They sell you coffee and then you ask for sugar and they tell you they've run out. Well try telling people you have no sugar before selling them coffee.

Picked up breakfast and coffee a few times, always great thanks.

Que out the door and one VERY slow staff member, didn't bother to place an order, walked out and took my cash elsewhere

Do the ovens not work ? The sandwich was hotter than the pies and pastys

Called in for a Coffee and Cake.. waited in Que,only 1 girl serving. The girl just started serving two men who just walked in and up to the counter. She ignored the que.Just left in disgust.

This branch is the slowest. 4 members of staff and only one serving! Ridiculous

Sausage and egg barm is a go to breakfast from here, there rewards app is really good and you get a free coffee when you sign up ☕️

Lovely shop and staff. Only complaint would be under done bacon, almost raw. Not the usual crispy bacon described on the website. Will purchase again from Greggs but not this store unfortunately, will stay with the Westbrook store.

Store closing at 2pm and there was a queue. A gentleman asked a member of staff to help serve and got told we close at 2pm and carried on sweeping up. Not great customer service.

Stopped off there in Warrington on our way home bacon roll and a flat white coffee £2-70 bargain.

Greggs are getting a bit relaxed about customer service I’m afraid To be honest I’m complete fed up of paying for cold food that’s supposed to be hot and the staff really don’t care

Well located Gregg's right next to Asda. Does all the usual stuff you would expect a Gregg's to do. Can also recommend the buffet trays that are available to order here. Great for parties etc and last time we used this service didn't cost the earth! Well priced, quick food and a handy location.

Fantastic shop, Excellent customer service, Lots of variety of pastries, cakes, sandwiches. Quite reasonable priced food Very clean environment.

An absolute sweetheart called Kate( don't recollect the exact name) served me here today. I had an American express card which didn't work there but I had already picked up the food. I apologised. However very cheerfully he volunteered to pay in a very innocent way. What a lovely person. I have become a fan of Gregg's after today..not just the food but the wonderful people who work there!

Good selection of hot and cold food. Hot and cold drinks also available. Prices reasonable aswell.

One of the better bakeries around. Great prices and great products. Sausage rolls are really nice and the meal deals are great. The sandwiches were nicer than Booths and much better value. Meat and potato pasties are great too !

I've been away for 5 years, was turkeying for a sausage roll. It didn't disappoint and the vegan one was nice too. My Mum didn't know hers was vegan lol.

This Greggs doesn't have much of an outside seating area but there's a Costa with plenty of outside seats next door. The prices are good, the coffee is a third of the price of Costa, and there is plenty of veggie options, you can't go wrong with Greggs. Sometimes there is queues outside the door but the lines move quickly. No complaints.

Assistant so busy chatting (shouting) at her colleague we had to repeat order twice. My wife’s pasty was cold, exchanged for something else. Pizza was all dough & no topping. I now remember why I don’t go in Greggs!

Loved the swinging ...had 3 cheese pasties and 3 meat and potato got discount for wearing espadrilles and a v neck sweater with umbro 3/4 s ....excellent combo and one ogrizovic would find hard to foil .....

Don't know why they have oven and hot lamps every time I go here the food is stone cold it's discusting sometime the meat potato pies loom like cold cat food

Staff seem to not be bothered, never want to make a sandwich of your choice, always run out of stuff, pastys and pies always cold and the staff won't heat up if you ask, poor service

Stopped here a couple of times and always had great food and drink. I would definitely recommend if you need a sandwich or breakfast.

I was in mid afternoon and the sandwich shelves were pretty bare and not much hot stuff either, pretty disappointing and staff didn't seem interested

The small (just a couple of tables) cafe is located on a new retail park just off the main road into Warrington. Just beware the roads in this area Dan be horrendous at busy times and you may have to queue yo get off the site. We were able to park right outside. Wheelchair access is flat. We called in for a coffee and a snack. There were all the usual Greggs tasties available so I had no hesitation in selecting a pastie! The floor and tables needed sweeping/cleaning, but as expected, the food was great!

best breakfast bun and Mocha in town, without question!! I love these places, cheap tasty breakfast buns, cakes look tempting but far too naughty for me. but looking passes the time if there's a queue on. cant fault it, and the stonemill eatery is opposite, another great place, but not open for breakfasts.

Love this place really, convenient, nice and new and clean. Good cheap and great for a snack and fresh bread .
