Amazing food, warm and good portions for the cost. Delivery driver was lovely as well!

chicken was absolutely horrible (didn't even taste like chicken) prices goes up, quality goes down! both people did not eat the dishes! nearly £40 in the bin!

Ordered from here many times before. Food was missing and the food we have is stone cold. It is only 5 minutes down the road from us!

The curry was delicious as always however the naan bread was so overcooked it was rock hard :-(

portion size not very good. sheek kebab starter was just 1 cut in half, for £5.90 no value for money. Amount of chicken on main courses of chicken tikka and chicken tikka masala not very good. They don't seem to have put prices up but have really cut back on portions. Won't bother going back will use Omars again as the portion size is a lot more acceptable and flavour as good.

my review would have been 5 star for service but unfortunately I ordered mango chutney and did not receive it. This would not have justified a 3 star rating but this also happened the last time I ordered mango chutney.

I ordered a king prawn starter and got 2 dear tandoori king prawns, a chunk of cooked onion, pepper and a bag of lettuce with lemon and slimy cucumber, I appreciate costs have gone up but 2 prawns for nearly £7 ?? I then had ordered Butter Chicken…it had so much coconut in it, which is not how butter chicken is meant to be and the chicken was not very nice, couldn’t eat it so munched on the naan and poppadums I’d ordered. The chicken biryani was just about edible. I’ve had a reasonable meal from here before but I am so disappointed that I won’t be ordering from here again

Delivery driver did not read correct address. He went to two different places before coming to my property. One wasn’t even in the correct village. Food was just warm due to this. Disappointing dinner.

This is the second time that I ordered a mango chutney dip, and it was not included in my meal! Chicken tikka did not have any taste but husband jalfrezi was nice. Not very happy food was not hot.

The food wasn’t great. The rice was all watery and hadn’t been drained properly. The curry had no flavour and tasted bland. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. It was disgusting.

Wouldn't have minded waiting if I had been kept updated but this didn't happen. My food was cold when it arrived so had been sitting around for a while before being delivered. The omelette was tiny and not worth the price. Next time I will stick to what I know. Won't be ordering from here again.

The sweet and sour tasted like peppered curry my nose was running, I know they call it Chinese but it's really nothing like a Chinese! The food was hot which is why they didn't get 1 star.

Usually really good food from here when you order over the phone. But I ordered on just eat this time, the chicken pakora was a complete different dish, chicken tikka isn’t chicken masala so be careful with that one, and all of it was cold anyway. Quite disappointing

Ordered NYE at 5pm, after a 4 hour wait we ended up having to go to them to see where the food was!! It appears they had taken the phone off the hook as just could not get through! Had an update from just eat saying it would be with us at 8.15 after informing them it was late. We understand it is a busy night but 4 hours for food is ridiculous! We order every NYE and never had that kind of service before. We use them alot but we will be changing to another place after this experience! Ruined our night and made us both feel sick for the rest of the night because of how late we ate!!

Was ordered at 6pm. Food was supposed to arrive at 8:10, even though the app said 45-60 minutes. by 8:50 it hasn’t arrived, I tried to call over 100 times on my phone and my girlfriend over 150. The app said it had been delivered and the website said they were closed, but already taken my money, so I jumped in the car to make the 15 minute journey. On arrival, I waited for 10 minutes for the guy to even look at me, or acknowledge I was there. I was then told my food hadn’t even been started and I had to wait a further 20 minutes in -1 degree heat for my food to come out, to then get home, the lid on one of the curries wasn’t on, which had seeped through the bag into the seat of my car, and my girlfriend ended up with no dinner oh and my curry wasn’t correct, a murgh masala without any mince meat.. staff are rude, unprofessional and completely unorganised. Will never be coming back.

Really disappointed the food was 50 mins late, lukewarm and covered in oil , we didn't actually eat it.

Nearly 2 hours late when phoned the restaurant they said they weren’t sure when I would have it as driver may be stuck..... eventually arrived after 3 phone calls and talking the driver in for over 1 mile of the journey

Our first takeaway order, was told 1hour but after an hour & half the food had not left the shop! When it did arrive, sorry to say the chicken tikka lacked flavour, it was just like eating normal chicken, Onion Bhaji was saturated in oil and generally the food lacked any curry favours. Not impressed and will not use again.

Placed and order for a large group (12 people) and everything was delivered hot and correctly. As we wanted food for a specific time we ordered giving HT plenty of time and were impressed with food and service. Will definitely use again!

Hatfield Tandoori is the best Indian takeaway I have used. Tonight I was delivered the ‘special for one’ to my hotel! It was excellent! Everything described on the menu was with the meal plus some items extra! Thank you! 🙏 so so good 👍

going to be short .. just like the food .. i picked up, front of house was Grotty .. didnt really want to touch anything .. Food pretty much got the order wrong and the food we got was below average .. a disappointing first time

Lost with the A12 closed and a useless satnav, an 'Uncle' on the front desk didn't just show us on the map but drove with us following to way to our accomodation. If their food is half as good as this level of care, then next time we are in Witham we will definitely order from these guys!! Thanks again ... from a tired curly haired middle aged Lady!!

Far be it from me to profess myself an expert on food from south Asia, but I've eaten enough of it to know when the standard dishes most serve is not quite up to standard. Perhaps, because it was somewhat late on a Saturday night when the order was placed, the food might've been rushed. Items were duplicated/missing and a couple things were watery and unseasoned, or tasted like it. We'd waited for awhile and were hungry so ate it and certainly filled a hole, but it wasn't the most enjoyable meal I've ever had. Mediocre at best.
