Greggs in Lisburn

For a long time now, the coffee in these establishments has turned into brown bitter water, either because the workers are in a hurry to dilute it with water or because the company is saving on coffee beans.

55p for sauce with your sausage roll, catch a grip you absolute balloons, go to the Chinese or subway next to it. Useless

Poor hygiene. Witnessed an employee not wash after going toilet and going straight to serve customers. Disgusting! Lisburn service. Safe to say won’t be going there again 🤮

Unfortunately, the gluten-free free breakfast option is just porridge. Butt tasted great and with a coffee it was well under £4.

We cannot do breakfast rolls now at 10.14 because we need them to make up rolls for later. So if no-one buys them later we will need to throw them away.

Called in for a cappuccino and 2 steak bakes.. No cappuccino only black coffee which was so weak i thought it was tea .. 2 stake bakes were stone cold .. the 2 guys behind the counter couldn't have cared less, they refused to heat them up .. We are up and down this road quite often but this was our first visit to Greggs ..Never ever again I only gave on star because I couldn't give none ..

I called in last week for a couple of sausage rolls. A staff member told me to come back in 15 mins and the new batch would be ready. Came back after the 15 mins to be told to come back in 15 mins. I went elsewhere.

Ordered a Steak Bake, they were out of the. Ordered a Chicken Baker, they were out of them. Settled for a cheese and onion bake which was barely warm. Very poor selection of sandwiches. I will be giving this branch of Greggs a miss.

Disappointed not to have had any chicken bakes, and when opted for vegan sausage role, they refused to heat it up!
