Happy Panda in North East Derbyshire

Asked if they did vegetarian hot and sour soup was told yes so I ordered 2 when she read my order back I reiterated that it was vegetarian she said yes I got back and it had meat and prawns in it .the rest of the food wasn't great will not be going back .

Second time coming here and won't be the last beef chow mein is really nice and salt and pepper chicken was good too with plenty for the price my partner said that there salt and pepper chip's was also very good would definitely recommend

The food was pretty basic and average, although the portion sizes were quite generous. Everything seemed to be a little overcooked and took longer than stated in terms of waiting for it to be prepared. I'm not a fan of ribs cut into small 1 inch cubes, I prefer the full rib. Our order came with a portion of rice without a lid on the container, too. I've definitely had better Chinese takeaways, but this was ok. Would I return for another meal? Yeah, more than likely

Very disappointed in my order. I ordered salt and pepper chips and spring rolls. The spring rolls were terrible and the chips were tasteless. Worst chinese I have ever had

Ordered food from here, each one that ate it all became very ill.

Just ordered a happy panda munch box and it was terrible, consisted of left overs and loads of old chips to bulk it out. Will not order again or recommend

Food was fresh and tasty. Establishment looked clean and organised when I picked up. The Girls on the phone/ front desk were friendly and professional and seemed cool :)

The only place in Dronfield I order Chinese from anymore. The food always tastes fantastic. Iff you are collecting call in your order so you don't have to wait in the shop.

The food is lovely however the experience is ruined by the non answering if phone or queues and lack of distancing in shop itself x must have been 10 people outside takeaway and 8 people inside waiting to collect or order food with no direction from staff Shame because food is lovely

First order here. Was told it would be 1.5 hours and decided to wait but it was 2.5 hours to arrival. Lied to us about the fact it had left with driver when we chased (Driver said he was given it 7 minutes before delivery) Food was disappointing salt and pepper ribs was basically all cartilage and no meat. Will not try again here.

more expensive than rivals for smaller portions. wouldn't mind this if the food was good but it was very average. excessive sugar used and food was luke warm and a bit stale.

First time customers. Called to ask if offered Gluten free dishes and was very pleasantly surprised that they could make alterations and offer several options. Food arrived on time, hot and was the best Chinese takeaway we’ve had since moving to Dronfield. Highly recommend.

Nothing wrong with the food but order 2 meals per person tiny portions

Gorgeous food; lovely, friendly, efficient and vibrant staff. Good prices, although we do find that it doesn't stretch as far as portions from elsewhere... But worth it nevertheless! Timings have always been spot on so far. Takes card payments; plenty of parking in the precinct. Very glad that it's my local and would absolutely recommend.

Good food , Terrible delivery service... The food is nice and they could do really well if they sorted the delivery service out. I suggest you get one of the staff to check that the order is correct before its sent out for delivery.
