Very disappointed, wrong labels on products, steak bakes cold and server, Leo, could do with some customer service training. Not helpful, just put food in bags and walked away, a little good morning and thank you, is there anything else would have been nice. Wont bother going there again.

Grabbed some lunch from here whilst I was working in the area. As usual the food was good as was the service. I would buy from here again.

All the food was really good except from one waffle which was not to standard. I got straight on the phone with them and they straight away sent another waffle out in the next 5 minutes. This one still wasn't great which they apologised about after me calling them again and offered me a refund. The refund did take a while getting to my house but it did arrive which is why I'm giving this place a good review. They sorted my problem out and was nice about it so highly recommended 👌🏻

I ordered a gluten free sandwich but it turned up not what I had ordered - manager said could not send me a replacement- tried to say that on cctv could see it was the correct order but when my daughter went to collect new sandwich - found out the camera couldn’t have seen it. Did not take allergies seriously and wasnt bothered - not a good look for a sandwich chain
