amazing! Great atmosphere with the decor and live music and the service and food was excellent!! The owner is very attentive and gave me a sample of the Turkish red wine which I enjoyed and had a glass with my mixed shish plate. The chicken, lamb, rice, salad and bread were all delicious! I highly recommend this restaurant!

Me and my best friend ended up coming here because we just wanted to find some place to chat and we ended up having an amazing dinner together. What a little gem in Ealing. Super kind owner and waitress, food was delicious, the restaurant looks beautiful... Overall we were absolutely stunned with everything, the kind owner even gave us a complimentary Turkish tea with our dessert. 10/10 we will be coming back with more of our friends.

We heard about this Turkish restaurant from some friends, so we decided to give it a go. I honestly cannot give this restaurant less than five stars . Exceptionally very friendly and helpful staff from the Wellcome to the goodbye. The owner kept checking on every table to make sure everything is in the right order and we are happy with everything. The atmosphere is just fantastic and they had live music which made everyone in the right mood and wanted to dance. The food is truly Turkish with the right flavours and Very generous portions. The most authentic Turkish food you can find in London. Everything about this restaurant gave me a great experience and the need to come back. From the amazing food to the atmosphere, nothing seems to be lacking. The service, staff and owner are extremely kind and there are different themes in the restaurant depending on the days you go (Fridays & Saturdays are recommended). Definitely looking forward to coming back soon.

I was missing my Fanta. I had asked the bread to be separate, which it was not. Not very happy.

Would have been nice to leave a review of the food service and atmosphere, but we were not given the opportunity, due to it being closed. A booking was confirmed for the 1/1/24 at 6.30pm. We arrived only to find the restaurant closed. The booking was for my fiancé's birthday. I am most disappointed as the whole evening was ruined. If the restaurant was scheduled to be closed, up date your Web site, and do not accept bookings. No way to run a business. Update Returned to the resturant this evening, food was lovely, a great atmosphere and the service was very good. The resturant was full and we where not rushed to leave. I respect the management for offering a complimentary meal for 2. I would go back and would recommend. Lovely evening.

Well we booked for a birthday meal. Received a booking confirmation so all good, so we thought. Arrived in the rain and the restaurant was closed. Thanks Haven Grill for completely spoiling my birthday. If you are closed, have the decency to update your website and booking system. Update……following a rather angry call to the management we have been offered a free dining experience for two (upgraded from a free drink 🤬). Will re review when we have eaten there. Final update - returned tonight for our meal and happy to revise the original review to 4/5 across the board. Food was very good and portion size was just about right. Service was really good and staff were polite. We had starters and then a sharing plate followed by Baklava. We felt that it would be unfair for the restaurant to fully pay for the meal but when we offered to contribute we’re told it was fully complimentary and they wanted us to enjoy our evening fully. Would happily return and recommend. Many thanks to the management.

Das Essen hier war wirklich lecker, und die Portionen waren enorm – definitiv für den großen Appetit. Dennoch muss man sagen, dass die Preise extrem hoch angesiedelt sind. Für den Geschmack zahlt man, aber nicht in diesem Ausmaß. Personal sehr freundlich und aufmerksam.

The food was decent. My main (chicken shish iskender) was amazing. The service was a bit slow but not too bad. They had a nice christmassy decoration but the place didn't smell good and it felt a bit 'cold'.

Good atmosphere and lovely food. Unfortunately, of the three times I have eaten there, twice we have been charged for a bottle of wine instead of a glass. Recommend for the food but make sure you check the bill if you order wine.

Used ‘The Fork’ to book a table with work friends (and access a discount - worth it, people!). The restaurant is very nice, with lovely attentive staff. The food is great - very well seasoned meat, and incredibly generous portions. Will certainly go back, with family and friends.

Food is nice but the portions are small. If you are hungry then I would go somewhere else. Prices are very expensive compared to the small portions you get. This restaurant is no way value for money. Overall I would not visit again
