I'd like to say this is the only place il eat Chinese from and iv tryed a few there's not much to say other than if you haven't tryed yet you should food is spot on service and welcoming and if you don't fancy Chinese pop to there CHIPSHOP next door 😂😜👌🏾bannnging food I recommend 💯

Great takeaway, efficient staff but remember, cash only.

Food is fine, even good but having to wait 30 additional minute for my food, which was then not hot, but warm was pathetic. Do not order if you expect your food, being given late, to be hot. Would not order again. Chip shop next door is still very good though.

Great takeaway for Chinese as well as fish and chip shop fare. Reasonable prices, good sized portions.

We regularly order from Chopsticks, usually for us and our neighbours. We always have an excellent meal with them which is why it's the only Chinese takeaway for us in Neath.

My children begged me to get food from her because when daddy ordered before it was lovely,for a delivery or was on time and my daughter said just cause it was smelling lovely it wasn't.the satay sauce was like water everything was overcooked chicken and ribs and she really wanted crispy seaweed that did not turn up ,ordered chicken fried rice and what was used was over cooked chicken that tasted tangy .I tried to ring but was not answered so I'm taking it further

Never disappoints always top quality and good value when compared to local alternatives. Update: prices are creeping up but still great value and the same great quality. Just excellent and consistently so. Once tried, Chopsticks will become your go to for Chinese food.

We have been ordering from chopsticks for a number of years now and absolutely love the food. Unfortunately it should not take 2 to 3 hours for the food to be delivered. If I order from a rival restaurant through the Uber Eats app it arrives in an hour or less even during busy periods. If this is possible through Uber Eats why can't chopsticks do it when they have their own website and ordering system?

I have chosen chopsticks for YEARS & I recommend them to others all the time, they also serve chippy chips - so it can suit everyone in your house! However, every time I order when I have guests they always seem to take much longer to deliver - last night we thought we would be prepared for this & ordered on their website as soon at it opened, order was placed by 17.06, expecting it would take a little longer as it’s the Christmas period By 19.00 we were all starving and wondering where on earth our food was, we phoned them (it took 54 calls until we got through). The receptionist was very unapologetic, she was taking the information we have and speaking in Chinese to her colleagues and asked us to give them another 35 minutes while blaming the drivers, when we asked for a good will gesture which she reluctantly offered £5 off our next order, not todays order. Our food still haven’t arrived 35 minutes later and when we called she asked us to give them another 20 minutes while blaming the drivers, she said our food was there and ready they’re waiting on a driver - when we queried if our food would be cold she said “I hope not” (surely as a takeaway you wouldn’t take orders beyond your means?). Our food eventually arrived at 19.52, surprisingly still warm with a genuinely lovely driver who said it had been a bad night and was extremely apologetic for the wait. We then realised we were missing an item, phoned the restaurant and they asked us to collect! We stated this isn’t an option, so she said she would take it off our next order. This was the only item one of our guests wanted so we requested for it to be delivered. An hour later it arrived by a different driver (showing they had more than one driver) who again was extremely apologetic and explained there’s a new person on reception who had made a few mistakes that night and we weren’t the only ones who had waited 3 hours for food, and they’d taken many missing items out to customers. We weren’t given any vouchers to show that we are due money off our next order, I’m interested to see if we have an issue going forward to claim this. A total of 200 phone calls were made to the restraint last night, the food was delicious and I have to be clear the delivery drivers were outstanding with excellent customer service, but I was very disappointed in the restaurant last night.

When everything was shut on Christmas eve we found Chopsticks who offered delivery so we gave it a try. The food we really good. We ate chicken chowmein, chicken curry, friend rice and chips and all was delicious and really reasonably priced! We will definitely eat there again.

Awful service. Spend over £40 worth of food and opted for collection as was advised it would be 20 mins. Arrived to collect and waited a further 45 minutes for order. Was then told my order was ready but gave me the wrong order so waited a further 20 minutes. No communication skills, terrible poor service. Do not recommend!

Ordered food last Saturday, I totally understand that Saturday evenings can be busy and expected a slightly longer wait then the 90 minutes quoted. After 2 hours of waiting, we called and were told it would be with us in 10 minutes. The food turned up 2 hours and 40 minutes after ordering with no apology whatsoever. Ordered at 7pm, when food arrived at 9:40pm I was annoyed and past hungry! We have ordered from this place regularly for the last couple of years. If you can't keep customers updated when food is going to be late or stick to quoted times, then don't take on so many orders that it makes you totally unreliable.

Terrible service. Waited ages for food then had missing items. Was told driver on way back, over half hour later had to ring back to be told they had no driver ! Then driver was on way ?? Won’t use again.

Decent local Chinese Takeaway. They do lovely chips = very tasty!

First time to use this takeaway, ordered 18.41 online, order finally arrived at 21.25 after 2 phonecalls. Can't give a proper review on the food as we had gone past feeling hungry. Disappointed not sure if I will use again

Tasty clean and freshly cooked probably the best Chinese in Neath. People rating less as delivery was over an hour? If your food is cooked fresh then it'll easily take 40 mins to cook and pot up before the added delivery time! Very happy, always am with chop sticks

Excellent food 2nd time ordering, the duck is very tasty with the pancakes and the duck rice is also very good, the Singapore chow mein is my favourite spicy but has a lot of flavour would recommend

Having tried many others in Neath this is definitely my best choice chips are always beautiful. Every time we order we always say never had a bad takeaway from Chopsticks.

Definitely a bad night for chopsticks.customers having the wrong meals,two young girls taking the orders were struggling to cope.i waited twice as long and when I got home. My meal was wrong .I was charged for a sauce I didn't want,and a pound short in my change,

Ordered a Chinese take away from Chopsticks takeaway, very pleased with the fast service and a beautiful meal, really enjoyed, Thank you chopsticks it is our fist time we have ordered from you, and deffinatly will be ordering from you again.

Used this place for many years. Never again! Food was horrible and Two words FOOD poisoning!!! I should have kept the food and reported them. I opened a dispute on Paypal to which they never got back to me, completely ignored it. Obviously do not care about hygiene during a pandemic......

It was terrible waited 2 hours for the order , the poor girl who brought it could not be more than 16 was in tears that is not right in my book

Last 3 times we ordered there was items missing...not 1 but 3 curries on 1 occasion....yet again tonight food missing and prawns in our chicken curry......we hate see food.....no more custom of our family of 4 adults....

Absolutely terrible always messing the order up never put popoppadoms with our order I honestly don't know why I keep going back there after tonight appalling service I will not order from there again.

Food took over an hour to arrive. Only ordered a chicken curry, salt & pepper chips, sweet and sour Cantonese and crispy chicken with bbq sauce. The food was underwhelming. Luke warm. No flavour at all and the bbq sauce was watery with barely any flavour. The best dish was the s&s chicken. Paid £22 and I can honestly say ill keep going to Eastern Kitchen as their food is much better, cheaper and full of flavour.

Ordered food which took over an hour to come ,food was lovely but the twice I have ordered the food has come and been cold . I phone and explained my food was cold to be hung up on twice and The third time I called I was told after waiting over an hour I’ll come collect the food and you can have your money back or put it in the microwave to warm , talk about bad service will not be ordering again. Shame as my partner really liked they’re Chinese but the service is disgusting
