We waited in line for 15 mins, for a cold pizza when fresh ones were just taken out. And the lady at the till, supervisor Janet, was rushed and rude even though it wasn’t busy. The other lady and shouted at a customer to wait because they were “clearly busy doing other things”

Hands down the most embarrassing ordering experience. Driver was at the restaraunt for way over an hour, food took nearly two hours for 2 bakes and some pizza, stone cold, the phone number doesn’t exist either, pathetic, DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE

Appalling!, the whole point surely is to offer refreshments and food to local shoppers being as it’s on a retail park!!…. Forget it!!!, this place like so many nowadays prioritises delivery service, where you have genuine customers queuing out the door and literally pushed aside by food couriers taking the stock out the door as you wait patiently only to finally make it to the counter where the clueless staff say “sorry we have nothing left”! What a joke!! Don’t waste your time (or money) shop elsewhere where your custom is valued perhaps.

Appalling staff and customer service, never seem to have and breakfast and staff do not have a clue. Priority given to online orders!!!
