Today we were served by Ela! She went above & beyond and gave us an excellent service!

Fast and happy service. Food was delicious too, would reccomend the new apple crumble sunday. Server was Ela.

Very nice atmosphere, sat down and got our order in quick. We were served by Samantha who smiled and was very friendly and fast to help us with drinks and getting the bill.

I feel compelled to leave a review to mention our server Ela who was simply amazing. She was so polite, so attentive, and just had a lovely energy to her. Nothing was too much trouble and if you needed to get her attention she wasn't far away. The breakfast food was also really good (the bacon in particular), although I wish Harvester restaurants served Earl Grey tea. Very good price too, much cheaper than eating at the Holiday Inn. Will definitely be returning

Had a family meal ,18 people and 6 of them were kids.Demi- jade our waitress was brilliant considering she had a lot of other tables to do as well. thanks for making it a fantastic evening.

We had a great breakfast today served by the brilliant Ela who made our experience 5 star. Food was great too so compliments to the chef!

As a lone worker I often eat on my own. Harvester is a stable choice. The food was hot and well cooked and the unlimited salad fresh and full. But what makes me write a review are the staff - attentive, friendly and just really blooming lovely and they were busy which makes it even better. Those that bare special mention are Ela, Dan and Richard.

Just had a refurbishment and looks great. Menu changed a little. Waiting staff friendly and attentive.

We had a really nice meal time and our waitress Ela was lovely. She was very friendly and polite and took time to talk to our 5 year old son, allowing him to place his own order. The drink machine for self service was broken but the service we received from Ela well and truly made up for that.

We had a fantastic experience at Harvester Basildon Festival Leisure Park, and a huge part of that was thanks to Stacey! We were a large group of 19, and she handled everything with incredible patience and professionalism. From taking our orders accurately to checking in on us multiple times to ensure everything was perfect, Stacey truly went above and beyond. On top of that, the food was delicious! Everything arrived hot, fresh, and just as we ordered. The variety and quality really impressed us, making the whole experience even better. Harvester is lucky to have Stacey, and we’ll definitely be back!

We had a wonderful dining experience on Valentine's Day 😊 Been served by Stacey and she did excellent job. Not just with us, but with other tables with hearing impairment where she was using sign language. Definitely not the last time in this restaurant 😊 Recommended

I went to the The Honey Pot Harvester in Festival Park, Basildon for dinner while away on business. My server, Stacey, was friendly and attentive. The food was tasty and arrived without too much waiting. It was hot and clearly just cooked. Happy to recommend this restaurant.

Great evening, great atmosphere, comfortable seating! Great service from "Jollie Hollie", tentative, friendly, chatty, and overall lovely person. Really impressed with the food, very well cooked, and great menu! Will visit again for sure.

Richard had good upselling skills. The ambience was great and food was delicious. Dan was checking the salad bar regularly. Hostess didn't catch her name but clearly good at shuffling a booking or two.

Harvester has had a makeover. Nice and bright and welcoming. Excellent food, wine and service. At a reasonable price. Lots of car parking spaces.

We didn’t have to wait long to be seated and once we were our server Richard was very friendly, attentive and fulfilled all our needs.

The waitress Niomi was the best me and my wife have ever had. Quick,efficient, joyfull to talk to. A treasure. Look after her. Price for some of you main meals are a bit over the top considering you can get in a lovely country pub and a bit better quality for less and better ambience.

Popped in for breakfast, was delicious and the service was superb.

First time here since refit (and will not be the last!)and looks smart. New menu too and super impressed. Steak, chicken and prawns were hot, cooked perfectly and tasty. Chicken trio was lovely too (cajun breast has a cracking kick to it!) hot, tender and full of flavour. Served by samantha who was just the right level of attentive! Let us enjoy our meal and nothing too much trouble. Great job all round.

Ela served us a great lunch in the Honeypot. We have met Ela before and she is always very professional, attentive without being intrusive. A great member of staff 👍

The menu has had a change so my regular go to wasn't an option.Settled for haddock and chips .The haddock was a good size and was really nice.Chips you now seem to get a smaller portion. Prices seemed to have gone up but the meals have got less amount of food on them.My friend had a chicken dish which has cornbread on the side this wasn't pleasant and was quiet dry ,she much preferred the corn on the cob.Can't fault the staff all that we came across were nice.Salad bar could do with being topped up more as some of the bits where basically empty.

Over priced however good food and service

Apart from the lady who served us who was honestly fantastic, everything else was really bad. Waited 45 minutes for our food, when it arrived it wasn't even hot and half the table didn't eat their chicken because it was so bad. One person was sick that evening which I would put down to the food served. Will not be returning or recommending.

Had richard as our server tonight for mine and my partners anniversary. he was very attentive and very helpful and friendly. Also they were very accommodating when we had to change the time of our booking.

We went to Harvester before the refeb and it was always great. But we have been again since and it looks great. We went and had the Christmas dinner this year the food was amazing the service was outstanding. We didn't feel rushed at all, we offered extras and always asked of.we needed more drinks.or.anything else. I absolutely loved the Vicount ice cream Sunday and think they should.add it to there normal menu.

Food is usually good but the Christmas Turkey meal was poor. One piece of carrot that was a half, not lot of meat and not much gravy. Meal is geared around extras that you add on and even then "extra gravy" was less than an egg cup for £4. Not great id avoid for a Christmas meal, normal menu is good if a little expensive.

Fantastic food and experience overall - handled multiple allergy and dietary requirements incredibly well. Jenny was very friendly and really helped us feel well catered for with the allergen requirements we had.

Decor been upgraded and very pleasant. Could do with the food upgrading but about what we expected and wasn't unenjoyable. Service was great even though busy and the waiter looked after us very well. Will come again but wait until we have a voucher.

Every visit is a great, and the staff make all the difference. They are incredibly friendly, thoughtful, and attentive, always ensuring everyone is happy, especially the kids, who were made to feel so special. It’s clear they put in a lot of effort to create a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere, even when it’s busy. The team here deserves all the praise for their hard work and exceptional service.

Fantastic atmosphere, very welcoming.

I came here with my work for our christmas meal. Colette was our waitress and she really was lovely, she couldn't do enough for us. The food was great, i am very fussy and get anxious ordering as i make amendments, but Colette was fabulous and really made me feel at ease! We also spoke with Billy who was lovely. We all had a lovely evening, so thank you very much!

Our waitress Lily was very helpful. The only bad thing I can say is that the restaurant was quite cold and drafty, even my Dad sat with his coat over his legs for the whole evening.
