3pm on a Saturday afternoon and No sausage rolls, No pizza, No steak bakes!!! Bins overflowing, not the most hygienic Gregg’s that I have been to, Made me laugh when told No sausage rolls, 99.9% of people go to Gregg’s for a sausage roll ffs

Popped into Greggs for the first time to grab a coffee while I waited for my car to get its MOT. With so many good coffee outlets everywhere we now take good coffee for granted. If you want to be reminded of just how bad coffee used to be then go to Greggs and order a cappuccino. Good Lord, it’s quite unrecognisable as coffee let alone an ‘Italian’ speciality one at that. Avoid like the plague. Costa’s future looks assured as long as the competition can serve up dishwater masquerading as coffee. Yuck.

This is the worst breakfast experience I’ve had In Years. We asked for runny eggs and crispy bacon and got hard eggs and soft fatty bacon. The hash browns were so soggy you couldn’t pick them up with a fork. The customer service at the till was good and attentive but as we were eating breakfast, one of the staff a male, was walking around flipping his phone in the air with no care of his workplace or customers. Overall experience is very poor indeed and we will never return for a breakfast here. On top of this I had severe stomach problems when I returned home.
