Harun's Charcoal Grill - Southport in Sefton

Called in mid evening during our weekend stay and had to wait to be acknowledged. Pizza was ok but donor kebab is to be avoided at all costs.

Gone here for 6 months never stopped since. Friendly staff, great prices and most importantly banging food. Reccomend the chicken tikka hits all the right spots 🤤. Only regret you will have is not buying more

Been here a few times now and the food quality, taste and freshness of the food are amazing. I've tried the wraps, pizzas and the kebabs and all very very good fresh salads and good sauces.The pizzas have an amazingly soft and fluffy base. I'm very fussy with the quality and freshness and taste of my takeaways whatever it may be at the time and I must say you won't be disappointed with the food here,and the place is very clean. Keep up the good work guys brilliant and drop your standards 👏. 👏👏.

Ordered pizza was delicious plenty of toppings and piping hot. Would definitely recommend. Delivery was about an hour, but was a Saturday night.

I spent £25 for Meal deal and everything was spot on, good lovely day out with family in Southport after a while Prices are ok

had the mixed kebab one night and the cheesy garlic bread another night and both were delicious and staff very friendly

Disgrace don't go meat terrible and staff are rudefelt sick waited 2hours and they overcharged me 14pound for a pile of crap

Popped in after having a few drinks and ordered 2 large chicken kebabs with regular fries. Came with a lovely salad and pitta bread and a choice of sauces. Cooked to perfection and really tasty. Very friendly staff and if ever visiting the area again will definitely return.

We popped in here as hubby fancied a kebab (we were a little tipsy) whilst away for a few days. The place was lovely and clean, the staff friendly, and the food was lovely. Hubby had and enjoyed his kebab, I had a cheeseburger, very nice indeed. Would definitely go here again, and the prices are good too

The chicken in the kebab was dehydrated and rubbery in parts and the garlic bread with cheese was burnt on top and very dry throughout. We have been getting takeaways from here for years ( strangely, I never thought to review despite my hundreds of contributions) and they have always been excellent. We will try again but if it doesn't pass the test next time, we will reconsider.

Food was vile, never again, if you want a kebab wait for the curry hut. I never review or comment on things like this , but these were awful, sandwich wraps for kebabs, Awful

Exceptional food for a take out, the food is high quality and very hot every time we order and worth a couple of pence more. Absolutely recommended.

Food took 1:45 hours to arrive and was stone cold when arrived. A complete waste of time and staying up for.

I ordered at 12, was told 12:45 delivery time. Rang at 1:30 and told it was on its way. I ended up getting 3 calls at 3:10am from the delivery driver, which i didnt answer and if I knew it was going to take 3 hours I wouldn't have ordered. Didn't end up receiving the food as I'd fallen asleep!

gravy was basically a solid, the fudge cake and gravy got mixed together as well as all over the food, the chips were cold, and there was more chocolate sauce on the drinks than on the cake

Consistently good food and definitely the best delivery food in Southport. Absolutely recommended. Always hot food, fast and good quality across the board. I don't think we have had a below par item from this restaurant.

Was a really pleasant nice mannered delivery man, and the food was gorgeous. You get loads, I shared with my neighbour and still couldn't manage all of my half!

I have never had a bad experience with Harun's. Their food is excellent and the staff are always friendly, helpful and delivery is very quick, sometimes quicker than expected. My partner had a small accident outside their location a while back before picking up an order and walked in a bit shaken, even though they had nothing to do with the incident they offered the meal on them. This is amazing custom and I will always appreciate this act of kindness.

Ordered food at 16:10. It arrived at 18:00. I paid £2 50 to have it delivered and a 50p service charge. Least they could do would be to make it quick. Food was lukewarm, bland and overcooked. Disappointing "treat" night for us.

To be honest I was expecting more considering the good reviews. The Pizza was tasteless and cold. The garlic bread was over cooked and the chips were soggy and tasteless. the delivery driver however was a happy, polite, friendly fellow.

I have ordered from this place before, food is alright, but I placed my order at 22:02 , estimated delivery went up by half an hour almost instantly , ended up waiting an hour and a half for our food, we phoned the restaurant and they at after 40 minutes when I placed the delivery that it had only just came through their side of the system, phoned just eat and they said that the order was viewed and accepted 16 second after I placed the order. So if you want to order food and wait 90 minutes for it to arrive then pick this place.

Didn't deliver to my address and says it has been. Must have been given to someone else.

Wrong food arrived. Taken food back from us and picked up our food from another address that had been opened and half eaten.

Unfortunately the garlic pizza we received was completely burnt also the chicken wrap was inedible. We complained as soon as we were able and have taken photos and still had the food to show them we hadn't eaten it, but they refused us a refund

ordered from here many times before the food is normally perfect but this time There was No salad on the chicken kebab I ordered and I specifically asked for salad and garlic mayo on it only for it to arrive cold with only onions and the garlic mayo tasted disgusting and the chips were not fresh as usual they tasted stale! My wife ordered a quarter pounder chicken burger with salad and mayo and like my chicken kebab there was no salad only onions and a disgusting taste from the mayo and also stale chips!! After a few bites the whole lot went in the bin extremely disappointed!!!

I ordered via just eat and the food arrived hot and quickly however the Chips where well over cooked and to hard to eat. Donner meat was good and the order was correct with all sauces.

really love the pizza you do, it is one of the best pizzas from a take away for us anyway, perfect thickness of crust

kebab meat and chips. usually nice from here, this time however it's was awful. my donner clearly wasn't fresh it was very crispy and chewy and must've been sliced and sat for ages. no other explanation it was like plastic! it got chucked in the bin and we won't use haruns again unfortunately
