I know u don't have chicken balls in barbecue sauce but you couldn't of got normal chicken balls but u gave us chicken in sweet and sour and I don't like that the order is under Trevor thxs

Gave me the wrong go chicken literally gave me a Birds Eye chicken fillet with some sauce on it and say that’s honey chilli chicken like Wtaf mate £5 £6 pound odd for that like whaaaat u normally give me a completely different type of chicken

Honestly the worst Chinese I have ever had in my life if you could even call it Chinese. Ordered this and received a wet box of Chinese food which was cold and lacked any taste. I tried to push through and enjoy it despite the salt and pepper box tasting nothing like salt and pepper. I then complained and they refused to give me a refund despite being an hour late and the food being soggy and not edible. They tried to blame this on vegetables in the salt and pepper box which were non existent. Absolute scam of a Chinese, don’t ever order from here. Tried to give the dogs some of the chicken and even they refused. Not good enough for human consumption or even animals. Would rather eat dog food than this horrible excuse for a Chinese food.

I order delivery from here a lot. It's a very solid scottish-chinese place. Orders sometimes arrive late, most arrive on time, and recently, orders have been sent out very fast! Food hits the spot, portions are a good size, but don't expect a fine dining meal as with most british-chinese places.

Avoid!! Disgusting is an understatement, Chicken curry dish consisted of literal Raw Onions, and Processed - Slimey/Rubbery Chicken. And, to add to it, Mushy Boiled Rice. Plates were scraped into Food Waste Recycling quicker than it was dished out to the plates! I’ll stick to my usual preference moving forward, Little Hong Kong, it’s superior to this awful place.

Very good chips and chicken fried rice was best Iv had since arriving in Aberdeen. Friendly welcoming staff behind the counter. Happy to go back to try other food.

Food arrived cold and soggy. Box was all wet and soggy couldn’t even lift it up. Chicken balls have a weird after taste because of the sogginess and chips were dry also ribs had like no meat on them.

Order never received. No attempt at delivery was made. No missed calls from driver or restaurant, offered “redelivery“ of now cold food for an extra charge. Very poor service and response.

FOOD DISGUSTING HAD TO BIN IT ALL. USE THIS CHINESE AT YOUR OWN PERIL Food was disgusting ordered salt and… Food was disgusting ordered salt and pepper chips they were bland and very little salt and pepper if any ordered soft noodles were hard and dry ordered special fried rice very little meat or sauce couldn't eat meal the lot went into the bin called straight away was told boss would call on Saturday 3 days time no call called back 5 times in total spoke to 5 different people was told to call back yet again offered me 20% discount if I ordered another meal why would I spend another £24.50 when I couldn't eat the 1st one delivered use all yhe time normally with hand on heart I would say best Chinese in Aberdeen. Called yet again and was told person I dooke to 2 days ago was the boss so why was I told to call back on Thursday to speak to the boss. Totally unacceptable they don't care checked there recent reviews and found out they're having many problems and getting bad reviews and getting same treatment I'm getting. Will not use again and have reported them to council food standards agency. Use yhis Chinese at your own peril and don't get it delivered as no come back or way to resolve an issue with them have used them for years and never had a problem till now but with yhe treatment and couldn't care less attitude and getting yold boss not here call back and to be told call yet again 6 phonecalls and then get told you spoke to boss/manager the other night and was offered 20% if you order again when whole meal was binned. Never ordering from here again as just got a long hair in my pancake roll

Noodles were like something out a cheap packet thin stringy 3/4 the take away box was this rubbish noodles 1 king prawn 3x approx 1 inch square bits of flat crying meat and not much more in 1 word Disgusting ,most went into bin….never again will I have food from this Company

Absolutely awful, I waited an hour and a half for my food to come when I called to ask what was happening with my order the girl on the phone was so rude, I asked her maybe instead of arguing with me she could just say sorry you have been waiting for so long , to this she responded that I was shouting at her, Absolutely ridiculous. Would be nice to not be met with a horrible narky attitude when you are waiting stupid lengths of time for some noodles, food cold and soggy.

I ordered chinese through ubereats, i would have reviewed there but mistakenly clicked thumbs up for delivery and thought it would take me to review the food itself but it didnt. Delivery was good but the food itself was terrible. I am sorry this is the worst chinese I have had. I had to bin it. Ordered prawn fried noodles and the salt and pepper platter. Noodles was soggy, chips in platter was just okay Spring roll was soggy. The chicken wings was just ok may as well just get KFC Terrible food. £30 wasted.

Disgusting, foul, horrendous and an insult. After waiting two hours and several calls later the items arrived, to call it food would be an insult. The spring rolls were soggy, the ribs 1 inch long and cremated, wings dryer than Gandhi’s flip flop and the brick of noddles speaks for itself. Do not make the same mistake as we did oh and also won’t refund us because it was ordered through deliveroo and deliveroo won’t refund because the shop does there own deliveries. No help from the manager who just laughed us off. Absolute disgrace.

Said the order would take 30 mins, 2.5 hours later still no food. Steer clear.

Best Chinese in Aberdeen!!!! I always order here and have never been let down. Food is of top quality as is the service. Always arrives in good time when ordering for delivery and when attending the takeaway the staff are so lovely! Recommend the salt and pepper chicken, salt and pepper spring rolls and the salt and pepper chips (their curry sauce and sweet and sour is lovely too).

ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING. Will never order from here again. Just received what can only be described as half of what we paid for and then called the restaurant to inform them to be told "sorry we are running out of food" if you don't have enough to sell a full portion then don't sell it at all. I will never give this company my money again and will be advising friends and family to stay clear!

Have used this takeaway quite a lot recently and the food is quite good but the service let's it down badly. The food is always late and I'm not speaking about minutes either. I placed an order tonight through Aberdeen eats and it came through on the app as 9 o clock for delivery and it is almost quarter past ten and it hasn't turned up yet. It is also quite pricey nowadays. Not going back.

Not recommended Food is absolutely plain. My order just came garlic chilly chicken tasted like out of date... Fried noodles were boiled not fried they way I order. Chips and gravy souse came in one box not separate whicha made chips soft as mash. Did not enjoy it atol.

Great food timely made also however went to drive up to light house to eat it but inside the plastic bag was the sweet sauce stuff they use all sticky and got everywhere which was annoying little tip guys on take outs ut the sauce in the tub so it doesn't make a mess of car and make you super sticky. Overall service was good

I think one star is too nice! My missus and I ordered Honey chilli chicken with rice, chips, q portion of curry sauce, and their own version of chicken chow mein. The the chips rice and curry sauce was chucked into one box which is NOT what we asked for, second she had the honey chilli chicken and within couple hours was feeling ill and ended up being sick. I then tried the chicken the next day and as I was eating it the chicken was partially pink, making myself feel sick!! Will definitely not be going back!! Ps its also expensive, pay delivery charge and a service charge

I'd give this zero star's if I could. Such a shame compared to the old one on portland st. Beef Mongolian sauce tasted as if it had been contaminated with a horrible metallic after taste. The other food that was half edible was cold and congealed. Avoid.

AVOID AVOID AVOID Where to start... We ordered from here before and enjoyed and used to be regulars where they were located on portland street. We ordered salt and pepper chicken chips bbq sauce Mongolian beef and noodles. It came 20min late and cold. We plated up i up my bbq sauce all over as i normally would chicken was cold and stuck together chips were awful. Partner said there was an awful after taste to beef sauce (metallic) so i called to complain they asked if they could come to collect i put what i could back in the container but with noodles chips and some chicken covered in bbq sauce i put this in the bin. They collected - We waited to no phone call back so i called again to be told the food had been eaten. I explained to the woman why this was the case but man shouting in back ground didnt seem to agree. They offered us discount off food next time after a long conversation... there wont be a next time waste of money time and terrible customer service.

Extremely poor standard of food without taking into account price. I ordered a Breast of chicken curry fried rice with spring rolls, fairly standard Order and it was really bad. Chicken was thigh not breast and pumped full of saline solution, spongey and really bad standard of food, with curry being extremely watery and not anywhere near a Chinese standard curry. Please dont waste your money 💰

Sadly wasn't the best experience. Placed an order on the website which was the 3 item munchy box. It stated any 3 dishes of the menu with some exceptions. I believed it would be 3 regular sized items off the menu or at the very least 3 decent sized items. I kept looking on the website to track my order for when it would be ready for collection, doing this was quite a hassle too, as if I refreshed the page, the screen goes blank. Just under an hour goes by I decided to call them up and get an update on my order.. To my surprise, it was ready to collect, which the the website had said it was still being prepared. I collected the food not expecting that the 3 item munchie box was 3 small portions fit into the 1 medium sized portion box and the food was lukewarm and rather soggy, presumably been sitting there for a while. I don't often give reviews but this was my experience and unfortunately I do not think I will be returning.

Newly opened restaurant. Superb, myself and my friends love it - repeat customer to this restaurant - every dish is delicious, hot, on time, full flavoured and seasoned perfectly. Staff always very friendly when collecting. Recommend this as a stand out takeaway in Aberdeen.

Happy House opened for business on Monday 29/10/18, it has free parking on site. I visited on Wednesday 31/10/18 at 19.30pm, I parked in one of the bays owned by the takeaway, I perused one of the leaflets available to decide on whatever I would be buying from the varied items available to cook to order from the menu . A few other customers arrived before I had made my choice they got a warm “Hello” from the ladies serving on the counter as they began to take their orders. Bright and clean inside the waiting area , you can see through to a part the kitchen where your food is prepared. I placed my order and waited around seven minutes or so before I it was brought through to the waiting area for me . The price was a little less than I have paid in various other takeaways for pretty much the same order as I placed tonight, I have posted photos showing the menu and current prices as at 31/10/18 I feel they are very reasonable . A few minutes later I was home, opening the bag with my order in it two complimentary fortune cookies had been placed inside, a nice touch I thought . Tubs of food filled to the brim, piping hot ready to serve , a good balance of meat and vegetables with an excellent sauce and a fine bed of fried rice prompted me to write this review , I got what I paid for , very pleased. Happy House replaces the previous takeaway the Eagle May in Park Street, do not get confused as on the night I visited the signage etc all still have the Eagle May branding though they are due to be replaced soon . I will be using this takeaway regularly when I commute from that part of the city , I found the whole experience worthy of 5 stars .
