Chicken Katsu bun was delicious

I visited on Sunday with my family for a meal. The restaurant was completely empty, and there was little to no atmosphere. The food was decent, but unfortunately, my son’s meal was missed from the order, so we had to reorder it, which was frustrating. What I found most disappointing, though, was the compulsory 10% service charge. In most restaurants, this is optional and left to the customer’s discretion. When you’re already spending over £150 on food, it feels unfair to be forced to pay extra for service—especially when the staff are already earning an hourly wage.

First time here today stumbled upon this gem of a shop. It's now going to be my go to sandwich shop. Such amazing value and quality is on point. Fast fresh and fantastic!
