Subway in Fenland

I ordered a gluten free sandwich but it turned up not what I had ordered - manager said could not send me a replacement- tried to say that on cctv could see it was the correct order but when my daughter went to collect new sandwich - found out the camera couldn’t have seen it. Did not take allergies seriously and wasnt bothered - not a good look for a sandwich chain

Ordered a GLUTEN FREE meal today, with turkey and bacon. It turned up with chicken Tikka. I was then told they had checked the cctv footage and they said that it was turkey that they put in. I went up there as my mum is a celiac n they then changed their mind when I showed them. No dietary restrictions were put in place to make this. My mum could of been hospitalised

Same old pre cooked and reheated food. OK if you want a snack

You need to teach your delivery drivers some manners. Yes i understand it’s frustrating when people don’t answer there doors or phones but when our room is out the back I am feeding my 1 year old son & cannot hear the door or notice my phone ringing

Food was still hot when it arrived and was rather quick. Definitely worth it.

Horrible service items missing

it's 20 minutes late item missing plus the time changed so in theory its even later than 20 minutes. what's the point in having a code for driver when they don't ask?.

The staffs there are best very friendly and polite staff and also the food is the best thanks

been here twice since moving from North london and deffently better quality.

Ordered 5 breakfast foot longs All came freezing & untoasted never even seen a toaster. Is there anyone who would actually ask for an untoasted breakfast roll Not the first time they messed my order up either

Food was late by half an hour, everything hot was cold. Wedges like cardboard. Both footlongs bread was hard as heck. Really unhappy

I ordered a churro footlong and it tasted sooo good, this place is underrated but it’s really good, I tried a sandwich from here and it was amazing, this place is really good you should come here more often.

The young manageress is at top of her game, friendly, helpful, knowledgable and her sandwiches are on point, the crew are great, Im not a regular customer but the cafe is pristine and there's more flavours on offer, cant fault it.

Awful. Arrived late and cold even though I called the restaurant and told them to make sure they don’t sent cold food

Spoke with restaurant numerous times and they couldn't get hold of driver. Food was cold and over an hour late! Restaurant advised to ask for refund through platform

disgusting. had a sandwich full of mayo with next to no tuna paid nearly £11 for the privilege sent the pictures in of the disgusting soggy inedeble sandwich and somehow inedeble food doesn't qualify for a refund. Will never eat from this subway as it was vile will not be using just eat again as they are as much use as a chocolate tea pot. back to the old way of picking the phone up or getting it myself 👍🏻

Not only is it a great place to eat, and good value for money, the staff are amazing, so helpful and polite.

I would give zero stars if I could. Ordered through uber and spent £50 on 5 meal deals and 12 extra cookies. Never got the 12 cookies and every sub was disgusting (soggy and cold plus the wrong order) phoned up to complain and they said sort it out with uber 🙄 clearly its not ubers problem as they mucked up up the order. So we literally paid £50 for 4 cookies and 4 drinks. Will never order from here again. Terrible customer service and horrible food

First time in Wisbech. We were really hungry Subway was a perfect choice. Ewa was amazing very friendly professional. If you want the best friendliest service come to Subway. ( For head office comment bring back Honey Mustard)

Ridiculously overpriced paid around £10 just for a roll of bread with 3 things inside it?? What a rip off could make over 20 for that price

Food is always nice, just one problem during deliveries. Most of the time food comes cold because its packed in the same bag as cold drinks. Would be nice if next time you could pack cold drinks in separate bag. Thank you :)

If you want a salad bowl then wouldn’t recommend, well only if you want a bowl of emptiness!

Standard subway but not as generous with the salad if you're not watch like Hawkeye

So glad subway is closer now, staff were super friendly and went the extra mile to make a great tasting sandwich. Definitely going back for more tasty subs!
