Always happy with our orders. Never had a problem. Prawns with noddles are the best. Thank you for the good service.

Ordered food at 7.30. Eta was 8.15pm. Rand restaurant at 8.40pm and I heard them apologising to 3 other people about kitchen being slammed and no one to deliver. If you can’t cook food, and you can’t deliver food don’t take the orders. If there is an issue don’t pretend it is not your issue. The food arrived and was greasy and tepid. Overall a pretty poor experience.

I’m shocked at other people’s reviews , Happy garden has fantastic food and always busy with other customer waiting so it cannot be that bad!! I will always use them. The reason they only take cash is that credit card companies charge for the use of a card meaning they would have to put their prices up and they don’t want to do that as it’s well priced Please ignore bad reviews and give them a try!! Ordered 1.chicken and noodles soup 2. salt and pepper wings 3. barbecued ribs and 4. chicken chow mein. Got... warm soup with funny taste wings that were obviously not freshly made today or even this week...tough as old boot never seen barbecue ribs this colour swimming in very thin sauce chicken chow mein. .. very little chicken. I have used Happy Garden many times before and have been Happy with food provided...very disappointed with this one.. couldn't eat any of it..That's 23 pounds I won't get back😞

After ordering over the phone and paying by card at least twice a month for over a year, the business has now decided that they accept cash only for phone orders. I was directed to their website to place orders if I wanted to pay by card. The prices on the site are 40% higher than in their printed menu. They've lost this customer and I'm sure I won't be the last.

Food was great but delivered one hour earlier than expected. Did not cause any issues as we were hungry :-)

We have ordered from Happy Garden previously and delivery was early. The food is delicious and that is their saving grace.

I have ordered takeaway from Happy Garden a couple of times. The food was fine. The biggest issue at Happy Garden is the delivery driver who sits out front in his chair. He is HURTING your business, Happy Garden. His presence is both awkward and uncomfortable, especially for women. As a member of your community, please resolve this issue.

My partner and I ordered a takeaway from Happy Garden and on delivery, the driver knocked on the door, waited a couple of seconds before opening (!) the front door, peering in, closing it again and repeating the process. Naturally, we were totally outraged and when my partner confronted him and asked what he was doing, the driver simply laughed in his face. Once we unpacked the food, we realised that we had been provided with a special chow mein (rather than a veg chow mein, as requested). We phoned the restaurant to ask them to resolve the issue and the woman that we spoke to effectively asked what our problem was. When I explained again that I do not eat meat and therefore wanted the dish we actually ordered, she proceeded to tell us that we were at fault as she had read the order back to us and we had not recognised the error then. We were eventually told that they would deliver the missing dish, however it would be a 30 minute wait (after 45 minutes it has still not arrived). I have never experienced such terrible customer service - I will not be returning to Happy Garden and urge others to avoid it altogether!!

The restaurant confirmed to deliver my order within 45 minutes (after extending it). After 47 minutes the restaurant rang me to tell me my order would not be delivered for ANOTHER 45 minutes to 1 hour. I was unavailable to wait to receive my order so had no choice but to cancel. As I ordered through Just Eat, the restaurant would not refund my money - I had to call Just Eat to get my money back. WORST of all, because my order was 'declined' I am unable to leave a review directly on Just Eat to ward off other potential customers from being equally duped to waste their time and money. Needless to say the girl in the restaurant was casual and unsympathetic - it sounds like they get away with this level of customer service all the time. Be warned!

Food came 15 minutes early that it could have been good if the food was cooked. Payed £6.50 for the chicken with lemon sauce. For what wasn't even cooled! Ordered 3 cans of diet coke. None of them was diet.

You get what you pay for. Food is passable but not exceptional. Prawn toast was a chewy like it had been reheated in the microwave. Fried rice was bland.

This was so not worth the hour and 20 minute wait. The chicken dough balls tasted bad and the sweet and sour sauce tasted so artificial. I won't be back.

After waiting for over an hour for my order I opened it to find it was wrong. The driver had already left meaning I had to ring the restaurant and tell them to send the missing dish. They said they would only deliver it if I paid a charge for the second delivery. I was happy to pay for the missing dish as they hadn't charged me for it on the bill but I refused to pay again for it to be delivered as they had already delivered my order once. When the (same) delivery driver returned with the missing dish he insisted I paid for delivery and became glib and bolshy when I refused. He also insisted I tip him by claiming to have no change (wanting me to round up the second delivery to the value of a whole banknote to cover his tip)! He was really quite confrontational about it.

Lovely grub, speedy delivery though he did get a bit over excited with the door knockery. Will definitely order from Happy Garden again 😁

I keep on ordering three cans of Fanta but I am only provided with two. The delivery driver showed me his order receipt and it did say 2xFanta, but you can see that I have ordered three online. This keeps on happening.

Well delivery time was suppose to be 19:30 called at 20:00 since food had not arrived , the lady said yes your food is ready but our driver is not here!! Sorry about that , I'm hoping that they at least throw in a free drink or something , wont order from hete again that's really bad , still waiting since I paid with my card

Been going here for years, hands down best Chinese in the Ealing area. Good price and fantastic portions, each meal could easily be two. Can't recommend enough.

Beef chow mein and meat on ribs was more fat than anything else.

Second time I've ordered from here. The food is nice but the time it takes for them so to cook and deliver is terrible always late.

Everything was swell! Food arrived just in time piping hot as family members walked inI It was Granny's treat for all her grandkids simply loved it! Perhaps we'll try the restaurant next time? Ta!

I ordered a pot of black nean sauce an i never got it. My food was cold an it had no flavour. Im very dissatisfied as i spent over £40 an it jst went in the bin such a waste

This had been my family's Chinese take away forever food is fresh and delicious staff are friendly and helpful and delivery guy always works out that if we're not in home it's because we're at my parents but have automatically ordered it for home and we always get our food!

The Vietnamese spring rolls are my favourite. Delivery is always fast and food piping hot.

The restaraunt called after accepting the order to say I had to pay an extra £2 for delivery as althougb I was in the delivery area I was in the other side of it and it costs more. So I cancelled the order. So i mever got the food to rate it, also terrible they can do this

After order was placed, restaurant phoned and asked us to give the delivery driver £1 because we are a certain distance away from the restaurant. Food arrived over 30 mins late. Once arrived the chicken was pink. Called the restraunt to complain and there answer was that they had many orders of chicken so not every order could be cooked. Ridiculous. Will definitely not be ordering from here again.

Took over an hour to deliver a small amount of food 3 minutes down the road, after a call to remind them of our order. When it finally arrived the sauce for one of the dishes was missing. We called again and was told we would have to wait 20 minutes for the sauce and declined to offer a partial refund for the dish. The sauce arrived sooner which we appreciated but it was oddly runny. Food was average over all. We won't order again.

We used to eat here every weekend but was disappointed to find that it had dropped its FSA Hygene rating to 1 Star. There is too much choice in the area to risk your family's health.

Awful customer experience, took well over an hour for delivery. When I called to ask how long she put me on hold for 3 minutes to answer another call and take an order. When I told her I wasn't happy she hung up on me.

Very reliable, decent Chinese takeaway. If you have moderate expectations they won't let you down. Hot and Sour soup is usually good; sweet and sour is too gloopy.

This restaurant left us waiting 2 hours for the food....when it finally arrived it was all over the place there was sauce everywhere, the chicken balls had fallen out into the bag and off course everything was freezing cold....never would I or send anyone to order from here, terrible food and an even worse service!!!!

Out of all the local Chinese food outlets, Happy Garden is the only one that has never disappointed.

We orered crispy shredded beef, egg fried rice, sweet and sour chicken and special fried rice and this takeaway proved to be the worst from all we tried around Ealing, Northfields and Hanwell area. The sauces for sweet and sour and crispy shredded beef tasted like taken out of a can - metallic taste.

Love the roast pork fried rice. Everytime I have a request concerning my meal happy garden always make sure its followed

Great sweet&sour chicken balls and I've had the beef in black bean sauce before, which was fantastic. Less than half an hour to deliver as well.

Warning - This restaurant is advertising on Just Eat as Halal, they are not halal, the restaurant has confirmed that they do not use halal meat. You will be better off eating a pot noodle instead!
