Han Sing in Cardiff

We have been having food from here for many years without issues. Our last takeaway was Luke warm. The food is tasty. This evening everything was cold. I ordered 2 bags of chips with salt and vinegar, 2 egg fried rice, 2 curry sauce, 2 sausages, prawn crackers. Everything was cold and only 1 sausage. I rang them to tell them and they told me I’d ordered only one sausage, yet when the order was repeated to me, I was told 2 sausages and I was told that the vinegar on the chips made them cold. Even though the food is tasty, I am not paying to be short changed, have cold food and be insulted. Really poor customer service. Sorry but we will not be ordering again. Shame!

My favourite Chinese shop . Eat from here every Sunday . Food is always fresh and pipping hot and the do real chips which makes all the difference. Definitely recommend

we tried a variety of dishes from here and we were all really happy with the quality dishes ordered were chow mein fried rice spring rolls and prawn toast all realy good and will order from here again

Excellent Chinese food, chips are also great and rival any local chippy, quick service, can’t fault them. Lemon chicken is a personal favourite!

Always perfect food. Never ever received poor service or poor food. Have been going to Han Sing for 30 years! Highly recommended. The fish is exceptional quality and huge!

Every time we visit Victoria Park we always stop at Han Sing takeaway for fish and chips which opens at 5pm. On each visit we have been met with a warm welcome and a smile. Primarily this is a Chinese takeaway selling an extensive range of dishes including sweet and sour chicken, egg fried rice, crispy duck and so on. Along side the Chinese menu there is an offering of classic chip shop favourites such as battered sausage, pies, chicken, curry sauces and fish and chips. The chips are homemade and taste fantastic. Equally the fish is always cooked perfectly with a light crispy batter and succulent pieces of fish. The portion sizes are very good and it is clear to see why this is a popular takeaway. We would recommend a visit because the takeaway is spotlessly clean, we always receive a prompt service, the food is excellent value for money and the staff are very friendly.

We ordered take away Chicken Curry, Special Fried Rice, Cantonese Chicken Sweet and Sour Chips and a Pancake Roll came to £17:40. The food was really hot to touch which was great the sauces were light great taste and not glupey. The food was lovely not greasy. I would suggest if ordering on the weekend to get your order in early as they tend to be really busy. I would say this is the nicest Chinese we’ve had in the last twelve months. The pricing is competitive for Cardiff. Really worth trying if you not tried before.
