Greggs - Wind Street in Neath Port Talbot

Always used to love going to Greggs, but no longer go there as I'm now gluten intolerant and there's very little gluten free food products. It's the same across all Greggs. Please bring more gluten free options

i think it’s absolutely ridiculous that they don’t deliver certain items before a certain time, and don’t offer a time frame of when they will be delivering them. they also do not answer the phone at all which is just ridiculous and frustrating when you’re trying to order food.

Everything delivered on time but order was wrong!!!

The service I received today was pretty awful. There always seems to be 1 member of staff serving and getting the food while you have other staff members flocking around even though the queue can be at the door so the wait times are ridiculous 🤔. The staff member who served me today clearly didn't want to be there. My mocha was pretty rank as well. There are better cafes about.

Missing hot chocolate drinks x 2 so not happy about that 😟

Baguette was missing from the meal deal on delivery. Spoke to the Greggs store and they apologised and they knew my baguette had been put in someone else’s order! Nothing they could do but they’d had 7/8 orders in at the same time! It really isn’t hard putting times into a bag, check it and seal!

Food was hot, service was fast and friendly.

driver took pizzas from meal deal rang restaurant and was told they gave to driver but never recieved got the rest of the meal deal

2nd time my order has been delivered to wrong address

Got very cold pizza slices. Cheese on top of pizza is very cold

Driver was miserable didnt even say hello just handed food to me and walked away no eye contact. When I opened the order it was a small roll not a baguette. Very disappointed .

Whoever makes the breakfast rolls may also serve porridge to young orphans. Please sir, can I have some more?

I ordered chicken pizza and you give me just cheese pizza next time phone to see if I want the cheese pizza don’t just give it

1 item delivered out of a breakfast lunch meal. that was a bacon roll and it was cold. store didn't want to know

Order was missing items even though I only ordered 3 meal deals. The driver got lost and insisted that the address on the app was wrong. I have been ordering for years! He kept going on about changing the address on my account. So, food was going cold, items were missing and the driver stated the order was delivered on the app even though he was lost. Not the best experience Greggs!

Wrong food delivered and wouldn't rectify when I contacted them staff was very unhelpful.

Cold food, advised staff of this, basically said they probe them and the ovens are on since 5am....shambles.. avoid..1 star.

Omg I absolutely love greggs Neath Abbey. I'm a regular customer, and the girls are amazing with me ; I even know my order now. they deserve a pay rise down neath abbey greggs as they are always doing something fantastic place 😀 thank you greggs ❤️

Can be a bit of a queue at times however, the food is nice and fresh so it's worth the wait. Prices are pretty reasonable too.

Delivery time was excellent, sausage rolls and cookies were lovely, but I won't be ordering the pizza box again - the slices had slid around in the box and it was a mess, toppings had completely come off some of them.

My order was missing my hot drink which I am disappointed about. However delivery was very quick. Doesn’t seem like it was the drivers fault, it looks like greggs forgot about my coffee.

Don’t even know where to start. I’m disgusted with the service today - food was ordered at 10.50am got delivered at 12.20pm and stone cold inedible. I asked where my food was and was told no drivers yet I said well is my food going to be alright to eat considering it’s breakfast food and they stop at 11. Was assured food was kept hot and unprepared until driver came.

Hello the driver was late I could see on the map he was lost and didn't ring to say he was lost. When he arrived the food was stone cold and the drinks. This is getting habit with just eat. I'm not happy at all

From placing my order to having it in my hand it took just over 20 minutes, I am so happy with how fast the delivery was. Everything I ordered was spot on. I order from here regularly and have never had any issues.

Chicken goujons were rock solid couldn’t eat them stone cold pizza was barely warm. This hasn’t happened before ordered many times disappointed. Delivery driver came on a bicycle I tracked him on just eat he went multiple other places before my delivery then giggled and said oh sorry sir I’m so late very unhappy

Just wondering how hard it is to put together an order and place the items in bag.

Ordered southern fried chicken 2 x portions. Received none, ive been given 6 portions of potato wedges? Id like some money back as ive received no chicken.
