Really bad service and bad stay

Delicious food. Proper grilled chicken and the sauces are awesome.

This little takeaway was not what I was expecting. The staff are friendly and the food was good quality. The chicken wings were nice and crispy and had a good kick to it. The fries weren't soggy. The grilled chicken pitta and burger tasted great too. The only downside is the food did take a bit of time but I guess you know it was freshly made Atleast. Worth the visit and I will be coming back.

I ordered this as an in-patient because the hospital forgot my dinner. GC were brilliant with not only a speedy service but the delivery driver was so kind and patient waiting for me to come from the maternity ward down 3 floors to collect the order (and the lift was so slow). I was gutted I didnt have any cash to tip him because he was so deserving of a tip!

The food was awful chicken in burgers overcooked had to keep taking overcooked pieces out of mouth otherwise would have choked on it. The chicken pieces were disappointing. Would not recommend to anyone. Waste of money

Ordered from grill cottage a few times now, we've moved to the area new and by far the best grilled chicken, always serving the chicken perfectly cooked and tastes great! Delivery is perfectly timed!

Took ages to arrive and then turned up wrong and was told there was nothing they can do as the manager wasn't there. £30 for a family bundle but no chicken

Didn’t have chips or mayo but the food was amazing as usual.

Ordered the wings platter. Hot was extra hot. Fries forgotten and then when phoned to ask what happened was somehow my fault they missed them off the platter. Very bad services

Grilled Cottage are my go to place to order. The food is fresh and always piping hot when i receive it. I had a small issue today with one order being wrong but they were so quick rectifying it and really helpful & friendly. Would highly recommend.

Spicy tender fillet burger was undercooked and I was unable to bite into it, as it had a very rubbery texture (ALL OTHER items we're cooked thoroughly). I have called the establishment to inform them of my first time experience, however, they didn't answer the phone which is the only reason regrettably I have had to mention it here 😞

The driver was nice and polite. He gave the food quickly which was helpful bc I was hungry 😂.

Whole Chicken is very good, very hot temperature due to foil bag being doubled. Fries just above average and were cold. Seasoning provided though. Will order again.

Nice decent little chicken takeaway shop. They sell other things like cheese and beef burgers as well. I got the lemon and herb grilled chicken wrap which was very good. Chicken nice and tender and good spice levels. A little on the pricey side though.
