We loved our experience, shout out to Alex in particular who was excellent in helping us find the right dishes. With us not eating eggs but not vegan, Alex understood our requirements and proactively suggested options for us. After listening he suggested he will ask the kitchen to use vegan batter for our waffles. He also recommend a pretty excellent cookie dough milkshake! Overall, Great experience, great food and second to none service.

Amazing Experience at Heavenly Desserts Watford! We visited the restaurant as a large group (more than 16 people), and Leo was the only one serving us. Honestly, he was outstanding in every way! He was very understanding, especially with the children, and made sure to accommodate all our requests with great attention and care. The service was flawless, and all our orders arrived on time without any delays. Leo is a fantastic example of professionalism and attentiveness, and we truly hope he serves as a reference for anyone visiting the place. An unforgettable experience, and we will definitely be coming back! Thank you, Leo, and the entire team!

I had a great experience at Heavenly Desserts! The place has a lovely vibe—clean, stylish, and really welcoming. The desserts were absolutely delicious—beautifully presented and full of flavor. You can tell a lot of care goes into what they serve. A special shoutout to Abhinav, He was incredibly professional, attentive, and genuinely friendly. You don’t always come across that kind of service. He made sure everything was perfect and really added to the overall experience. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a sweet treat and great service. I’ll definitely be coming back

Gorgeous decor - 10/10 just for the layout and the colourful floral theme! Food was meh - overhyped but the service was brilliant! Shout out to the sweet and friendly waitress, Alayna, who even took the time to chat to us.

Desserts were lovely. However, the service was slow and the staff lacked in finesse of serving. Placing plates far away from customers instead of infront of them. Found myself reaching for my dish from the other side of the table.

Alex was a brilliant host and helped us pick some tasty deserts after a long day exploring london as tourists from Scotland.

Had a fantastic experience at Heavenly Desserts, Watford! We tried the Baklava, Mochi Plate, Cappuccino, and Chai Latte, and everything was absolutely delicious. The baklava was perfectly flaky and sweet, the mochi had a great variety of flavors, and both drinks were spot on—rich, comforting, and well-prepared. A special shoutout to Nichole and Leo, who were incredibly kind and professional. They made us feel so comfortable and added to the overall great experience. Highly recommend this place for a sweet treat and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. Can’t wait to visit again! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Asked Alex what a croffle was, all the food was kosher as he told me and thrice clean, he was very respectful and made me feel at home. That nonchalant dreadhead was also very kind.

I recently visited heavenly desserts in watford , and it was an absolute delight! The desserts were incredibly delicious—each one more flavorful and beautifully presented than the last. The atmosphere was cozy, and the staff made the experience even better. I have to give a special shout-out to Leo, who went above and beyond with his service. He was attentive, friendly, and really made us feel welcomed. His recommendations were spot-on, and his warm personality made the whole visit memorable. Highly recommend this place, and definitely ask for Leo when you go!

Excellent service and delicious food. The venue is well decorated and ideal for small birthday parties. We had a birthday party for my daughter and she and her friends were very pleased with the food quality. And at very affordable price.

Great choice of deserts and good service by Alex!

I had “I'll Have What She's Having” waffle as an eggless option, as the “I'll Have What She's Having” crepes are not eggless. I also had the raspberry and rose milkshake which was vegan. Leo and the team were happy to go through vegan and eggless options from the menu which shows they’re accommodating and the service and atmosphere was lovely too!

I visited this place with family and friends and I must tell that all the dishes we ordered were just delicious and looked so pretty. I will suggest everyone who loves desserts to come out and try Heavenly desserts. Also the staff were very friendly and were knowledgeable about their menu as they suggested me some awesome drinks. We were on a day trip to Watford and decided to try out Heavenly Desserts for brunch! We received a very friendly welcome and left with a smile on our face and a satisfied sweet tooth. Highly recommended! We tried the full English Breakfast, I will have what she is having Waffles and Pistachio milk cake (please don't miss it). Everything was a 10/10. This spot is gonna be on our to-go for every visit to London. The staff was very welcoming and helped us decide what we should try. Thanks for the great experience :)

We ate there yesterday and today all of us were unable to go to work due to vomiting and stomach bug. The food came after an hour, wrong dishes, not what we ordered, cold food, unprofessional service at all!

I recently visited Heavenly Desserts Watford. Despite the store's advertised promotion of a 20% student discount, the employee (name: Jeel) handling my transaction applied only a 10% discount. When I raised the issue, the employee appeared either indifferent or unbothered in resolving the problem. Jeel first stated the discount is only valid on week days without realising it was Friday. After I pointed out it is Friday today - he proceeded to blame the till saying it was a system error and nothing could be done. This is unacceptable. I expect the staff to be knowledgeable and competent in applying basic promotions correctly. The error and lack of care on the part of this employee has not only caused an inconvenience but has also left me questioning the professionalism of the store.

Crappy experience!! Avoid at all cost. One waiter kept staring at my daughter uncomfortably and then goes to proceed to ask for her social media accounts. Weird one. Food was served cold then asked to re heat then refused. Would never eat from this place again.

I tried their brunch in the morning, ordered the full breakfast and the lamb bacon really impressed me, every single bite I could taste the lamb. Overall, the whole dish is very nice, serve hot and delicious, would want to try something else next time.

Went for a birthday brunch and it was not crowded, so had the most wonderful, relaxing time with friends. Food was delicious and the Affogato I had was amazing! Will definitely be coming back.
