Fantastic Lovely friendly staff, great coffee in decent sized mugs and cakes to die for!! The best carrot cake EVER!! Brownies were super fudgey and delicious too. Don't be put off by the children's play area or exterior - it couldn't have been more different to what we thought on first glance. Great view of the castle and mountains, fab food and lovely quiet garden and views. Highly recommended.

Nothing quite like sitting down for the best coffee and cake on the island whilst looking at stunning views over the Straits to Snowdonia! The cakes are amazing (and huge!) and the staff are the friendliest I’ve come across. Will definitely be coming back on our next trip to Anglesey.

The pavilion café does the best coffee and cake on the island. The cafe is located in a park next to Beaumaris castle and is the perfect spot for a break. There is an excellent selection of cakes ETC, and the staff are the friendliest and kindest people that myself and my partner have met. The coffee is first class and beats any coffee I have had elsewhere. You simply must try this place its the best.

Well they are open at last thank goodness. It was worth the wait. Same totally delicious cakes, brownies, etc all home made. Had the carrot cake and it was delicious. The staff were as lovely as ever and the new "face" of Happy Valley, Sam was really great. In addition to the beautiful food and coffee, there were fresh flowers adding to the pure pleasure of this place. They even had yummy special Red Nose Day chocolate cakes. No trip to North Wales is complete without a visit to Happy Valley Pavilion. Simply the Best cafe.

Bitter cold wind yesterday but the warm welcome my husband and I received from the 2 ladies who run the café was amazing . Nothing was too much trouble. Lovely latte coffee just the way we liked them made. But, the best were the home made cakes. OMG they were sooo delicious. The warm chocolate mint cake with a little cream was out of this world. Never had it before but hope to have it again before we go home in a week's time. Well worth stopping there for refreshments. In the park next to the castle. Perfect.

A lovely friendly cafe with sooper staff and cakes to die for with views of the castle or the Menai strait. This week we have tried the coffee and walnut cake, lemon and blueberry cake, both delicious, and hot morning coffee and toast all served by happy smiling staff. I would highly recommend a visit. .

First cutomers of the season, a warm welcome from the friendley staff with great home made cakes and nice hot drinks, a perfect spot for the adults to catch a breath while the young children use the park area next to the pavillion. A large car park next door, so a great location to start or finish at the end of your day if you park here.
