Greggs in Sandwell

I often visit this Greggs but decided to rate it. So i rate it a 4 star and 5 star for the two employees i will mention. As I felt certain members of staff are consistent in their customer service. The two employees are Shelley and Sam at the Smethwick/Bearwood shop. Who when they have served me are nothing short of friendly and polite. I have spoken to a few people regarding customer service in Greggs in general, and it can be very much a letdown sometimes. But with these two members of staff they always treat customers so well. On more than one occasion, they both have managed to alter my mood. For the better from their customer service. So from this, I thought I was important for them both to be highlighted and get the recognition they deserve. I look forward to being served by them again in the future.

I love this place and go in several times a week …. excellent customer service, never have to queue for that long, staff are dedicated and go above and beyond to make customers feel valued and welcome.

I visit here very week when I stay at my partners and will often grab a coffee and a pasty! The guy who works in there knows my order by heart and that makes my day tbh! It's rare that you get top class customer service hence why i always go back!
