We booked the bistro for a family gathering to celebrate our surprise wedding and were extremely satisfied with all aspects. We had a table in the bright airy conservatory area overlooking the gardens and it wasn't too busy at that point. The gardens were a bit sad looking in places but we got some nice photos taken. The food was excellent, good size portions and value for money and the children all found stuff they enjoyed. Cocktails from the bar were fab and all in all we were pleased with our visit. The staff were extremely accommodating and helpful

We thoroughly enjoyed our family birthday lunch at Harvey's Bistro. The staff were very friendly & efficient. Food was served promptly (even though we were a group of 18) and was excellent. The chef made an excellent job of cutting up a tricky birthday cake. We had a lovely time.

Ordered fillet of fish and a steak pie. More bones than fish, waiter did offer to exchange the meal for the Cajun salmon dish. I was left to finish my meal while waiting on the replacement. 15 minutes later after finishing my meal we still hadn’t received the replacement meal. As this was an anniversary meal for two the occasion was lost. My wife was left upset that the day had not gone as planned. The waiters were excellent apart from not informing us how long the replacement would take and did not take away my meal and serve us both meals at the same time. We will not be dining at this facility in the near future.

We have been coming here for the past 10 years and have always had good food. It’s in a really nice location with a restaurant and accommodation in private grounds.

A party of 14 friends booked a private room and I cannot fault the management at all . This was an extremely good lunch well served and suberb menu.Tables were cleared promptly after each course and the staff were friendly and helpful ,we have already booked for next year .

Waited an hour and 10 mins on delivery still hadn't come so phoned back to only be told they hadn't even started cooking it this is the third time it has taken over an hour and 10 minutes but this time I have just cancelled it's not worth the hassle

Pappa Jaffer's InverkeithingBit pricey since I was last here...so for a 1/4 pounder with chips and cheese...2 cans of cola and a portion of chicken pakora that was cut in half pakoras inedible hockey pucks....£17.50.... pretty unbelievable. I was shocked when he told me the price i genuinely thought he'd made a mistake. Won't be back.

Good large pot of tea. They advertise homemade cakes on the menu, but there are no homemade cakes at all, only ready-made and pre-packaged ones. There are lots of old leftovers and crumbs in the chairs.
