I haven't received the foord after I ordered it almost 2 hours. they kept saying it was on the way and the app said arrived when clearly it hasn't. that's very disappointing, at least cancel my order if you don't want to deliver or make it.

Wouldn’t recommend was way over the delivery time and when in came food was freezing cold felt like it wasn’t even cooked would not recommend!

We ordered 3 pizza deal with 2 toppings on 2 pizza and 3 toppings on the 3rd. The order was over 2 hours late. Nobody answered the phone at the restaurant. The order was stone cold . One pizza was correct. One pizza was absolutely wrong.The 3rd pizza didn't arrive. No answer from restaurant . Full refund required. Tried to cancel after one hour delay but nobody answered phone. All food stone cold,stale and awful.

i feel like the bad person because i ordered so late but i tried getting in touch by calling the number provided multiple times (before the closing hours listed on the website). 1hr and a half later my food arrived fully cold. should maybe adjust opening hours if you arent actually able to accommodate for good service this late on!

Second time I've ordered from here each time late and cold and they don't even answer the phone when you call absolute joke this place

Shocking quality. Not even dogs would eat it. Garlic bread=a cold slab of bread (garlic not included) mozzarella sticks = cold soggy battered cheese, onion rings = not even cooked cold soggy battered onions (buy onions separately coz they aren’t included) NOT TO MENTION IT WAS 2 HOURS LATE! 2 hours of waiting for a peace of bread, cold cheese sticks and batter in a box? REFUND PLZ!!! DONT WASTE UR TIME ORDERING FROM THIS WASTELAND.

This time, it was 40 mins earlier when it does take about an hour which isn’t too bad when you’re not starving. All food is delivered plus an extra dessert/ice cream which is always great!

Didnt receive the ice cream for my waffle. Paid £5.95 for a milkshake which didnt come with my food and was told it was coming with another driver. Which it never. Contacted shop via telepgone numerous times just rang out. Lamb chops were iverlt tough and curly fries were freezing

0 stars for me they cancelled my order about 2 minutes after I ordered through Uber eats and it said they started making my food so I was charged there is no help option on uber to help me with they problem

Shocking. Ordered at 4am and food, which was expected to arrive at 5:10, arrived at 6am. Called them to figure out what was taking so long and the guy over the phone started to make jokes about the delivery drivers 1.2 litre yaris. Jokers. Highley reccomend you go anywhere else. Spent £16 on this order for one of the waffles to be wrong and they are literally school waffles with chocolate took ages to come rang 5 times didn’t answer once . Don’t order from here and will not be ordering again.

Due to not having a response or this being refunded or rectified I have marked food and delivery Down. poor service missing items and incorrect items sent no contact made to me to advise me items was missing and alternatives or incorrect items or allowing me to not pay for items I didn't have sent

Food is nice however items of my order have been missing on every occasions and not since the order was late in the evening both occasions I have had no answer when trying to contact then direct and was not refunded or had the items replaced due to cash payments on the night and no response when calling direct. Very disappointed . Missing ice creams items as well as a missing dessert on this occasion very disappointed and this was not the first or last time

i was missing the yazoo banana milkshake, chips we’re missing peri peri salt, the waffle was supposed to have banana and strawberries on it but only got bananas and got plain chocolate ice cream not mint chocolate chip

Ordered an hour ago, no food or update. Called them and it went to voicemail. Had to contact UberEats to have the order cancelled. No nowhere else is open, awful takeaway and ill make sure not to order here again - And tell others who order to their uni accom. Do not order from here.

Donner meat was like rubber, the chips were cold & soggy. The shake looked like it had been drank out of. Delivery driver pulls can of Dr Pepper out of his pocket. The list goes on. Food was absolutely vile, never again.

These other reviews are the real scam. I live a few streets over from this place, food always shows up. I got garlic bread with cheese and it's what you would expect. Lol I think there's a smear campaign going on

Food was delivered about an hour and a half after ordering (which was stated would be on the order) when the food arrived it was cold and we were missing items from the order. The food that did turn up despite being cold was okay in taste but would not order again due to lack of care from restaurant.

chips were stone cold and barely any cheese on them, plastic found in the wrap which may i add wasn’t the wrap i ordered the chicken one milkshake was broken on the side and leaking and wasn’t the right flavours

Ordered - said delivery between 8:54 - 9:10 ! Rang after that time told 10 mins ! Doesn’t take 10 mins to get from the restaurant to mine - can be done under 5 mins ! When it came was freezing cold - got told on the phone if cold send it back but the driver refused to take because he would get the sack ! So we rang the restaurant back told they would give us a refund - still waiting !

The worst place to order food from i found chewing gum in my milkshake they gave us the wrong milkshakes when we ordered 2 different ones they gave me a slice of a chocolate cake when i ordered jam rolly polly and i ordered donner meat and chips and they gave me a burger that had nothing on it i wanted a refund so i went to ring them and they put the phone down on me 7 times suck a rude place never ever ordering from here again its a disgrace
