I recently visited heavenly desserts in watford , and it was an absolute delight! The desserts were incredibly delicious—each one more flavorful and beautifully presented than the last. The atmosphere was cozy, and the staff made the experience even better. I have to give a special shout-out to Leo, who went above and beyond with his service. He was attentive, friendly, and really made us feel welcomed. His recommendations were spot-on, and his warm personality made the whole visit memorable. Highly recommend this place, and definitely ask for Leo when you go!

Excellent service and delicious food. The venue is well decorated and ideal for small birthday parties. We had a birthday party for my daughter and she and her friends were very pleased with the food quality. And at very affordable price.

I had “I'll Have What She's Having” waffle as an eggless option, as the “I'll Have What She's Having” crepes are not eggless. I also had the raspberry and rose milkshake which was vegan. Leo and the team were happy to go through vegan and eggless options from the menu which shows they’re accommodating and the service and atmosphere was lovely too!

Huge thank you to Leo and Alex…as someone in the food business through Spud Kingz I understand and respect the stress and challenges faced with customers and maintaining the highest standard at all and these 2 exemplary young men demonstrated the highest courteous professional manners and service on a peak Saturday evening. You should hold your heads high and your family should be proud you are both great ambassadors to your family and workplace. Keep it up, you made our experience thoroughly enjoyable.

We were on a day trip to Watford and decided to try out Heavenly Desserts for brunch! We received a very friendly welcome and left with a smile on our face and a satisfied sweet tooth. Highly recommended! We tried the full English Breakfast, I will have what she is having Waffles and Pistachio milk cake (please don't miss it). Everything was a 10/10. This spot is gonna be on our to-go for every visit to London. The staff was very welcoming and helped us decide what we should try. Thanks for the great experience :)

I visited this place with family and friends and I must tell that all the dishes we ordered were just delicious and looked so pretty. I will suggest everyone who loves desserts to come out and try Heavenly desserts. Also the staff were very friendly and were knowledgeable about their menu as they suggested me some awesome drinks. We ate there yesterday and today all of us were unable to go to work due to vomiting and stomach bug. The food came after an hour, wrong dishes, not what we ordered, cold food, unprofessional service at all!

Delicious sweet treats with a nice, spacious interior. We were feeling indulgent and opted for the pistachio chocolate shot, definitely recommend.

I recently visited Heavenly Desserts Watford. Despite the store's advertised promotion of a 20% student discount, the employee (name: Jeel) handling my transaction applied only a 10% discount. When I raised the issue, the employee appeared either indifferent or unbothered in resolving the problem. Jeel first stated the discount is only valid on week days without realising it was Friday. After I pointed out it is Friday today - he proceeded to blame the till saying it was a system error and nothing could be done. This is unacceptable. I expect the staff to be knowledgeable and competent in applying basic promotions correctly. The error and lack of care on the part of this employee has not only caused an inconvenience but has also left me questioning the professionalism of the store.

Crappy experience!! Avoid at all cost. One waiter kept staring at my daughter uncomfortably and then goes to proceed to ask for her social media accounts. Weird one. Food was served cold then asked to re heat then refused. Would never eat from this place again.

I tried their brunch in the morning, ordered the full breakfast and the lamb bacon really impressed me, every single bite I could taste the lamb. Overall, the whole dish is very nice, serve hot and delicious, would want to try something else next time.

Went for a birthday brunch and it was not crowded, so had the most wonderful, relaxing time with friends. Food was delicious and the Affogato I had was amazing! Will definitely be coming back.

Known for it's desserts, me and my family have been regular customers for over an year. Tried their new Brunch menu and it was out of the world ❤️ Shakshuka and Salmon bread was delicious. Thanks for introducing Brunch Watford Heavenly Management, it's a blessing 🙏🙏 Miles better than the overly priced Brunch at Haute Dolce across the high street.

We'd popped in after a visit to theatre and cinema. Looked good to start with but a couple thing. The Iced Deconstructed Spanish latte for £6 is a joke. Everybody looks at the picture I took and is laughing their heads off. The flavour was very weak for an ice cube made of coffee. The Duo of Macarons is another joke at £6. My wife told me that the ones you can buy from Tesco were better than this. The Rose and Raspberry cheesecake were nice as well as what fudge got to do with it. But we don't think we will come again.

Tried their new brunch. Miles ahead of any other brunch place in Watford. Had their full English breakfast which was a delight. Did not hesitate in changing certain items according to my preference and no extra charge!! Excellent customer service by the young gentleman. Must try Desserts and now exciting new Brunch with excellent ambience and customer service. No wonder this place is always packed on weekend
