When you ask for something to be made, or if there is no items on the shelves an you ask if they have any. There simply rude abrupt and it seems to be a task or challenge in the Alloa store, to make this item up for you, Your always met with a sour face with the two older women,I actually presume one off the older lady’s to be the manager, all I can say, she has some face on it!! She’s absolutely disgustingly rude, she definitely is only there hanging on to retire. But her behaviour is atrocious The atmosphere in the store is dreadful and half past 12 there is no fresh baguettes on the shelf’s so I asked if there could be one made I was simply told no they can not at this time, There no one person in the que, I will be making an offical complaint about the women, next time am in store, I will sure be sure to take note of her name, She has to go

Was given 2 normal sausage rolls, when I asked for vegan ones clearly. Not happy as I don’t eat pork, and haven’t for the last few years. Considering I almost ate it, I’m not happy at all

Greggs might not be troubling the Michelin Guide any time soon, but for cheap, convenient, tasty food they're as good as anyone else. Go there for breakfast and coffee on my days off. £2.35 for a breakfast roll and coffee is as cheap as you're going to get and it's always hot and tasty. Staff in Alloa are very friendly and always have good chat. Previous reviewer complained about cold food and refusal to re-heat it: I work in a food environment, similar to Greggs and there are reasons for this: They're simply not allowed to. Food like this either has to be kept above a certain temperature in a hot unit, or placed for display and allowed to cool at room temperature. The reason that places like Greggs no longer have hot units is because of the controversial "Pasty Tax" introduced by the government in 2012. If they kept food hot, they'd have to add 20% to the price, so they don't, to keep prices down. In my experience with Greggs in Alloa, the staff always tell you if something isn't hot and will tell you what is, if you ask them. Really can't fault the service here, or the price.

I had a slice of pizza today which was stone cold and they refused to re-heat it. To top it off, they did not even have salt and pepper, only sugar. What a miserable place to eat. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Great value tasty breakfast with free refills on hot beverages. Staff are nice. Place is looking a bit dated and toilets are upstairs

I love Laura's Tilly Tearoom. A great full cooked breakfast in a cozy atmosphere with friendly service.
