Pizza was brilliant but it came looking like a mess,pizza all over each other

tasted amazing, not greasy or drowned n vinegar and salt.

Have had fish & fritters before , always delicious & great portion would recommend & defo buy from here again

Can tell it is near closing time, food was rotten. Batter was hard and chewy and all items (pizza crunch, king rib and fritters), we literally had the unsold items that had been sat in the ovens for way too long, not like guidis at all usually food is great but not tonight

One of my favourite chip shops around here. Usually get the two piece special fish supper and it’s always on point. Orders usually taken quickly but can take a while to receive. Other than that, no complaints and would highly recommend.

Chip shop side I would not recommend! Chips are always mushy and don’t taste like a chip. Pizza’s and donner kebab I would recommend.

unfortunately food wasn't up to the usual standards, fish was stuck to the top of box and just crumbled. delivery driver was very polite. but very disappointed in food quality all round.

Always only ordered from the chip bar which is always spot on, tried there pizzas tonight and was easily the best pizza I've ordered in from prestwick/ayr 5*

Excellent experience. First time ever at Guidis’. The fish supper was the hottest I’ve ever had from a delivery. The food was excellently wrapped to keep the heat in. Delicious fresh fish and good chips. The sausage was excellent too. Oh, and the red kola was chilled! Delivery was quick and the Driver was a nice chap, pleasant and courteous. This is now our new fish restaurant!

Absolutely amazing kebab! Salad is key!! Extra salad makes it outstanding!

Excellent service once again. Got to be the best fish and chip shop in the area serving from a extensive menu .Also if you have any allergies the staff are there to advise .

Food really good but got charged £3.20 for a 2 litre of Fanta and on the bottle it was priced marked £1.99 I know it’s just over a pound of a difference but has put me off the place

Guido's to date has been excellent. Always piping hot food, delivered either on time or more often than not early. Tonight, however, 28 minutes late and food barely warm. Get back to normal ASAP!

The food was terrible. Fish supper was cold and the fish was soggy. The pasta was really overcooked, stuck together and oily. Wont be ordering again from here or use just eat either, customer service is terrible!!!

The special fish was dressed in paxo and made in a frying pan and the chips were terrible. Nothing cooked in a chip shop fryer very disappointing.

Terrible service. Because I cancelled an order from them a day before, they decided to take my money and not bother to deliver the item. Avoid at all costs.

Food so so .. ordered a 2L bottle of diet coke for £3.20 and recieved a 1.75L with a £1.99 price mark on it. They said they don't do 2L bottles and £3.20 was the price. Price marked goods are only to be sold at that price. AVOID

Trying to write 15 minutes early, fish cold peas hot but cold in middle, my mother has cancer and enjoys a dressed fish when she has an appetite, usually very nice from guidies with cost of living she can’t afford to waste food and it’s difficult because most days she’s No eating because her medication, as a pensioner she would never complain but tonight was unacceptable as this was first time in days she wanted fish. I would like her refunded to card please, dissatisfied tonight

We had a pizza meal deal from here tonight. Pizza, Kebab and cheese burger and chips all for a bargain price of £13. Every part of it was good but the pizza was excellent, best pizza I've had in years. Highly Recommended.
