Food never arrived but the guy called me and said it had

food is usually good, but today it was warm to cold, chips were chewy,so hoping this is a one of.

It's a great little Kebab shop with a few tables. Very straightforward, plenty of salad, tasty food, good people.

Everything in the order was perfect and they were not stingy with sauces or portions.

Ordered it for a certain time as I knew son and husband would be home from work

Muy buena comida, los kebabs son agradables y el pollo frito es excelente, fresco y tierno. Puede que tengas que esperar 20 minutos para que se cocine, pero vale la pena. Las patatas fritas son muy bonitas también. Sin duda recomiendo.

ordered mixed donner and only got lamb dinner meat

Twice the delivery driver refused to deliver to our house and tried to force my wife to walk around the block to collect. Very aggressive towards my wife. Will never use again purely because of that terrible, lazy human being.

It was our first time ordering from here. Food was very nice - chips were particularly lovely. Also ordered a couple of milkshakes - they were amazing! The only downside for us is the cost of delivery, so we won't be ordering from them as much as we might with a £7 delivery charge! However, this aside, it was good food.

The past few times I’ve ordered from Grill House, I’ve had items missing or things I didn’t order with my order!!! I did get a refund, but not the last time they messed it up, so they had my money and i didn’t have my correct order. Being a single disabled mother, I had to go without food so my disabled children could eat. This is NOT helping my condition! I’ll never order food from Grill House again. Absolutely disgusting service, stealing people’s money

Me my wife and my children all really enjoyed the food it was delicious and we all got full from it plus more left a little on the expensive side but really worth it loved it thank you very much definitely will order again 👍👍😉

Delivery time was changed from 17:30 to 18:00 with my knowledge . If I hadn’t questioned why it was late I would never had known. No explanation was given

It said my food was delivered. So I left it 15 minutes before I called the restaurant, guy on the phone was rude and didn't care that I was trying to say it says it's been delivered and I haven't got it, it's like he didn't even try to help as he kept saying "it is on its way brother we are very busy" for future tell your drivers not to say it's been delivered when it hasn't. My food still hasn't arrived and I ordered over an hour and 45mins ago

freshly made, sauce in pizza tasted homemade, chips lovely and donor meat perfect. Big thank you. it was our family Friday night dinner treat for our 21st wedding anniversary.

Food arrived late without any apologies or anything, burger buns was burnt

Pay £17 for a kebab and request all the salad items. It turns up without ANY salad and just a small sad pile of meat. Raised a case with just eat as a total rip off and they wouldn’t compensate me. Biggest rip off imaginable. Avoid them at all costs. Daylight robbery…

If I could give 0 I would.....appalling attitude from the delivery driver. Have never experienced anyone so rude. Aggressive and threatening because I didn't notice the phone ringing. Food is good, but not worth having to deal with that driver. Order elsewhere!

pizza was very cold phone up to ask for a new pizza but the Restaurant would not comply. very rude on the phone as well I will not be ordering from the Restauran. Again.tgey should not be allowed to speak to customers the way they did plus there food should be cooked it not hurd to make a pizza and cook with fresh food on the pizza one of the Most worst ,pizza restaurants in cambridge . not happy

Best kebabs we’ve had in a long time still in pita bread not round bread nice and hot chilli sauce absolutely lovely

the pizza I ordered didn't meet what I ordered as I ordered a deep pan with olives and it was a thin with no olives on the pizza . the other pizza I ordered also was a thin pan and not a deep pan . when I next order from here I expect any two pizza any size any topping for free. if you don't want your Customers to order any pan you so state it when customer's ask . why have a choice if your company can't Follow though in a customer ordered . 🤔

Great for a quick burger on ur way home from a night out but make sure they have your order right there’s lotta miss communication that goes on and been disappointed a few times when I’ve come to eat and not got half what I ordered or paid for lol

Don't say you are open late if you are not actually open late I stayed up for no reason and go to bed hungry having wasted money

My order if five wings wasn't five wings it was 3 with a chicken leg that wad pink. Ans my kebab meat was chopped up in tiny peices. So I want a refund

Tasty, dependable food. I know if I'm hungry late at night and need a reliable place to get some nice pizza / kebab / etc. delivered I can count on Grill House. Thumbs up from me!

No doubt that the food is nice. But the staff is not really polite. They are really really rude. I asked them to get me some extra garlic herb dip on the wings and I am ready to pay extra, but they didn’t gave anything. Poor behaviour of staff is there aswell.

For £ 15 for a large kebab more meat and a lot of salad wouldn't go amiss it's not fair on us the customer to pay for a large kebab not a big one and get a handful of salad in a little 2 inch plastic box

ordered over an hour ago. they said they called me to say my food has been delivered but i never received an call despite being by my phone, food was sat in reception that it had gone cold, chips were soggy, burger was soggy. called the restaurant just to be spoken to by a rude man, who was not of much help.

Order wasn’t made up correctly - ordered chicken wrap with salad and just got the chicken. Lettuce and cabbage came as lettuce and onion. Food tasted good, just wasn’t what we ordered!

Used to be a great place that I recommended to everyone! Now there just too greedy. Food quality has gone and now probably one of the most expensive about with rude staff such a shame!!!

Delivery driver was so rude, I was mortified. He was shouting at me in front of my young children that I didn’t provide my number. I apologised and said that I didn’t realise and it was a mistake. He was so angry and continued to shout, I had to close my door to protect my children and myself. The worst thing that has ever happened to me. Just scary! That a grown man can stand in front a woman and her children and be so aggressive is quite frightening. Never ordering from there again

Great experience at Grill House. Beyond my expectations… Honestly I was a bit hesitant to try out food here in the first place because of the review. Therefore I didn’t expect much. They proved me wrong… they actually served pretty nice kabab, wings and wedged potatoes. All were tasty. Salads and hummus were fresh. They were delicious 😋. I tried spicy their Turkish drink and yoghurt as well. Overall great experience here.

Food was good, however delivery was late and the app showed it had been delivered nearly 15 minutes before it was. Delivery time was pushed back from 18:00 to 18:10 to 18:30, then after a check on just eat it was 18:50.

The burger from here was absolutely fantastic. The bun was toasted too. Throughly enjoyed the food. I had a wrap which was also very good. These are now my go to guys. They’ve really improved. Great job chaps. Happy customer here.

There was no salad with my meal

So I ordered the sausage special pizza from grill house and the only problem I found with it was it could of been cooked a little bit longer underneath but the taste of the pizza was absolutely lovely…

cold, lacking seasoning,lacking toppings, overall not good. working in hospitality for 18 years in this area we would have to give a full refund AND vouchers or free follow up meal also for next visit on us .anything less than that doesn't meet standards and disciplinary involved. stick to standards. the customer is right and pays your wages

Everything was on time however the order was wrong and there were solid pieces in the kebab wrap.

Salad wasn't placed with order OR on the side, sauce wasn't included with food.

40 minutes late and stone cold - I only live around the corner from Grill House - my food wasn't edible by the time it arrived, £22 for stone cold chips and cold pizza - never again will I order from grill house, it used to be my favourite kebab shop but tonight's effort was awful just inedible stone cold awful.

So I went to this eatery, and let me tell you, their milkshake was a flop. It tasted like a combination of rancid milk and flavourless despair. This is not a place for milkshake lovers!
