We were greeted and seated promptly. The servers made sure we had everything we needed and helped us to choose our menu options, allowing for substitutions. The adana kebab was very tasty and not greasy like Moalana or Persian Palace that's nearby. I usually go to Turkish food in North London but this is a good find that's in West London. I would like bread, salad and cacik to be complimentary as they do in North London restaurants but that's the only criticism I have.

I was skeptical after seeing just a few reviews, but it really is quite good. I feel like most similar restaurants around serve food that is drenched in fat and with cheap ingredients, but this one was different. Meat was nice and tender and the cold mezzes and bread were also excellent.

Ordered kebab Adana, meat and bread is okay but there is no salad with fresh vegetables!They gave pickeled red cabage with presley! Not good, disappointing for the money I paid.

Lovely, local restaurant. Food is delicious and generous portions. Service was great, attentive waitresses and even the owner came over to check if everything was ok. Would definitely recommend and will be back! 😊 Lots of parking in the side streets nearby after 4pm.

Wow what a find! We dined here a few weeks back. It was our first time but it won't be our last. Amazing food, and lots of it. The warm hummus is heavenly, the mix grill, incredible. The staff and owner were all incredibly nice and attentive. There was also a guy singing all the time we were there, creating a lovely atmosphere. It's such a hidden gem in Ealing. Please visit and keep these smaller restaurants alive in Ealing, rather then supporting the large chain restaurants. The food and service is far superior to any chain, and these guys deserve to be rewarded for their hard work

Loved it. Clean, bright room, warm service, delicious food, plentiful portion sizes and good value. The Kanafe is reason to go in itself. Save room for dessert!

even though there was a local power cut on the surrounding resturants were shut, the Haven Grill welcome us in. There were candles on the table, They said they were able to keep open because their food was done on charcoal grills. despite the obvious difficulties the staff had in a darkened restaurant, they were attentive and hospitable and the food they served was delicious.

Lovely little spot in Ealing. Amazing food and the service very professional Was very busy for a Saturday afternoon but the lady priti always served with a smile. Keep Up the hard work guys …. All the very best

This was our first time at this restaurant and we must say this was our best decision ever.. to begin with the service was wonderful..we enjoyed the fact that all the staff were so welcoming and they kept talking to us and greeting us with a smile ..the Owner was so welcoming and kept coming to check on us if we were comfortable and most importantly the support staff were so nice and greeted us with their pleasant smile ..Preeti the lady who was serving us and the other support staff whose name I dint take..was just wonderful at their job.. the food was delicious and I have been to many Turkish restaurant but this particular one had such lovely flavours that just melted in your mouth and was very appetising.. please do go and visit this place and make it a memorable one

I love this restaurant…. I came with 5 of my friends and they were so impressed. Brilliant service..Management/staff are so friendly and attentive. Lovely atmosphere, relaxing. The food is on point and prices are very reasonable. One of my favourite places to eat. Thank you Shy and the main man for looking after us, appreciated.

Really enjoyed their mixed grill for two, however their Berry Mocktail was just purée with two cubes of ice and way too sweet. The drink would’ve been great if it was blended with the ice to create a sort of slushy. Otherwise really happy.

Last night we had an amazing night in this Resturant , music , dance , great food and best service . The starter dish was wonderful served with hot, fresh bred and the mix grill dish was amazing served with a nice music . Best place for your parties .

Really a nice place with lovely and accommodating staff. The food is really good. No pide on the menu, but I've never been disappointed with what they have served me.

Not Allergy Conscience I have a severe allergy to gluten, where I can go into anaphylaxis and explained I have an allergy to a staff member before ordering. When the food came it was all on top of pita bread which should not have been the case after explaining my allergy and ordering it without bread. It’s quite a serious error and careless of the restaurant. If I haven’t noticed or if it was someone who didn’t know it contained gluten like someone young or elderly someone could of ended up in hospital. Once I told the staff about the bread and that I could not eat it I didn’t even receive an apology until the end when I asked for the service charge to be removed. The service was all over the place. They got our reservation time wrong and expected us for 19:30 when we booked 18:30 which is also what the confirmation email said, they offered me Bulgar after I had explained that I’m allergic to gluten and they gave us the wrong bill upon payment. The food was satisfactory/okay but unfortunately tainted by the poor service. I was also a bit worried that there could be cross contamination as they may have potentially just slide the bread out from underneath the meat rather than making a new meal as it came up only a couple mins later from the kitchen from when they took it back. On a good note the vibe, decor and DJ were very good. However unfortunately due to my my experience I won’t be returning. But hope they please improve their allergy conscience and training for other customers who may suffer with allergies.

I was staying at a place nearby due to an overnight layover. I don’t think I’ve been to a Turkish restaurant so I decided to give it a try. The restaurant is amazing! Great atmosphere with the decor and live music and the service and food was excellent!! The owner is very attentive and gave me a sample of the Turkish red wine which I enjoyed and had a glass with my mixed shish plate. The chicken, lamb, rice, salad and bread were all delicious! I highly recommend this restaurant!

I have been there 3 days straight. Honestly the food and service is amazing. They will be seeing me again. Lovely food, lovely staff. Lamb chops and shrimps ohhhh-delicious. Shy the manager is very lovely. Lovely indeed.

Me and my best friend ended up coming here because we just wanted to find some place to chat and we ended up having an amazing dinner together. What a little gem in Ealing. Super kind owner and waitress, food was delicious, the restaurant looks beautiful... Overall we were absolutely stunned with everything, the kind owner even gave us a complimentary Turkish tea with our dessert. 10/10 we will be coming back with more of our friends.

We heard about this Turkish restaurant from some friends, so we decided to give it a go. I honestly cannot give this restaurant less than five stars . Exceptionally very friendly and helpful staff from the Wellcome to the goodbye. The owner kept checking on every table to make sure everything is in the right order and we are happy with everything. The atmosphere is just fantastic and they had live music which made everyone in the right mood and wanted to dance. The food is truly Turkish with the right flavours and Very generous portions. Going back there is a must. Thank you Mimo and the crew for making our night to remember. Best wishes

this is orobably one of the best turkish restaurants i have ever been to celebrated my birthday there yesterday i had an amazing time staff and the Manager was very friendly atmosferę was really nice i loved it will visit again 10 out of 10 very happy with the service .thankyou haven grill for having me :)

The most authentic Turkish food you can find in London. Everything about this restaurant gave me a great experience and the need to come back. From the amazing food to the atmosphere, nothing seems to be lacking. The service, staff and owner are extremely kind and there are different themes in the restaurant depending on the days you go (Fridays & Saturdays are recommended). Definitely looking forward to coming back soon.

I was missing my Fanta. I had asked the bread to be separate, which it was not. Not very happy.

Would have been nice to leave a review of the food service and atmosphere, but we were not given the opportunity, due to it being closed. A booking was confirmed for the 1/1/24 at 6.30pm. We arrived only to find the restaurant closed. The booking was for my fiancé's birthday. I am most disappointed as the whole evening was ruined. If the restaurant was scheduled to be closed, up date your Web site, and do not accept bookings. No way to run a business. Update Returned to the resturant this evening, food was lovely, a great atmosphere and the service was very good. The resturant was full and we where not rushed to leave. I respect the management for offering a complimentary meal for 2. I would go back and would recommend. Lovely evening.

Well we booked for a birthday meal. Received a booking confirmation so all good, so we thought. Arrived in the rain and the restaurant was closed. Thanks Haven Grill for completely spoiling my birthday. If you are closed, have the decency to update your website and booking system. Update……following a rather angry call to the management we have been offered a free dining experience for two (upgraded from a free drink 🤬). Will re review when we have eaten there. Final update - returned tonight for our meal and happy to revise the original review to 4/5 across the board. Food was very good and portion size was just about right. Service was really good and staff were polite. We had starters and then a sharing plate followed by Baklava. We felt that it would be unfair for the restaurant to fully pay for the meal but when we offered to contribute we’re told it was fully complimentary and they wanted us to enjoy our evening fully. Would happily return and recommend. Many thanks to the management.

Das Essen hier war wirklich lecker, und die Portionen waren enorm – definitiv für den großen Appetit. Dennoch muss man sagen, dass die Preise extrem hoch angesiedelt sind. Für den Geschmack zahlt man, aber nicht in diesem Ausmaß. Personal sehr freundlich und aufmerksam.

The food was decent. My main (chicken shish iskender) was amazing. The service was a bit slow but not too bad. They had a nice christmassy decoration but the place didn't smell good and it felt a bit 'cold'.

Good atmosphere and lovely food. Unfortunately, of the three times I have eaten there, twice we have been charged for a bottle of wine instead of a glass. Recommend for the food but make sure you check the bill if you order wine.

Used ‘The Fork’ to book a table with work friends (and access a discount - worth it, people!). The restaurant is very nice, with lovely attentive staff. The food is great - very well seasoned meat, and incredibly generous portions. Will certainly go back, with family and friends.

Food is nice but the portions are small. If you are hungry then I would go somewhere else. Prices are very expensive compared to the small portions you get. This restaurant is no way value for money. Overall I would not visit again

I love this restaurant, I did enjoy my experience there if you are in Ealing Broadway is a good choice. The service was slow but staff were friendly, I went on Saturday. I had lamb chops which was tasty and the salad on the side was fresh unlike some restaurants.

I can not begin to describe how much love I have for this restaurant, the food is incredible, but besides that, the hospitality from the manager was incredible. I had booked a table for 20 for my wedding dinner, and it was the best night of my life full of food , entertainment, and amazing hospitality from all the staff, especially the manager. The live music was beautiful, Belly dancing was so fun everyone got up to dance it was amazing and fun. The food was absolutely beautiful and fresh. I would say it’s probably one of the best Turkish restaurants I have ever been to! I would recommend everyone to come here, for the atmosphere and the food it’s absolutely amazing. They made my night incredible and unforgettable.

Sadly a truly dreadful experience - service was awful waited 15 minutes for a menu for the manager to come over and say that the table we were at was reserved so he would like us to move (I had also reserved a table) as there were only two of us we were happy to move. We moved to a table which was a small round coffee shop style table - when we finally ordered (two mix mezze as our main meal) we were told the food won’t fit on the table so what would they like us to do? They took away our side plates so we had to eat from the mixed mezze plate so it could fit. An hour into the meal a party arrived to sit on the table we had been moved from (friends of the management as they were greeted with hugs and kisses) we then waited to get the waiters attention for the bill after 15mins he came past I requested the bill. He then went on to serve tea for the table we were moved from, clear tables and served drinks to another. At this point we’d been waiting for almost 30mins to leave so I got up and requested the bill again as I had waited long enough and wanted to go home. No apology or acknowledgment of the poor service it’s such a shame as the food was good but customer service was appalling.

This is a wonderful gem in the heart of Ealing. Really gracious waiting staff. I had the Babaganoush and the Chicken Shish, both which were excellent and flavoursome. Would definitely return.

Very impressed with the quality of the food and value for money here. Authentic Turkish restaurant with Turkish background music et al. We had the assorted starter platter together with chilli and garlic sauces, very yummy.

We were in London on summer holiday with our 2 year old son. It is an absolutely cosy place and the food is delicious. The owner made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Warm and friendly service and very reasonable prices.

The boss is very nice and handsome.

It was busy and the waitress was busy taking orders, clearing tables, serving etc. We had to ask for our drinks after waiting 15 minutes and my husband’s chicken kofte looked like it had been cooked the day before and reheated, as it was hard to cot and dried out. We asked the waitress to speak to the chef, she apologised and confirmed the chef said it should have been soft and tender. We received an apology but no reduction on our bill. This restaurant is one of the more expensive local eateries and the meal disappointing which resulted in my husband having stomach issues.

Came here for dinner and absolutely loved it! The Mezze platter and the cheese bourag were so flavourful! The mixed grill platter was just a show stopper. Really loved the lamb chops and ribs, the chicken wings were crispy and tasty and the lamb tikka was amazing too! Wasn’t too fond of the rice or chicken tikka. I will 100% be coming here again! Just thinking of the lamb ribs is making me salivate!

Great place to eat ! Open till 11:30pm so a great place for late dinners. Two thumbs up for the great service , the affable owner who greets all and ofcourse the extra bread ! 😊

Really passionate people making the freshest, healthiest food in the area and open quite late. A godsend for when you're on a late shift or gig. Truly singing flavours and the best falafel I have ever had. Extraordinarily good. Also stylish new decor, so really pleasant to be in.

Nice place to taste Turkish food. The taste of food is great, prices are higher if you dine in compared to other restaurants around. You pay double the price for the food and the same food they offer half price if you do a take away ( couldn't understand their pricing). Apart from the price factor, it's worth trying. They also have musical nights over the weekend.
