Greggs in Birmingham

Took grandchildren in for a Lunchtime snack Unfortunately hot food was nearly cold and the bags were left scattered across the counter after being served

The better Greggs in Sutton Coldfield, better atmosphere than the other ones , even older customers who would normally go to costa or Nero are sitting and drinking coffee here. No chance of that happening in the other Greggs outside the bus stop by McDonalds - this Gregg is like Sutton Coldfield - the other Greggs by the bus stop is like Sunderland,

Cold food and dry and late order

Sent the wrong breakfast item (sent a roll instead of a baguette), sent the wrong drink and didn't send the 2 muffins I ordered.

Wrong order. Asked for Ham & Mature Cheese Toastie and got a Ham & Cheese Baguette even when it says on the receipt Ham & Mature Cheese Toastie.

Specifically asked for hot food. Would’ve thought that would be obvious being a bacon and sausage sandwich but no that came old, cold and dry like the sausage roll I was talking about originally. It’s almost like they read the delivery note and deliberately do the opposite u ask haha!! Not a single bit of spread on the baguette too smh. I wonder if the staff go home at night and read these reviews??

I could see the driver driving round no where near the address going in the wrong direction by the time the food got to me it was practically ice cold

Check your change, if you use cash - same man has tried to short-change me not once but twice. His attitude gives the vibe that this is deliberate and not accidental.

Didn’t have much available and small compared to others, but was very clean. Young lad was wiping all the glass when I went in. Friendly staff too.

Unless you ask for your food to be hot and fresh in “delivery notes” you don’t stand a chance with these sort of places. I don’t understand how a bacon and sausage bap & a hot chocolate can go freezing cold and luke warm in a 5min car journey haha

Not enough room to navigate with wheelchair user if it's busy as chairs and tables in shop are in the way . If they move stuff from middle of shop it would be better to navigate.

Food freezing cold waste of money, driver rang me 3 times and still couldn’t find the street when he was right on the corner it’s not hard to put a satnav on

Driver turned up at the door asking for the order number, to which I was told that he hadn’t been given the food. Despite having numerous different bags of food all being sent out together. Unacceptable as I run my own food shop using just eat and I would be horrified if we were to do this to people. I had to mark a time as being delivered but I haven’t received it at all.

Fabulous staff member left a quick message about a little change to my order, my staff and I loved the doughnuts....thank you for making our day...x

I ordered a sausage baguette (which I paid for) and a sausage bap/roll. I received two sausage bap/rolls. I didn't get what I ordered and paid more for what was delivered.

Size of the branch was on the small size but up to usual good standard & value typical of Greggs, and v good staff too

JUST EAT!! STOP giving drivers multiple drops as the food just goes cold. Whoever thought it’d be a good idea to deliver hot FAST FOOD to multiple addresses needs the sack.

The bacon baps we had last week in gracechurch sutton Coldfield was the best ever

They didn't have what I ordered so called me up to offer a substitute which is fair enough but what they offered did not match the price I had spent. The lady told me to just process a refund but I was hungry so accepted the substitute. When the food arrived it was freezing and did not include the substitute. Therefore I spent 12 pounds on a cold vegan roll, cold vegan bake and redbull. Disgusting I won't be ordering again and I'll be ensuring my friends don't either

Had a quick breakfast bite here. No queues and staff were pleasant to deal with. Ok prices

Substituted items and an hour over expected delivery

Took an hour to be delivered - no extra sausage as ordered.

Coffee was spilt all over bay only had half cups left apart from that food quality great and good service 👍

The only food on my just eat that comes Complete warm and decent never have a problem ordering from Greggs. The rest of the Restaurants should take note

A smaller greggs, does get busy so there's usually a wait. The ladies are always friendly and smiling. Food is delicious 😋

Forgot 3 Pizza's out of the order. Waste of time ordering. Don't bother.

Absolutely shocking again. You’d think working in a place that sells hot food the staff would send hot food out for delivery… clearly not. Freezing cold sausage / bacon baguette and freezing cold sausage roll. The “hot” sandwich was put in bag with hot drink and it’s gone everywhere too. Packaging half saved it otherwise I’d be going down there to complain in person. **** show I don’t know why I bother

The food arrived and my coffee had leaked in the bag, so I took it out and asked the driver to dispose of it. Not impressed as he dumped it on my neighbours front garden.

Plenty of selection to choose from, hot and fresh when it arrived and when something I ordered wasn't available, they sent alternatives which was great. Thank you.

Lack of communication between staff at the shop ordered hot and cold food, they sent only the cold food with the driver, and no hot food called and was advised that I can come and collect the hot food, defeats the object of ordering online surely.

Two sausage rolls missing again

My food was cold. Asked for an omelette added to my breakfast roll. And was left a note in the bag saying added extra bacon due to there not being any omelette which I wouldn't have minded my breakfast roll was in the bag with the note haha. Also the receipt is ticked off on the bag which means it should be in there. Not really sure how you get something so simple very wrong.

I ordered food from Greggs, specifically one vegan bake and one steak bake. To my unpleasant suprise, they were both steak bakes. If you do not have a vegan option, then please consider maybe sending another vegetarian option.

Good prices. Sadly some staff still in masks, which makes human interaction so difficult.

Food is hot, inexpensive, fresh and great quality. Plenty of stock and choice available. There is sometimes a queue but it moves fast and the staff are friendly and warm up the toasties fresh. Gregg's latte is the best around. Use the phone app and you can collect loyalty freebies on products purchased. Easily to maneuvre around inside the shop and seats and tables available if you want to eat in.

There two in Sutton. This one has outside seating. Very nice staff

My wife & I are both Hare Krishnas , which we are pure vegetarians ( no fish or eggs , plus no onion or garlic). Kiera was really helpful & considerate and helped find something suitable for us.

Genuinely decent staff - super friendly and efficient and the food is great! This store also donates generously each week to the Let's Feed Brum Charity and has done for a couple of years! Highly recommended and brilliant ambassadors of the brand.

Nice Greggs with lovely service from the staff. The same quality food as in other Greggs, so you know what you will be getting. The chocolate muffins as very nice! Seating inside and out, as well as seating from the shopping centre nearby.
