Ordered 3 supreme burgers, all 3 had 2 tiny chicken strips swamped in sauce. Definitely not worth £12.99 for 2 strips of chicken!

1 full meal was missing. called 4 times in row restaurant but nobody picked up phone.

Fantastic burger well cooked arrived piping hot as did the fries hot wings tasty plenty of meat on them

Our first time using Grilled Cottage and it won't be our last for sure. Lovely burgers, .....even the separate sauces were great! A slight error in the order was quickly resolved by them and wasn't a problem due to their swift contact and correction. Looking forward to our next order.

GC are always so good from service to food quality never anything to complain about. Such a varied menu and good portions at affordable prices.

Spot on as usual I do have some things with some things without salad ect but always ring to make sure but to this day never got an order wrong and always fresh and good size portion so can’t complain order here atleast twice a week at the minute

Nice food as always order quite regular from here, and the one time I leave a four star review instead of five I was spoken too when next rang upon how this could be made better ect . so yeah I like the personal touch they clearly care about the food there putting out there which is rare in itself, and I order takeaways quite often so if you have seen my reviews you’ll know there always honest ! And so far gc has always been 5 star for me

Used to be a bargain but coz more everytime I order for the same order was a cracking deal for majority of the menu at one point but now getting dearer than some of the most known brands getting to point no longer worth it

One of my fave places recently but seems every time I order the same items it gets dearer and dearer and without the deals £15 for a tower burger meal as have to add the extras to make it that is just getting too much it’s been slowly losing its value for money so without the 40 percent off it just ain’t worth it no more Like the double cheese burger is basically a McDonald’s size double cheese burger but dbl price and not as nice whopper is a normal half pounder any cafe but dbl the price

Had to leave after waiting 30 min for a burger... 3 people that had ordered at the cashier after me got served first...

It was the best meal, I didn’t expect to be so good. I order on Uber, the order arrived in 20 min, is the best choice you can make if you want something fast and tasty

I order here like twice a week now for chicken and rice and fillet burger there bang on the normal double cheeseburger I wouldn’t recommend but the gourmet half pounder one is very nice And I always ask for stuff without salad ect and always happy to help and never got an order wrong yet which is rare but I always ring to dbl check but yeah so far so good my new go to place for the last month :)

The food was very cold. The just eat bag that brought my food was un hygienic and colour from orange turned black because of dirt and stuff. The food was tasteless and meat was not seasoned properly.

I had my meal delivered. It arrived promptly & the food was hot. I had a burger meal but it was too much for me. The burger was really nice & I would definitely buy it again, but it was huge (I did get the triple). Next time I won't get the fries, although they were nice too, just too much for me although my Son managed to eat it all. First time using Grilled Cottage but definitely won't be the last. Highly recommended.

Tasty food that was very good value

There were no updates to say that our food was on its way, but suddenly it arrived & bang on the earliest time stated. This was our first time ordering from here & it won't be the last. The food was delivered by a very nice, happy driver & it was hot. A lot of places that deliver, the food is cold but this was not. The burgers we ordered were huge & had lots of filling. (lettuce, onion tomatoes & sauce)My Son had loaded fries & I had plain & he thoroughly enjoyed them. All in all this was great.

Yet again the chicken was juicy, fresh & seasoned well. (No Sauce). Chips perfect. The bread freshly made and the rice amazing. The mixed platter is great value aswell as great quality.

Food was lovely and tasty, drinks were forgotten but driver realised called me back and delivered the drinks.

always brilliant no matter what we order and the portion of chips is so good. Nowadays places give miniscule amounts but GC are not stingy with their portions! cant wait to order again

Chicken and rice was decent as always good size portion as usual, and thought I’d try the kofta pitta burger that was nice aswell and also removed the salad like I requested my new go to place :)

Fries were too thin and very dry chicken had no taste to it unlike other shops

Nice decent little chicken takeaway shop. They sell other things like cheese and beef burgers as well. I got the lemon and herb grilled chicken wrap which was very good. Chicken nice and tender and good spice levels. A little on the pricey side though.

I ordered a family platter which should have come with a 1.5ltr bottle drink but I only received a single 330ml can. Not even 4 cans for the equivalent of a family platter if they were out of stock on bottles, so that was disappointing. Other than that, the food is quality

The lack of a toilet is a big minus. Price lower than purchase. Tasty dish. Allergy rules maintained

everything was alright... except the cheesey fries. They were awful. You should never you singles burger cheese for cheesey chips!

The grilled chicken pitta and burger tasted great too. The only downside is the food did take a bit of time but I guess you know it was freshly made Atleast. Worth the visit and I will be coming back.

I ordered this as an in-patient because the hospital forgot my dinner. GC were brilliant with not only a speedy service but the delivery driver was so kind and patient waiting for me to come from the maternity ward down 3 floors to collect the order (and the lift was so slow). I was gutted I didnt have any cash to tip him because he was so deserving of a tip!

The food was awful chicken in burgers overcooked had to keep taking overcooked pieces out of mouth otherwise would have choked on it. The chicken pieces were disappointing. Would not recommend to anyone. Waste of money
