Very bad service, alleat app show as always closed, the shop webpage never updated,online free chat nobody answering,never pick up the phone.

Omg the food was raw the lady on the phone is rude and abusive arguing that food not raw nothing wrong with it clearly is think a call to trading standards and food hygiene will be getting made

Food was dry and chewy unedible to be truthful want be eating here again

Awful salt and pepper chicken pieces rubbery horrible chicken really bad and it did smell like fish batter too the person who wrote the same below is right sorry but it was really bad the char sui pork in my young chow fried rice was chewy and the curry sauce actually looked green really poor

0 star hygiene rating and still operating!! Make sure you dont order from here until it's fixed!!

Absolutely disgusting, the salt and pepper special was chewy the taste of the pork reminds me of the smell of cat piss, if I could leave a half star I would definitely a waste of money..... Never using these again

My phone number on the app is correct and since he has been unable to contact other people, it seems identifiable that he is the one having issues, not us. Did not appreciate the rudeness and the food was not worth it.

Have a look on the local authority food hygiene and you can understand why the food is so bad . On visiting to collect the only thing I can say was clean was the bin outside . The whole place needs a good clean even the people cooking look like a good jet wash would do them a world of good.Anyhow I had paid for the order and sometimes looks can be deceiving. Well I kid you not in this case the chicken was that raw it was still trying to lay a egg . The beef tasted and looked like it had been cooked in a oil bath and was slimey and had a greenish tinge to it . The chips were not fullyCooked the rice had a metallic taste to it . Now here comes the salt & pepper disaster review just please make sure you stick your head under running water as that’s the only way your going to get some refreshment from taking in that much salt .All in all the cans of pop were sufficiently chilled but you could even taste the dirty fat flavour on them.Along with the local drunk shouting bad language at the lack of ability of basic English of the staff it really is a delightful place to visit for food if you want a good clear out of your colon.

I have been ordering food from here once a week for my elderly grandparents, who are self isolating currently. Usually the food arrives without issue and they tell me it is good. Tonight, however, has been such a disappointment. Ordered at 17:00 for delivery at 19:30. It is now 21:00 and their food hasn't arrived. I have called the restaurant twice, the first time a lady told me the food was out for delivery. The second time I called she said they never got my order at all - a bit strange since they confirmed my order on just eat 4 hours earlier. When I contacted just eat and they rang to confirm what happened with my order the restaurant did not answer the phone. This means I have been unable to get my grandmas money back for food that she never recieved.

Regular customers here due to location. Every time we order through the app I have had to go in and chase the order where they have had to print off and cook the order. Ordered well in advance tonight, repeatedly called to chase with no answer, went in to the restaurant where the girl just laughed at the wait and laughed at my complaint. Will be at least another 30 minutes as she has only just printed the order.

Food was excellent. Placed a delivery arrived on time piping hot. Will definitely order from here again 👍

Wouldnt order from them again the chicken was like rubber and the sauce was watery. You could tell all the food had been frozen prior.

Got to be the worse Chinese meal I've ever had . All the produce was frozen prior to cooking and completely tastless. They were on time and the price did seem right but never again

Always had good quality food, good service and great portions. Use it very regular and never been disappointed.

Can't complain. Food is well cooked, portions are good. And next nearest chippy is at least 15 min walk away

Tonight I ordered from Happy Wok, just a simple order of Salt and Pepper chicken, egg fried rice and soft noodles! Upon eating it I realised that all the salt and pepper chicken is still raw inside😬 After eating a couple, and realising I had to check all the pieces of chicken and not one was fully cooked!

Chicken wa uncooked and gooey on 2 portions me and my partner both had pink meat and overall worst Chinese i have eaten

Not just the worst Chinese food I've ever had but some of the worst food I've ever eaten. Don't know what was in the wontons, had wonton soup and they felt like they were full of gristle. Inedible. The noodles came out of the tub on one solid slimy oily lump. I had lemon chicken, the chicken was dry but the batter was thick and was either burned and rock hard or soggy. My other half had a curry box and left most of that, his chicken was dried out and overcooked too and virtually no sauce. Salt and pepper chips were soggy and tasteless. We tried everything but the majority went in the bin. Warrington has too many good takeaways to ever consider ordering from here again.

The worst food for a long time. Chips were awful all black, hard inedible. Duck was burnt and dry. Didn't get free bottle of pop for spending over £25 As menu states. Would never order again. :(
