No star review doesn’t do the place justice food was absolutely disgusting wouldn’t even feed it the dog.. also missing items and freezing cold, it’s the furthest thing possible away for a gyros.. and contact number for restaurant DO NOT ORDER

Wow suprise how tasty the kebabs were actually. Nice chips and we'll cooked.

Paid over £10 for a wrap that came and was the size of a kids starter came with literally about 5 chips and the meat inside was raw lol this is the worst place hands down I've ordered from in a long time and like all bad restaurants no phone number and when we did find one no answer after over 20 calls

Met the owner, I'm not sure he's Greek or Turkish but boy the kebabs were authentic 👍😉 not sure what them neg views about I've ordered a few time and always spot on, nice one Panos

I ordered today via deliveroo when I wanted to add to my order I spoke to someone at the establishment who said I could pay over the phone for the food I wanted to add £11.99 I did this then hit told there was no way to deliver it as the deliveroo order had already left thus was an hour soon than I'd wanted it. The deliveroo driver said she would go back an d get the remaining food but didn't!!! I called to find out what had happened and no one got back to me so in summary I didn't get any food or a refund. The food I did get via deliveroo was cold and wrong things received so in short don't waste your time or money!!

Dodgy! Said it would arrive in 20 mins, an hour and a half later still nothing. Called them and they said they would call back... no call and now not answering!!

We ordered food from here tonight. food came after an hour and they did not send our drink. Wraps was tasteless without any tzatziki. very disappointed with our order. NEVER ORDER AGAIN

I never ever leave reviews but we genuinely had THE worst experience ever! We ordered food from here via deliveroo and it never arrived. We tried calling several times through the number provided on deliveroo, online and on instagram to no avail. I’ve tried to contact them privately on instagram as they’ve previously told people to on google reviews still with no response several days later. Shocking !!!

Tried to place an order and waited for my food for over two hours. No one contacted me, I tried to call, I tried Instagram and eventually someone replied via chat to say no food was being made..so I waited for nothing. Not even an apology with my refund (waiting to see when this will be done). Ridiculous. Rude. Never again.

Absolutely disgust behaviour. Tried to order from here because of time pressure of being between two 12 hour shifts and their Deliveroo page said that the food will be delivered within 30 minutes. WRONG! I waited 2 hours for my food to be delivered and when I tried to ring them, they didn't answer. 30 phonecalls I made to them! Not being able to speak to anyone I started a live chat on deliveroo to try and get somewhere and they said that because I haven't received my order even though the restaurant has marked it as "delivered" I will get my refund within 2-3 days. WRONG AGAIN! The restaurant has refused to give me a refund although my food has never arrived and I only found this out 2 weeks later! I tried to sort it out with deliveroo who have been absolutely no help at all and I'm trying to get through to the restaurant yet they keeping putting the phone down on me. I have now made 25 calls to the restaurant and no one wants to pick up to deal with an issue they created in the first place. BUNCH OF LIARS AND THIEFS!

The worst establishment to order food from in Nottingham, don't bother. Me and my partner ordered at 9.30pm, the food arrived 3 hours later luke warm. Whilst waiting, we had no communication as to what is happening with our order, coupled with not answering our calls. We made food at home before it arrived, so threw it straight in the bin after judging the temprature. I've contacted them on Instagram with no response. Furthermore they've declined a refund because the food was delivered. We got £11 credit on deliveroo instead. Absolute inadequate and will be challenging for a full refund directly. Previous people in reviews have had the same problem, do not give them your money.

Absolutely awful in service ordered from Deliveroo and no indication of arrival for over an hour and a half! DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE THEY ARE USELESS!!!!

Tries the halloumi and the Korean chicken pittas. Both had great flavours, were fresh and ready to pick up in 10minutes! Definitely worth a try if you're looking for something a bit different :)

DO NOT USE!! Ordered on Deliveroo, they marked the order as delivered but it never came. Called Deliveroo who got in contact with the restaurant and they told them they had delivered the order. Restaurant wouldn’t answer my calls. Should be taken off the Deliveroo website.

Amazing quality food, massive portion and very pleasant customer service. A wholly enjoyable experience, I shall definitely be ordering from here again and would definitely recommend others to try for themselves.

I fancied something a bit different from burgers, pizza, Chinese, Indian etc. so thought I try Gryros Time. It's the first time I've ordered - went for a Spiced Chicken Thigh Pitta with seasoned fries. Delivered on time, big portions, tastes great - will definitely get again.

Bang on the money, no messing about with this! Had a normal sized order and it easily filled us up (four people). We all gonna order again next week! Peng out the face X

Waited over an hour and a half and still no food. They don't answer phone so can't find out where food is if it exists. AVOID.

Ordered £33 worth of food from this company using Deliveroo an hour and a half late still sat waiting for my food and can’t contact their driver or the restaurant to find out where my food is absolute poor service

I ordered from this restaurant on Deliveroo and waited an hour still without any food, tried calling up and didn’t get an answer.

Super large portion, pretty tasty food! Was slow delivery, but food was hot and served with a smile. It was probably our fault for ordering so late at night - past 9pm.

Amazing food. Really good, highly suggested. We went for the vegan halloumi pittas with halloumi fries and so much hummus 😋 then topped off with the vegan biscoff brownies. All excellent! We collected so can't comment on the delivery time but it was all warm when we got it. Spoke with the people who run it and they're really friendly too, great place and I wish them all best in the current climate 👍

I am not one for writing reviews or giving bad feedback but this was probably the worst experience ever. Avoid at all costs! There is so much to mention on went wrong.. Vegan kebab- not vegan. Made my partner sick! Humous missed off the order first time. Chips under cooked and cold They then delivered again, well tried.. they went to the wrong address so it took over an hour to get more food. Again, Cold food Undercooked chips Salty humous They were very apologetic and issued a full refund, but when you did so much so badly there is no going back. Others need to be warned. If I could give a minus rating I would. Some serious changes need to be made for this business to keep trading.
