Delivery driver was so rude, I was mortified. He was shouting at me in front of my young children that I didn’t provide my number. I apologised and said that I didn’t realise and it was a mistake. He was so angry and continued to shout, I had to close my door to protect my children and myself. The worst thing that has ever happened to me. Just scary! That a grown man can stand in front a woman and her children and be so aggressive is quite frightening. Never ordering from there again

Great experience at Grill House. Beyond my expectations… Honestly I was a bit hesitant to try out food here in the first place because of the review. Therefore I didn’t expect much. They proved me wrong… they actually served pretty nice kabab, wings and wedged potatoes. All were tasty. Salads and hummus were fresh. They were delicious 😋. I tried spicy their Turkish drink and yoghurt as well. Overall great experience here.

So I ordered the sausage special pizza from grill house and the only problem I found with it was it could of been cooked a little bit longer underneath but the taste of the pizza was absolutely lovely…

Very rude staff. Been ordering there for a while now and more than once they’ve got my orders wrong or the staff just shout and are extremely rude I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

ordering shouldn't take an hour and a half for me to receive food, cancelled first order for no apparent reason so re ordered it and now had to wait nearly 2 hours, I haven't got time in the day to be waiting this long please try to improve these wait times.

Favourite place to go to. Curly fries are absolutely amazing. As well as customer service, simply humatlnity. They have to deal with drunk people evry night(just like me), and will still serve you even when they are closing. Amazing people

Do NOT buy food from this establishment!!! Placed an order for delivery, an hour and ten minutes later a driver turns up, not to deliver the food in a timely fashion, but to shout into his phone outside my home. When he finally bothered to bring my order, I discovered it was NOT what I ordered. I called them to ask for the correct order, instead of correcting my order they chose to tell me the food I see in front of me was the food I ordered! I told them: "I'm literally looking at the food right now, it's wrong!!!" Again, they tried to convince me that the order I have is correct, implying that I cannot believe what I see, instead I must believe the guy on the phone!?! So, after ordering a delivery to avoid having to drive, I ended up having to drive there to get my food. Upon arrival the guy was still trying to convince me that the food in the bag was the food I ordered. What makes matters worse is that, during the discussion about the order, the order they repeated back to me was not even my order, nor did it match what arrived IN THE BAG!!!! An absolute clown show! They offered to cook a new order, but after witnessing the state of the premises and the men in charge of food preparation, I chose to decline. I shall not be ordering again. Bunch of liars and idiots.

Ordered pizza and garlic bread as I was sick and couldn’t cook, food was delicious and they gave me extra napkins and wipes as I wrote I needed extra since I was sick. Staff are very friendly and when I called about my order, they found out very quickly for me how far away my food was.

I requested Halal certificate but the employee did not have any. I asked where he brought his meat from and he mentioned a company which I could not find on the Internet. We walked out. Though it states Halal on their shop window my advice is to look elsewhere as there is doubt.

Need some customer service training at the least. Food arrived 25 mins late, cold and missing items. Phoned to say that food was cold and missing to be called a liar. They blamed the late delivery of food due to traffic and Not the driver having 3 bags in the back of his vehicle doing multiple deliveries. Asked for a refund which has not been processed.

Your son was sat on phone recording customers and laughing to someone on FaceTime about us. If he acts like a child he shouldn’t be working! The young boy with orange top it isn’t nice to be a bully! Otherwise food is good and other staff is good.

Brilliant and proper helpful crew. I was proper famished and had to get to the station in about 20 minutes. All I wanted was some chips, a kebab roll, and a can of fizzy drink. I walked in and told the staff, and they took it seriously, got what I needed, and didn't waste any time. The grub was spot on, and the prices were decent. It's just like most other places of its kind, but it was the staff's helpfulness that stood out. You don't come across that everywhere

shocking! the service was terrible. when we got there we had to wait 15 minutes just for them to come at serve us. the wait for the food was another 15 minutes. for a fast food restaurant on a bank holiday where we were the only people there it should have been much quicker. i was there with my friends and the meat was dry and manky mainly inedible. my friend found a ball of hair on the chicken and on our table there was a crack on the wall where they had filled it in with paper trying to make it look like the wall. sadly i didn’t get a photo of the mold on the chocolate custard. then they changed it to another one but he didn’t eat it because he did not want to risk it. i will never go here again and advice you to say away from this restaurant. if i could i would give it 0 stars.

Ordered a lamb doner wrap. While the lamb was good quality, the flavour overall was lacking. The sauce was runny and dripped through wrap. It lacked flavour and added no benefit to the wrap. Would try other places, this was a complete miss.

Awful service. Waited 2 hours for my food to be delivered, delivery driver called saying he was outside my house, stood out in the rain looking for him for 5 minutes, called the restaurant and was informed he was 15 minutes away. Asked for a refund and they couldn’t do it as they had no supervisor there on a Friday night, absolutely shocking organisation on their behalf.

Place should come with a warning. Me and 2 mates eat fried chicken and kebabs and we have all not left the toilet all day. Relentless

They have a really good shawarma. If you are looking for something spicy, you should try. They mix some homemade red chilli powder from turkey which made my shawarma really spicy and great. Tried shawarma with some humus, chilli, and mayo. It was really tasty.

Great halal takeaway. Was recently taken over and recommended to us. We can confirm they do quality food, and service is fantastic. Owner is very friendly. Interior is very bare bones, but is very clean.

It's changed owner and cooks! The food tastes so good and you get 2 boxes of free deserts (4 pcs of bavala) and a drink. Order the mozzarella sticks, I honestly havent tasted anything better The owner (guy with braces) works most nights and is so friendly. I highly recommend, imo one of the best late night eats in Romsey!

I don't often eat takeaway food and the Grill House is ok, nothing special, but I popped in tonight after work for some chips... This guy I've never seeen before asks if I want salt n vinegar, I asked for lots, he gave the chips a light dustig and a dash of vinegar, I asked for more and the guy saidf "I've worked in a fish and chip shop before, I know what I'm doing"" and refused to give me any more salt n vingar !!!!! What a plonker... Sorry George I won't be in again whilst Mr Attitude is serving. Plus £7.50 for 2 bits of chicken and chips is taking the preverbial.

Ordered two mixed kebabs last night and we have to say these were probably the best kebabs we have had.

I ordered from grill House tonight bc me and my partner where hungry and nowhere was open until we saw grill House was open until 3 am so we ordered we was waiting for an hour for are food to come I phoned up grill House asking where is my order they contacted the driver the driver said he rung me a couple of times and knocked on the door and pressed the door bell this driver never called me and we don't have a doorbell he told me he was waiting outside and ik he wasn't bc my partner was looking out the living room window and the driver said he left are food on the doorstep there's no food there and I would of heard a car pull up but now ik not to order from grill House anymore rubbish service and rude staff

We received a missed call from them and rang back one minute later - got a very angry reply saying they’d now be late, and that they had called us multiple times which wasn’t true. We waited for what was meant to be 10 minutes and it was 25. Our food was also way overpriced as it was cold, had clearly been rewarmed and was not good quality - the kebab was awful. Do not order from here - save yourself the money and time.

Terrible took advantage of me being drunk and charged me for what I didn’t order. I wouldn’t bother, unfortunately there is nothing on Mill road after midnight.

I stopped by here as it was the only place still open after pubs closed on mill road. I checked the reviews and had very low expectations. I ordered a samosa and some chicken strips to share. I was pleasantly surprised. The place is nothing fancy, but the chicken strips were hot with good taste and texture. The samosa was soft so I'm assuming microwaved (so -1 star) but also hot. Staff were friendly and quite funny to chat with + listen to their banter. Service was also very quick (5 mins ish) I'd come bank again if I was hungry and fancied something simple and quick. Not somewhere to go if you're trying to wow a date but decent for a quick bite to eat, especially if you're out late.

Terrible food and the tables were dirty but the prices were so high.

One of a few places open after 11.30 pm that can cater for a wide choice of tastes. Their burgers were good as well as their doner meat! The chilli sauce has much improved in taste since the last time I bought some food from there. The only disappointing thing was their chips/ fries...seemed like they needed cooking a little longer or maybe not being precooked a little and then being rechucked in some oil. Either way the chips/fries need to be crisp and well cooked to compliment the burgers. Unfortunately no one ate the chips and we had to throw them away which I feel was such a waste as well as myself not getting what I paid for. On a side note I did argue with my wife about getting some chips who felt I shouldn't be eating extra carbohydrates so late on in the evening. In spite of this, I still bought some chips. My wife said it was a form of Karma for not listening to her! The service was good but it seemed like they rushed it when it came to cooking it.
