Haven Grill Meze Mangal in Ealing

This was such a delightful experience from beginning to end. The young woman who greeted me was so helpful and professional. She patiently answered all my questions about the food as this was my first visit to a Turkish restaurant. The food. Oh my, the food! I'd ordered a cold side dish called Babaghanoush and some grilled minced chicken kofta which was served with bulgar, red cabbage, roasted green chilli pepper and tomato. The portions were spot on. The taste experience was something else! The Babaghanoush was definitely the star of the show for me; simply delicious. After my meal another staff member had made some fresh Turkish tea with cardamon and asked me if I'd like some. I didn't need any persuading! So on that early Wednesday evening I finished my wonderful meal sitting outside, basking in the sunshine with my complimentary Turkish tea. What an experience. Great atmosphere, superb service, and very tasty food. A sincere thank you to all the staff for making my visit so memorable. I will definitely be coming back!

Went for a birthday celebration dinner. Was quite disappointed with the very slow service from asking us for drinks, starters and main meal. I had to always call over the waitress to get her attention. The starters was nice. Had a hellim cheese. The main meal I ordered a mixed shish. The chicken was nice but the lamb shish was salty. Seemed like they were sat in salty water to preserve the meat . Would I come again?? A big fat NO!!!

We tried this restaurant for the first time and it didn’t disappoint! The food was fresh and the whole experience felt quite authentic.

Beautiful halal turkish food, and wonderful service - made my mother's birthday special. The restaurant also allowed us to pray in the mini storage area at maghrib time 💖

Yesterday I dined solo in this restaurant (between 5:30 and 6:30pm, so outside of the peak hours) and I can't say it was a nice experience even though the food was OK. I ordered a starter and a main with a drink. As soon as I was served the starter they came 3 times in 20min asking me to serve the main. As soon as I had the last bite not even swallowed, they brought the main meal. Really not a restaurant I recommend for solo dining. However, the group of 5 who came later was looked after with much more manners. Definitely not an inclusive approach to customer care.

Definitely a great restaurant: excellent service, food and the price. I went here for my birthday dinner with family and we liked it and we are thinking to return again. THere is also a good choice of veg dishes. We haven't tried the desert.

The Haven Grill has got to be my favourite restaurant by far, and ive travelled the country.. The staff are friendly and attentive, the food is so moreish and full of flavour..... They definitely go the extra mile for there customers. And the lemonade well what can I say... mouth watering.... Will definitely recommend to all friends and family who are up that way

Me and my husband went for Iftar here. The staff was superfriendly and welcoming. Amazing ambience. Very calm and quiet. We had mix grill platter and chicken shish platter. Both were delicious and we loved it to bits. Had their complementary qahwa, which I really missed since my days in Istanbul. Overall, very much satisfying experience. Will visit here again soon.

The food was lovely, I got the seabass which was massive and grilled beautifully. Our server Tiara was hilarious and really attentive!! Definitely recommend!!

We have dined at this restaurant several times now, and they are consistently good! Be it their food or service. Their meats are cooked well - well seasoned and juicy; their rice tasty; and their smaller plates e.g. babaghanoush, calamari, hummus etc are delicious! Although they are always busy, I find the staff are always professional, attentive, and polite. Such a gem in Ealing. Highly recommend!

Went here for an unplanned and unbooked dinner on Saturday with my partner. Even though they were packed the male owner went out of his way to find us a table. The food was amazing!! I was so full from the starter alone I ended up bringing home the rest of my main meal. Clean, smelled lovely, welcoming, accommodating, the young ladies serving were super quick, efficient and worked really hard, they cleaned and tidied each table as soon as the occupents had left! I was highly impressed 😊 and their tip was well deserved. Unfortunately forgot to take a photo of the food but I highly recommend and will be eating here again for sure

My family decided to stop by for dessert, and even though we didn't have a reservation, the owner was super welcoming and made sure we were taken care of! We indulged in their delicious künafeh, and it was a real treat! I highly recommend this place—the staff were all so friendly and provided fantastic service!

Our waitress was polite and attentive, the food was flavourful, tender and delicious. The restaurant (as well as bathroom) was clean, warm and welcoming. I shall CERTAINLY be returning again, hopefully next time with more guests!

From the warmth of the decoration and the friendly atmosphere that surrounds you within the first 5 minutes of sitting there up to the point when you order and get the surprise of the overwhelming flavours. It was one of the enjoyable experiences I have had in a restaurant. I definitely recommend it. Keep it up.

We had the sharing platter for 2 and it was amazing, perfectly cooked meat with an array of sides— and so much of it! 5/5 it was amazing!

Ordered the mixed grill kebab and I can't recommend it enough, it hits the spot! This brings me back to Turkey and the meat tastes really fresh and well made. We will definitely be back.

There was live music playing in the evening, I liked the decor and the ambience was nice. I will say that the nona colada mocktail was far too milky, it needed more coconut and pineapple. Their mixed grill was spot on, flavourful and a great portion size. I would return again.

I booked our company Christmas party at Haven Grill. From on the moment we walked through the doors I knew I had made a great decision. The warm welcome we received, the friendly atmosphere and the attentive staff was just the beginning, our night kept getting better and better! The real showstopper here was the delicious food we were served, everything was freshly cooked and so full of flavour. The portions were super generous! All matched with fantastic wine choices. I couldn’t recommend this restaurant more; I can’t wait to bring my family and friends back to visit!

The customer service was very good - very friendly and accommodating. The food was tasty and big portions so value for money. The restaurant was very busy so sometimes it was hard to get the wait staff’s attention but they were really lovely, patient and pleasant when they were serving or answering questions.

Very warm welcome, delicious hot mezzo to start shared then. Main course wax sea bass very fresh and tasty and my friends had grilled chicken. The Turkish wine was good along with the mint tea. Generous portions, will return.

This was our second visit to Haven Grill. The food and service is excellent. We are so pleased we found this little gem in the heart of Ealing Broadway!

The manager and his team were exceptionally attentive always scanning to see if anyone needed anything without shoving over each table. The decor and atmosphere is warm and welcoming, with a calm, relaxed chilled feel. The food came relatively quickly considering how busy the place was when I visited. Full of flavour, cooked just right and filling. Highly recommended.

Very good lamb kebab, starters, rice and vegetables. Lovely place. May need a vestibule around the front door to stop draughts when people enter - or simply sit away from the door.

This was a really nice dinner shop right next to Ealing Broadway station. I went with a group of friend and all of the food we had here was incredible. We had kalamar, halloumi and hummus for starters and it was all fresh and very easy to share it also came with a basket of warm homemade bread which was absolutely delicious. The service was wonderful as well both servers we had were very friendly and helpful. The atmosphere was just very homely no pressure it was clear that the experience of the customer was very important. Would recommend if in the area.

Good service, nice restaurant, however, not authentic Turkish food. No bread, Hummus, Cacik, or Esme served before the mains, etc... & No Cay/Baklava served at the end, only Turkish restaurant I've been too which doesn't do this, didn't see any Turkish staff so that might explain it. Mix grill for two is massively overpriced (£65) and could easily be finished by one person, smallest lamb chops I've ever seen. Served with rice & and bulgur (no salad only red cabbage) but, again, very small portions. The taste was okay but lacked spice. 6/10

Amazing pre booked dinner with cousin . Definetly will be back . They pulled all the stops and even amended mash potatoes for vegetables . You’ll be seeing me soon . Thank you for desert and amazing ambience .

Haven grill was one of the best Turkish food I had in the UK. I lived in Turkey for 20 years and I can say that the level of the food was as good as I had in Turkey. I especially really enjoyed their liver, beyti and spring rolls with cheese. I can say this is a perfect spot if you want to try out some great Turkish food.

We had a wedding dinner here and the staff were absolutely exceptional! Abraham and Mohammed were friendly, accommodating, and they made the night really special for all the guests. The live singer was also fantastic and really added to the atmosphere. The wait staff and front of house were happy and welcoming, and the food was of course very good. They offer a great selection of Turkish food and mezze, the lamb chops in particular are delicious!

One of the best restaurants near Ealing Broadway station. The staff attentiveness, combined with the great quality of the meals and adequate prices for Ealing are part of their DNA. Must try: Hummus, Sish Iskender (Chicken or Lamb).

Meat was overcooked and very hard. Bread was stale. Very poor compared to its usual standard

I went there with my spouse for a dinner on Friday night. We didn’t booked a table but they let us sit anyway. We have been served by Tiara, a very sweet and funny girl, which made the experience very very enjoyable! We didn't wait too long before the food was served, and it was great, fresh, very tasty and cooked amazingly! I suggest this place very much! Thank you very much!

Food is excellent, really tasty, good portion size, lots of vegetarian options too. The ambience was great, lively but not too loud so you can have a conversation and the service was just how it should be! My second visit there and will definitely return.

Best Dining experience I’ve had in London

Nice Turkish restaurant next to Ealing Broadway station. Food was flavoursome and service was excellent. We had lamb iskender and chicken kofta. Both dishes were good. I wish the iskender is bigger given it costs over £20.

We came to Ealing and stayed at a local hotel and wanted to have some Mediterranean food and saw this on trip advisor. The owner served us and I can honestly say that this was the best Mediterranean food I have ever had. Amazing flavour, very good size portions and 10/10 service. We even had a complimentary tea and baklava at the end. Highly recommend this to everyone who is looking for good food/ atmosphere/ service.

The chicken shish and lamb shish was dry and not very flavourful. The bread was also tough and seemed old. For the price I expected better.

I had a fantastic lunch at this restaurant, thanks to their great lunch deal and the exceptional service from Preeti with her warm and welcoming personality. The lamb kofta with rice was delicious, and the hummus was perfectly creamy and flavorful and the complimentary Turkish tea at the end of the meal was a really nice touch and really appreciated. Overall a wonderful dining experience that I highly recommend!

i came here today and the food was really really good. the service and atmosphere was amazing. the owners came and checked on us to make sure everything was good. the seating is really good and cozy and i suggest that people should come here and i would definitely come back

Food was so yummy, we ordered a cold meze and mixed grill for 2 and it was very authentic and delicious. However I do think it was overpriced for what it was. The mixed grill was on a small side and was not worth £18 with the amount of meat put on the plate. But the waitresses were very lovely and gave us extra bread and the sauces especially the garlic dip was so good!

PHENOMENAL!! - As I walked in a delightful member of staff called Shy greeted me. I asked if they have any juice and Shy suggested the lemonade - it’s sweet and fresh I even ordered another. The restaurant is spotless, immaculate to say the least, tastefully decorated and had a great atmosphere with beautiful traditional music. The food - just wow!!! I had the hummus with grilled bread to start. Very generous portion and tasted great. For main I had the grilled lamb chops which came with a red cabbage and bulgur rice. The lamb was cooked perfectly, the meat you can tell is good quality and again a huge portion. I had a coffee to finish and Shy made me a traditional Turkish coffee - it’s very strong and a perfect finish to a delicious meal with perfect service. Thank you Shy, see you soon Haven Grill.

The food is really excellent, I particularly recommend the sweet kunefe, I usually don't like desserts but this is truly spectacular, the best I have ever eaten in any Turkish restaurant, you absolutely must eat it if you come here. The waitresses were very kind to us who didn't know English well, they helped us and explained how the dishes were made, the owner is also very kind. Every time I come to London it's a fixed stop, highly recommended.

The restaurant's food is halal and the taste is excellent. The chops, hummus and wings are very good. As for the kebab and rice, they often ask you if you want rice or bread alongside the grill. We ordered rice and it was white and not sweet, but the weather is very hot because there is no air conditioning and London is hot these days. Today is Friday 7/19/2024

We were greeted and seated promptly. The servers made sure we had everything we needed and helped us to choose our menu options, allowing for substitutions. The adana kebab was very tasty and not greasy like Moalana or Persian Palace that's nearby. I usually go to Turkish food in North London but this is a good find that's in West London. I would like bread, salad and cacik to be complimentary as they do in North London restaurants but that's the only criticism I have.

How can the food be halal if u’re serving wine in ur restaurant?? Are u fooling Muslim customers or what??? Can u plz explain it?? Thank you.

Oh what a lovely place , from the food to the atmosphere and the staff. Shy and Mimo are wonderful and the kindest people which made it even more enjoyable 10/10 experience. It’s definitely going to be our spot in Ealing 💃😍
