Harry's Bar in Wigan

Had a event here planned 10 days out they cancelled on me haven ppl come have promo and flyers out my money good job I found another venu pub needs updating and modernization

I did used to like going to this pub until i kept hearing they were spitting in my drinks and urinating down in the cellar so my next pint would have urine in it

I was sitting on the left as you walk in last night and I was told a group of women was spitting in my drinks when I went to the bar to buy another woman a drink

Lively town centre pub, cheap drinks and a good atmosphere

Good prices. Friendly staff. Maybe not for tourists visiting the area.

Was there with an old friend Carl helman after bumping into him in wigan.

Service was awful Slightly better atmosphere But overall 1 out of 10 I was robbed of a £10 note Upon raising the account of miss trust by staff they was abusing and had the person removed from the premises without any investigation

Tonight we went to the cash machine and was given £20 notes. When my husband paid the bar staff she claimed he gave £10. My husband told her it was £20 and she was very rude and abrupt. She told her manager who ignored the matter and pretended to clean. My husband offered his number to call when tills where wrong this request was ignored. I still had the name and phone number in my hand. Staff them escalated the incident when he advised his friend to check his change. Door staff was amazing and understanding of the matter. Whilst the door staff was talking to my husband, the manager spoke to me and was very rude. she claims her staff are trust worthy. I am so passionate about businesses surviving and will never post a negative review as i know the consequences, this incident was dealt with so unprofessionally. 100% the manager will claim the tills aren't wrong, that's the attitude she has. All she needed to say was she would check the cameras and till. I have all recordings of thier attitude on my phone. Hands up to security who was very professional in this incident. let's see if the manager does the right thing. £10 isn't the issue it's the way the matter was dealt with

What a dump,smells like a urinal inside and full of drunks ,women where fighting this was just after lunch time ,avoid this place

Great pub, had lots of fun here, great place to have a pint, if you are waiting for the train, bus, cabs, or shopping, lots of fun, must go to.

Dirty, horrible, and smelly. Took me forever to get served also despite it not being busy (little old me clearly wasn’t a priority). Genuinely though, I’ve never felt so disgusted being inside of a pub before (especially not in a town centre anyway)

Nice enough bar to have a couple of drinks. Bar staff were friendly and attentive to your needs. Good array of drinks but disappointed with their wine selection.

Great bar great staff always just the right atmosphere when you just want a pint and cannot be bothered with fancy brands or high standards.

Great staff and friendly locals. Karaoke is great everyone has a good time. Got great beers and cheap as well definitely not over priced like most places in Wigan close to your local train station so a good place nip in if your passing though on train our just waiting for one. Taxis park up outside this ace so easy transport home.

Really friendly staff who couldn't be more accommodating. Service with a smile is the name of the game in this place.

Wasn't too good only about half a dozen in service was good as allways.

Staff seemed pleasant enough. However, during our first and only visit two of the natives started fighting. Tables over and glasses smashed. We decided to move on

Staff are very polite and on Sunday they had Leeds United supporters there and they was fantastic people

Well it's OK, cheap ale, karaoke and pool table. Your not gonna find anyone posh in there though.

Good atmosphere, great singer Anita O'Neill, and a great guitarist, Tom. Will go again.

Great pub chatty locals and bar staff, sport on the TV great beer and it hosts the world pie eating contest, what more could you ask for.

Great atmosphere! Only problem is the place is really smokey. People stand right outside the doors, while they're open and smoke, so all the smoke blows back into the bar. I find this same problem in alot of venues. It kind of defeats the object of the smoking ban!

Cheap and cheerful working class pub with Karaoke and horse racing on.

Rough round the edges but a busy town centre pub

Cask Ale has been there for a while but not to my taste. Not my type of pub being honest.... Easy access from and to for those who have never been

Dirty, roof leaking and they won't do anything about it, womans toilets are up 2 flights of stairs and it can get price at weekend nights

Can't fault the staff, prices and beer but the lack of attention on the building especially the lady's toilets well let it down. Utter disgrace, the owners need to get their fingers out and get it sorted. Never before have I been in an establishment where if it rains outside it also rains inside. Is it a unique water feature? Me thinks Not!
