Buddy's Pizzas in Walsall

For the first time in many orders, this Pizza was awful, it was greasy and had hardly any flavour, its texture was like rubber, it saddens me to give this feedback, as always the Pizza has been fantastic, it ended up, in our bin it was that bad,

It was the best and most unique pizza and garlic bread I ever tried in my life. They way the make bread is also unique for me. I name it the CakePizza. I recommend it to all pizza lovers.

My boyfriend and I went into Buddy's about 6pm on the 15th February. We were served by a lovely young man named Kane who was very friendly, enthusiastic and polite. Amazing customer service which seems to be rare in some other places. The food was hot and delicious and great value for money. We will definitely be returning 🙂

Very, very disappointing, spent £28 on food that would have been nicer from the local supermarket for a fiver. 2 regular crust pizzas that came like thick crust/deep pan. Pizza so bready and dry and absolutely no flavour.

much longer wait than usual 75mins wait today but usually delivery is very quick 25mins . Food was luke warm and over cooked. Usually delivered piping hot with steam coming from boxes when handed over. Never had a bad experience before now so not sure what went wrong tonight.

First time ordering from Buddy's Pizza. Really impressed. The deals are great, order was spot on, even down to the dips. Pizzas were hot, freshly cooked and delicious, as we're all the sides we ordered. Great food, highly recommend.

Delivered within stated time, but would have liked the stated time to be shorter. Appreciate it was a Friday night but 70 minutes plus is a long wait for pizza when you are hungry. Actually had to talk to the wife for a bit, not pleasant.

I ordered some food from this place and when I phoned to say two items have left the person the phone was very rude and just said he’ll send someone out yet never did I would like a refund off the items missing

On saturday 3rd June, I phoned Buddy's Pizza and the gentleman who picked up the phone was so polite and soft spoken. He had a professional tone when taking my order and I believe he deserves more recognition.

Pizza were amazing as usual, Had a different pizza this time to try something different, it was really nice will definitely order again

Do not recommend… So last 2 ordered a got cancelled and when we’ve phone to find out why, we got given 2 different dates where they’ve been saying we claimed money back through just eat when we hadn’t even ordered on those days, then they finally gave us a day we had ordered and saying the same that we’d had money back (which we had never done- I’ve even looked back on bank statements to check) We’ve even ordered since the date they gave us which they delivered with no issues It took ages to even get a manager on the phone. And he didn’t want to know saying it was up to us to sort it with just eat when if there’s an issue between the shop and just eat then that’s down on them not us. We WERE loyal customers to them but I’m deeply disgusted with how we’ve been treated to be honest and the attitude of the manager.

Have used Buddy’s for years, always lovely food, always hot and cooked perfect. But what we love the most is the brilliant delivery driver. Always so friendly and has always been so warm to us as a family, he is a star!

The driver was rude after saying that he didn’t need to knock the door so hard and so much he just laughed saying “whatever” as he walked away

We love buddy’s and it’s our go to every time we have a pizza - haven’t found another one that compares so why change. Food always hot and tastes amazing. One thing I would suggest is some sort of loyalty or discount as Buddy’s never seem to do this.

Lovely pizza. Used to be our monthly treat, but no longer - prices have gone up and now too high. Ordered tonight with a JustEat voucher, which is the only thing that made the price reasonable.

Pizza bases are doughy and too greasy.
