Greggs in Northumberland

Always order from here and normal 10 out of ten for flavour but tonight the lady that owns it wasn't there and food was poor rang my order up got told 20 mins to collect it got there waited another 20 mins the salad in paper bag had water all in bottom my wrap was over cooked it broke when picking it up and same with my fellas kebab picked it up and the pitta fell apart dont go unless the lady that owns it works there

We stopped by chance at The Percy Arms for a drink and ended up eating an amazing meal-Wednesday afternoon and very quiet but the food was delicious and the service excellent. The soup was very tasty and the steak cooked to perfection - we will return!

getting worse and worse each time menu tooo small used be better never amazing but definitely bettterit willl not last very long under this management

I’m so sad to see this lovely place closed. It had great staff and atmosphere and a fantastically good smoked haddock chowder. I wish its people all the best and I thank them for all the great visits we’ve had here. I really hope that there might be a replacement cafe of such quality. We’ll watch with interest.

This has to be a front as its never open and most the staff are rude, used to be such a good chippy
