First time ordering from here & really enjoyed the battered fish supper

Over 3 hours for a delivery that came stone cold… I understand that places were busy but the delivery time wasn’t updated and we’re still taking orders when they couldn’t even send the ones they had out on time

I use Guidis on the regular and is usually very good. Booked a delivery for 7.30 came a hour early. Had to send it away (wasn't ready for it). When it arrived at 7.30 it was the same food from the hour before. Cold, soggy and not enjoyable. Also when I called to say it was an hour early and that I would like it redelivered the man on the phone was rude. Understand it's a Friday night and is busy but this was your own error not mine. Paid £15 for a meal that was fit for the bin.

Food was class, Delivery was a little late, there was a huge storm however so was to be expected, 10/10

Ordered over an hour ago, for it to be marked as out for delivery at 6:45 and then delivered at 7 but nothing received

delivery driver was very polite and it was a last minute decision for myself and my daughter was delicious thankyou.

Food wasn’t good at all it’s usually really good sausage and fish both didn’t taste right and fish was really fishy!!!

Ordered might meaty 12" pizza. Seems it was cheese with a little bit of chicken. Tried to call shop but no reply.

The kebab was half full, cold and pitta bread was hard and crispy. Got the salad and chilli sauce separate that cost a £1 extra, got a little bag of salad and half a small tub chilli sauce, not worth the money, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE

Can tell it is near closing time, food was rotten. Batter was hard and chewy and all items (pizza crunch, king rib and fritters), we literally had the unsold items that had been sat in the ovens for way too long, not like guidis at all usually food is great but not tonight

One of my favourite chip shops around here. Usually get the two piece special fish supper and it’s always on point. Orders usually taken quickly but can take a while to receive. Other than that, no complaints and would highly recommend.

Food was very tasty and good quality. Proper decent Scottish style chips. Not at fault with the food! Would recommend and order again from here

Chip shop side I would not recommend! Chips are always mushy and don’t taste like a chip. Pizza’s and donner kebab I would recommend.

I’m sorry, but, I was extremely disappointed. Worst meal I have had from you. The scampi was just warm. The chips I think were left over from yesterday. They ended up in the bin.

unfortunately food wasn't up to the usual standards, fish was stuck to the top of box and just crumbled. delivery driver was very polite. but very disappointed in food quality all round.

Always only ordered from the chip bar which is always spot on, tried there pizzas tonight and was easily the best pizza I've ordered in from prestwick/ayr 5*

Excellent experience. First time ever at Guidis’. The fish supper was the hottest I’ve ever had from a delivery. The food was excellently wrapped to keep the heat in. Delicious fresh fish and good chips. The sausage was excellent too. Oh, and the red kola was chilled! Delivery was quick and the Driver was a nice chap, pleasant and courteous. This is now our new fish restaurant!

Absolutely amazing kebab! Salad is key!! Extra salad makes it outstanding!

Food really good but got charged £3.20 for a 2 litre of Fanta and on the bottle it was priced marked £1.99 I know it’s just over a pound of a difference but has put me off the place

Guido's to date has been excellent. Always piping hot food, delivered either on time or more often than not early. Tonight, however, 28 minutes late and food barely warm. Get back to normal ASAP!

The food was terrible. Fish supper was cold and the fish was soggy. The pasta was really overcooked, stuck together and oily. Wont be ordering again from here or use just eat either, customer service is terrible!!!

The special fish was dressed in paxo and made in a frying pan and the chips were terrible. Nothing cooked in a chip shop fryer very disappointing.
