I love the place. I miss the little short one that used to be there. The owner a top lad. The tall one who's always dressed in black looks intimidating, but I find her adorable.

The taller female staff, (possibly a supervisor or something) was insanely rude and aggressive, she made our time there extremely uncomfortable. Disgusting behaviour and clearly doesn’t understand how customer service in hospitality works, definitely wouldn’t recommend nor would I go back.

Came from West Midlands to Halo. One of the best customer services I’ve got, Mohammed and Ahmadi were really polite. Lounge has nice aesthetic, definitely returning 👍🏼

A really cool place to chill and relax and has a cool vibe about the place. Service was fantastic. Tried some of the food, we had fries nachos - large portions made for sharing and more than enough for the three of us.

Best shisha and premium flavours, combined with amazing food and atmosphere, makes Halo Lounge the best lounge about. The atmosphere is top notch, with attentive staff who go above and beyond to ensure a positive experience. Whether its shisha or food, i definitely recommend Halo Lounge.

Great atmosphere good customer service, shisha on point. Definitely recommend 👌 just 1 thing if you are offering nhs/student discount it would be worth putting a small sign or small cards near the till.
