Excellent. I love a good burrito bowl and this is among the best I've had. Ordering at a screen terminal being able to pick and choose what you want is excellent. Everything about the food was lovely. The Pacifico beer was surprisingly good too. As were the tortilla chips. Zero complaints. Well done lads.

You can order food here yourself through the kiosk. We had a burrito and thus we have never eaten better. The food was excellent! A few items were sold out, so it was not possible to order everything.

The naked burrito bowl was absolutely delicious, packed with fresh flavours and great textures. However, the experience was let down a bit as they had sold out of quite a few items, including the corn rib sides and nachos, which I was really looking forward to. It was also disappointing that their meatless options were unavailable. Hopefully, they’ll restock for next time, as the food I did try was excellent!

There was a long wait while the Deliveroo drivers were sorted out. Then the burrito came and it was incredibly bland. If you’re in the mood for this kind of food do yourself a favour and go to Listo across the road

Top food and service! I was served by a lovely lady named Ayesha who was very efficient and extremely helpful with the questions I had regarding allergies. Definitely recommend this spot if you’re fancying a Mexican!

Delicious food in reasonable prices

Many items were out of stock. We couldn’t order any meals because, in the meal section, the soft drinks were listed as out of stock. However, when selecting a drink on its own, it was available. It seems they might be doing this intentionally, as soft drinks are more expensive when purchased separately than when included in a meal—perhaps a tactic to make more money. We also ordered tacos, but they didn’t include the ingredients we selected for them. The tacos were poorly made, and we were very dissatisfied. The staff was not helpful at all. I would not recommend this place.

A great fast food restaurant with a good selection of food and drinks at a reasonable price. There is plenty of seating and the machines to order on are fast and efficient.

I bought a chicken burrito. Flavour wise it was pretty bland without the pineapple hot sauce so I had to drown it in that. The chicken did add flavour but there wasn't enough in the burrito. And I had stomach ache for about 12 hours after I'd eaten it.

Ngl my favourite mexican place is Listo burrito across the road, but they're not open on Sundays. When I'm rough as burnt toast on a Sunday and need mexican sustenance because I barely make it 2 feet from my bed, then tortilla is a good shout. Cracking burrito and I think I might start coming more often. Also, the actual tortilla chips they do are the best in the city (in my opinion). Lovely and crunchy and don't taste like Doritos, thankfully

The veggie burrito is top notch. Go large if you're really hungry. Cover that mama in salsa picante and you're set for a banging meal! The guys n gals working here are all sound as well

Can honestly say it’s the best burrito I’ve ever had. Went in there on Saturday and the servers were so pleasant, kind and chatty then a bangin burrito to top it off. Will deffo come back next time we’re in Manchester. Thank you for making us laugh and creating the best burritos EVER.

An update from a previous visit. This has now become one of my go to places for good fresh food. Previously, I rated it lower due to uncleared tables. Very clean on all my recent visits.

Lots of items was out of stock, new items on the menu were out of stock. Had a chicken burrito which was mainly all rice. No tray with meal and staff wasn’t helpful at all

I love this place and the pancakes are delicious.

The staff was very rude and didn’t shout the numbers loudly. The food was cold when it arrived and they weren’t wearing gloves when preparing the food.

Today, 15/09/2024, at around 3 PM, I had an incredibly frustrating experience at this shop that left me deeply dissatisfied. I went in to buy 3 burritos, and when I placed my order, the machine did not reflect that the new beef burrito includes onions. I tried to inform the staff about this issue, expecting a simple resolution, but instead, I was met with a level of rudeness and hostility that was completely unacceptable. This is the first time I’ve felt compelled to leave an online review, and I am appalled by the service I received. The shop was virtually empty, with only three people present: a chef, a lady, and a man who appeared to be in a supervisory role since he was not wearing any uniform. Despite his higher position, this man displayed an astonishingly poor attitude. His behavior was not only dismissive but also shockingly disrespectful. Instead of addressing my concern politely, he treated me like an inconvenience and spoke to me with a condescending and rude tone. The level of unprofessionalism and disrespect I encountered was disgraceful. I was made to feel humiliated and disrespected, and it was clear that customer service is not a priority for this establishment. I strongly recommend that you avoid this place altogether. Based on my experience, I have no confidence in their ability to treat customers with the respect and courtesy they deserve. I hope the management takes serious action to address this issue and ensure that no one else has to endure such an unpleasant and degrading experience.

You can eat tortillas, burittos or tacos here. Despite the fact that I was there at lunchtime and there was a lot going on, it went very quickly and the service was very friendly. However, my buritto could have been a little warmer, but maybe everyone likes it a little differently.

The food is possibly the worst I have eaten, it was lacking any flavour. The price is far too high for what you get, the meal deal isn’t good value at all. Much better options in the same location, blue sign, down the road

Rice is under cooked and inedible

Went at lunchtime a week or so ago. The venue was pretty quiet and I went for a box rather than a burrito. Everything seemed to be a charge up, the included rice beans and meat were all tiny portions and not value for money.

Ayesha provided excellent service. Would recommend coming here. Great food too

We came in 5 minutes before closing, half expecting to be turned away, but to our pleasure we were served a couple of lovely burrito, masterfully crafted by wonderful Aisha. It was the perfect meal to round off our trip to Manchester!

I’ve been to Cali and this ain’t it. It looks good but that’s it. It will fill you up if you get a large and if you don’t care about taste this is for you.

DO NOT EAT HERE!! Came on Monday and ordered a chicken burrito, got home after and started feeling really unwell. I’ve been vomiting and have food poisoning for sure over the last two days. Had to call in sick for work and lost a days pay and missed important meetings. NOT HAPPY AT ALL!!

Nice food and flavours Some negatives when it comes to customer service though. They didn't inform us about student discount And when I asked about the sunset combo where you can get a side included in the price of the main meal they said my partner has already paid so we can't have the sides as it was too late - not that it would have made any difference as it was same price anyway.

We just popped in randomly as we walked along Oxford Road. We had the Big 'T' and a naked burito. Let's just say that we didn't leave hungry, really tasty and good value. I definitely recommend if you like a Mexican treat.

food is vile, ever since this location stopped being known as "chilango" and was taken over by new management the ingredients are poor quality and the staff have no clue how to wrap a burrito. today is the last time i will be visiting as i was served a gluey paste substance they dared to call "corriander lime rice" it tasted like neither of these things and seemed to be plain rice from a microwaveable packet that had been left in too long. tasted absolutely disgusting, the pinto beans also tasted nasty and i wouldnt be surprised if both are from microwaveable packets. this review wont be up for long as i suspect manager is deleting bad reviews which is why there is so little. If you've been to the tortilla locations in london and are expecting the same don't bother coming here as it is like going from gourmet food to slop created by a toddler.

Being a Thursday and the & bank holiday almost upon us again I thought I’d hit a different approach from the usual overnight oats & cheese sammich at my desk which my Cat watches me prepare like a satanical judge every night! Being so close to Oxford street I checked online to what’s nearby and thought maybe a hot tortilla on a cold rainy day would push me through to end of day! Being a indecisive old fool as I am, I was greeted by happy smiles and a selection of different options to which two members of staff who very much ran me through your menu & deals by the names of Hannah & Charlie who were very knowledgeable of the business & I believe had been with the company for some time! I walked away with a naked bowl & some churros just for good measure & the upsell to increase my waste line, the burrito bowl consisting of Coriander rice, Pork, pimento beans and a mountain of guac’ which very much felt like a hug in a bowl! I think I’ve found my match, il be swiping right on the new eateries for lunch and taking her churros home to dip for a second time. Now all I have left to do is explain to my cat why my squished cheese sandwich is now at the bottom of my bag and why it’s home, thanks for getting me in trouble.

"Absolutely dreadful experience! The staff at Tortilla were incredibly rude and unprofessional, particularly Ayesha Ali. My friends and I received no help when one of us simply asked a question about her meal since we all were charged three different prices for the same meal. When we requested to speak to a manager, they seemed clueless about who it was, after initially denying their presence. Appalling service! I will never support this franchise again due to this terrible encounter. And the portions are so tiny! Chipotle wannabees! And no form of compensation whatsoever

Just walked in at 9:10pm and was told they are closed despite being advertised they're open until 9:30pm. Disappointing as visited here frequently but won't be anymore

The only good star is for music! Cons:Only rice and uncooked vegetables, with 2grams of cheese and 2.76grams of chicken and the rest is extra 1.85£ for each gram of something, it's a joke of a burrito

Last time that I came here with my friend, it was a wonderful experience and the tacos were great and fun wonderful and the manager polished gentleman was really nice. Today sadly, When I returned with my friend, the two ladies, who were the only ones working there, prepared some of the skimpiest meals of the Mexican variety that I have ever had. It saddens me to say this, but I do not believe this place is consistently worth money, especially nowadays, if their workers are going to be as little as they do. Sad, sad. Sad
