Greggs in Walsall

What awful service I received today. The most unhelpful counter service. Food was cold and not fresh. Left with a very upset and triggered ASD child. Will not be wasting my money there again.

The food is delicious and the drinks are lovely, but I rated 4 stars because I found it bad how the delivery men were stood in the way of the queues when they could have stood to the side to give more room for the customers to stand, and we also saw them put their delivery bags on the tables 3 times which we also found unhygienic, as they put those bags on floors and then place them on tables in Greggs where people have to eat. It is also rude as someone may have wanted to sit at the table, but we also noticed that one of them had to move their bag off the table so someone could sit there, and none of the staff bothered to wipe the table before the customers ate their food on there. I wouldn't have wanted to eat my food from a table after seeing them fetch their bag off, which had been on the floor also. But overall, it's a nice little place to sit and enjoy your food and drinks.

Greggs had moved inti bigger premises over the road

It's Gregg's .. what's not to like! So pleased there's a seating area now in the Bloxwich store.

Ordered a meal deal which was great. Ordered a 500 ml bottle of Ribena and got a 250ml carton!

Driver was lovely, steak bake nice and warm and everything I wanted I got. Thank you💕

A quick stop of for a coffee to have outside by the bike in the sunshine. The two staff in the shop, very pleasent. Coffee at £2, Costa charge you £4. Same amount of coffee beans and water. Great value for money. Take 10 minutes to have a stop and refresh yourself.

I ordered the pizza share box , the delivery driver only gave us the wedges and cookies and kept the pizzas for him self , I’m not happy as I’ve spent £15 on this for the pizzas not even to come

Warm yom yums what a revelation. Available without sauce so not too sweet. this is my go to cake for now on.

The wedges was cold and also the mozzarella cheese balls

They both came cold the egg wasn’t very nice didn’t taste like a omelette at all I asked for red sauce it didn’t come with any on gone to waste has it was too cold to eat

can't remember the last time this place got my order right. This time no sausage on a bacon and sausage bap. couple of months ago 2 bacon baps had just a half ration of bacon in each. time before that nothing turned up.

Incorrect order again from Greggs

Shame the breakfast hours aren't longer, but the food was great.

When food arrived it was cold can tell it was sat there for some time. The man on the phone admitted he cooked it over a hour ago and he will re make it but clearly not. The time kept changing for around 40mins I’m not happy about this at all.

my 3 children are so happy, the yum yum was missing but you guys went crazy with the extras to make up for it, my daughter even tried some of the extras that you put in, not something she would usually do as she has her safe food and don't venture out of her safe zone...... thank you

Hot Drink are better from here than McDonald's. Always order a dip with my pizza but never seem to get it!

Order for my family and the Food was cold ask for 4 cheese and onion 1 chicken melt and 1 beans and cheese but got 4 chicken baked witch I dont like 1 cheese and onion and 1 beans and cheese so I'm not happy i didn't get a notification or text or call to say if they did run out of cheese and onion because if the they did I would of cancel my order I won't be ordering from here for a long time

Always arrives quickly and hot

Food is always tasty and the hot drinks always arrive boiling hot which is perfect!

I asked for a bacon baguette with no spread but just brown sauce, it came with spread and brown sauce, not a combination I like ☹️

Good and efficient service, friendly staff but the quality of food leaves a lot to be desired. The sausage rolls are basically tasteless and left under a heater all day.

The delivery driver placed heavy items on top of the pizza box so all the cheese was stuck to the lid

Really fresh and very delicious food.

Food was good but the latte that was ordered came and was spilled everywhere, so gave the driver back and he said he would be back in 5-10 minutes, 25 minutes later still not here so doesn’t look like he is coming back very disappointing, driver blamed the shop for not telling him that there was a hot drink in the bag.

Stupid monkeys can’t deliver food to a simple address

Took an hour to turn up and was cold and soggy

Food not hot just Luke warm, also covered in loads of tomato sauce messy breakfast.

Fast delivery. Ordered the warm chocolate cookies but they forgot my dipping chocolate sauce.

When I have my sausage roll from this bakery shop, it tastes amazing and good as always. Would recommend a sausage roll from here. I had a chocolate cookie with milk and white chocolate chips in them from this bakery shop today and they taste absolutely good. This is the first time today that I have eaten a chocolate cookie with milk and white chocolate chips from this shop. Would recommend this shop.

I didn't receive my pack of sausage rolls

The ham on my roll was a grey colour so haven't eaten it, and the hash browns were undercooked. The rest of the food was okay.
