Baffles me how people can follow an order but still get it wrong when it’s written down infront of you.

The food and drinks were a little bit cold upon arrival but warmed them up in the microwave so not all bad!

Always used to love going to Greggs, but no longer go there as I'm now gluten intolerant and there's very little gluten free food products. It's the same across all Greggs. Please bring more gluten free options

courier was useless. Broken English and couldn't read the map properly. we had to go out and find her for the food. sent messages explaining exactly where house was (Not hard to find as in a cul de sac). food was cold by the time we got it.

Ordered food at 7:45 didn't arrive till gone 9. Food and coffee were cold.

Paid extra for caramel syrup in the coffees but this was not added.

i think it’s absolutely ridiculous that they don’t deliver certain items before a certain time, and don’t offer a time frame of when they will be delivering them. they also do not answer the phone at all which is just ridiculous and frustrating when you’re trying to order food.

The service I received today was pretty awful. There always seems to be 1 member of staff serving and getting the food while you have other staff members flocking around even though the queue can be at the door so the wait times are ridiculous 🤔. The staff member who served me today clearly didn't want to be there. My mocha was pretty rank as well. There are better cafes about.

Missing hot chocolate drinks x 2 so not happy about that 😟

Baguette was missing from the meal deal on delivery. Spoke to the Greggs store and they apologised and they knew my baguette had been put in someone else’s order! Nothing they could do but they’d had 7/8 orders in at the same time! It really isn’t hard putting times into a bag, check it and seal!

Driver was miserable didnt even say hello just handed food to me and walked away no eye contact. When I opened the order it was a small roll not a baguette. Very disappointed .

Order was missing items even though I only ordered 3 meal deals. The driver got lost and insisted that the address on the app was wrong. I have been ordering for years! He kept going on about changing the address on my account. So, food was going cold, items were missing and the driver stated the order was delivered on the app even though he was lost. Not the best experience Greggs!

Omg I absolutely love greggs Neath Abbey. I'm a regular customer, and the girls are amazing with me ; I even know my order now. they deserve a pay rise down neath abbey greggs as they are always doing something fantastic place 😀 thank you greggs ❤️

Can be a bit of a queue at times however, the food is nice and fresh so it's worth the wait. Prices are pretty reasonable too.

Delivery time was excellent, sausage rolls and cookies were lovely, but I won't be ordering the pizza box again - the slices had slid around in the box and it was a mess, toppings had completely come off some of them.

Tea half more than half empty as all tipped in bag !!

My order was missing my hot drink which I am disappointed about. However delivery was very quick. Doesn’t seem like it was the drivers fault, it looks like greggs forgot about my coffee.

Don’t even know where to start. I’m disgusted with the service today - food was ordered at 10.50am got delivered at 12.20pm and stone cold inedible. I asked where my food was and was told no drivers yet I said well is my food going to be alright to eat considering it’s breakfast food and they stop at 11. Was assured food was kept hot and unprepared until driver came.

Hot drinks were spilled, hash browns were cold. Always late delivery from this Greggs, if it turns up up at all 🥴

Hello the driver was late I could see on the map he was lost and didn't ring to say he was lost. When he arrived the food was stone cold and the drinks. This is getting habit with just eat. I'm not happy at all
