Happy Fish & Mambo's Pizza in East Lindsey

Wasn't allowed to eat inside for no reason. I asked and she said we wasn't allowed

The fish tasted off and the food was cheap and tasteless very dry chips which I had to sort through to find any worth eating.When I was asked if everything was alright I replied the food was very dry.

DO NOT GO HERE DO NOT GET CHICKEN TIKKA PIZZA 🍕. TASTES LIKE SALAMI STICKS

If I could leave zero I would! The kebab is absolutely disgusting like frozen from Iceland vile avoid

Ordered 2 cheese pizza’s, cooked straight infront of us, they were absolutely delicious, pipping hot and full of flavour!

We ordered a pepperoni pizza a garlic bread and portion chips plus diner kebab well the diner meat looked like was frozen the pizza wasn’t too bad the garlic bread however was disgusting not tasted of anything just bread overall the chips were lovely diwgusting food and won’t be eating there again I’m afraid

Staff ok,food disgusting and not first time can get stronger chilli sauce from supermarket,did ask for hot chilli,it was more like tomato,chips were uneatable and chips did,nt look good and tasteless,they even forgot to put salt and vinegar on,not that it would have made a difference,gone downhill a lot GO THERE AT YOUR OWN RISK Fish was watery as well

Oh my god if I could give negi negative ratings I would, only got a sausage and chips and it was revolting, cold chips if you could call them that as if you dropped them they would bounce, my best guess is they were left over from lunch time

You can call to pre order for collection, the food was always hot and really tasty with a happy friendly service

Best kebab in 100miles absolutely massive and value for money

I've been 2 or 3 times in as many months... their pizza and cheese garlic bread is fantastic...

Came for the week and came back here several times for both the chips and pizza great foot and great service waited no more than 6/7 minutes

My god, there's no enough words for it. I've travelled all over the UK and this was by far the most disgusting food iv ever been served. The 'cod', I could of squeezed a pint of oil from it. There was more batter than fish, considering the fish was the size of a goldfish. My kids eat anything and even they were disgusted. The chips, I had to say a prayer because I've never seen a portion of grey chips. Stale, cold and a pint of water to wash one down. The place was rank, arcade machines sitting and seating that looked like it fell off a dump truck on the motorway. it wasn't for the fact we were starving and there was no room in the restaurant opposite we would of avoided. As for the staff, I'd be miserable if I worked there too. There's a shop next to it, highly recommended the pot noodles as an alternative 👍

Good God... The food is disgusting!!! It's better to throw the money in the trash right away. The fries were gray and inedible and for using the Italian flag on the pizza box they should be punished because what I got wasn't even like pizza 🤬🤢

Our food was okay, basic fish and chips that everyone enjoyed. Will come again, in a good location close to the resort and the club. Good Service

Pizza's average at best. Chip-shop..... Shocking. Tiny portions & cant make or cook batter. Really wouldnt bother.

Ordered small chips, he put one scoop on which were grey and soggy looking. Refused them and asked for money back. No wonder I only saw the odd person in there. If you are staying at palm resort go round corner queuing out of door. Avoid at all costs... 0 stars...

Avoid this place honestly the worst chippy around food was to a very low standard and tasted awful over priced and inedible had to throw it strait in the bin my daughter ate a kids meal and it made her ill absolutely disgusting 0 stars

Il only give 1 star because I had to rate something I’d of given a minus if I could we got pizza chips and kebab meat there was hairs hanging out the chips and the pizza iv never in my whole life seen something so disgusting hairs all over it didn’t look like a pizza looked like a animal the amount of hair really nockd the whole family bad I was absolutely mortified when the man said he’d replace it with a fresh one I couldn’t of ate anything from there he refunded the pizza but none of the other stuff but of advice avoid at all costs

Cannot really go wrong with Mambos, is open fairly late and does the job, is not expensive in there and with the chip shop next door there is variety in what you can have, the formaggio pizzas are my personal go to

Absolutey discraceful I wouldent waste my time ever again The chips are anaemic so under cooked I've never seen anything like it this place is a shambles

Really good staff pizza was lovely but the owner of the place was serving and was miserable completely lacked customer service would of been a 5 star if he wasn't there

I love a great pizza no doubt.. I'm a fan of the deep pan and a stuffed crust. Whilst I had only had an original here, the pan and crust was superb. The toppings are well filled, more so than a usual place and yet the meat feast being processed Ham it's a great taste. We'll balances flavour and excellent staff. The only over site is the price. At an an average £8 a regular and £10 a large it's steep but for a seaside resort, well, you deciede..

Don't know what they are doing but the chips and fish were dripping in oil.... Not very nice at all

went to both outlets for dinner both quite poor, fish batter was strange kind of radio active yellow with no taste. pizza was ok but tomato base was like eating a tin of savers tomatoes no taste, shame when both are charging the same as other quality shops and the quality is so poor. Felt ripped off!!!

This is the second time we have visited this chip shop during our holidays - wow, what a difference from last year and not in a good way!!! The fish batter is spongy and tasteless and a strange colour. The battered sausages were sooooo chewy and cheap. Couldn't eat them as they were rock hard. Curry sauce is lovely but when nothing else is.... what are you going to have it with????

Had fish and chips from here,never again.Fish was swimming in grease chips where cold and had black bruises on most of them peas where watery,.will not eat from here again.Disappointing.

Fish cooked fresh but chips over cooked and cold

Used to love this place but food has gone so downhill, ordered 2 fish which had slimy skin when cooked which indicates the fish has gone off, I was up all night with food poisoning. Order chips and sausage the sausage was cold and hard and the chips were hard and stale. Never going back here and I definitely wouldn't recommend.

Ordered a sal pizza which was ok. Fish and chips was alright. Husband had a dinner kebab and was up all night with a bad belly. Wouldn't return

Great staff, very polite and helpful, great food and great value, love coming here everytime we visit, wish I lived closer but look forward to our visit every year, thanks to all the staff here 5*+

Lovely food great value for money

Really really tasty pizzas had 1 12 "donner and 1 12 " meat feast between 3 of us really filling cooked perfectly with loads of meat and cheese great value for money

Been coming here almost all my life, the food is used from the best ingredients the staff are so friendly and efficient with all the restrictions being faced. Cannot praise them enough

Great staff. But fish and chips not up to standard and their take on a chilli con carne is awful.

Chips so cold they did not melt the cheese. Fish cake... Lol, potatoe cake was just as cold. The mushy peas were hot as was the curry sauce although it was full of sultanas. Shame the chip shop is not the same quality as the pizza kebab shop that is attached.

So disgusted with meal we just had had throw most away . asked for jumbo battered sausage reply from staff was Can not be bothered cook jumbo I give you 2 small. These was dried up not edible Also had plain jumbo sausage had cut it in half was dried up rock hard. Chips was cold Will never use this place again

Staff member rude & difficult. Stood right in front of her and refused to take my order, wanted me to sit at a table and come over to take my order even though I was stood there with cash out ready to pay. No other customers were in the shop. She was just been difficult. Your protocol should suit the customer, your a chippy not a fancy resteraunt, I wanted to order and pay as i was stood there right infront of you!

Wow the kebabs are big......prob don't need chips with the kebab! Take my advice I speak from experience! However if you do.....let me know how you got on!

Poor customer service ruled staff my sister ordered her food to eat in the women give her it in a take out rather then putting it on a plate for her they made us leave they should remember the customer can hear what there saying I’ve worked in eat in or take out and we wouldn’t get another staff to come over and tell them to leave we of just took the food and put it on a plate the chips and fish was only just cook and looks horrible not happy with the customer service

This is a great takeaway i love the chips however i think that the chips need a bit longer cooking otherwise they are great.

I've been looking for a decent fish and chip shop around Chapel for a while now but most are average or rubbish. I wasn't expecting much to be honest but wow, I absolutely loved their fish and chips with mushy peas. £6.95 for heaps of chips and a massive cod which they apologised for having to fold the tail over to get it in the box!! Really enjoyed them and the staff were great too. Well recommended.

Gorgeous fish and chips on par with Whitby really enjoyed them. Excellent price too! Recommend this if your in chapel.

Never send your kids for food or drinks go yourself .they short change them and over charge on items ..other than that avarage greasy food not really competitive prices slightly more than most and portion sizes have got smaller past few years ....

Totally awful greasy rubbish served by uncaring individuals behind the counter . If you are looking for a bout of sickness and diarrhea this is the place for you - otherwise avoid like the plague !!!!!!!

Not good! Didn't eat it all, chicken nuggets tasted funny and chips weren't cooked properly and full of grease! Been ill now for over a week with diarhoeur and sickness!!

The food was so bad I died of food poisoning. I can now only review stuff from beyond the grave.
